Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cabinet manufacturing, in particular to a full-house customized intelligent cabinet.
Background
The cabinet is a platform for storing kitchen utensils and cooking, and is composed of a cabinet body, a door plate, hardware, a table board and sometimes electric appliances, and the integral cabinet, also called as an integral kitchen, is a cabinet combination formed by four parts of a cabinet, an electric appliance, a gas appliance and a kitchen functional appliance. The kitchen cabinet is organically combined with an operation table, kitchen appliances and various functional parts, and finally a complete set of products are formed through integral configuration, integral design and integral construction according to the kitchen structure and area in a consumer's home and the individual requirements of family members, so that the integral coordination of each procedure of kitchen work is realized, and the space occupied by the kitchen cabinet is reduced.
In actual production and manufacturing, the existing cabinet has the following problems in the actual use process of placing articles:
(1) when the kitchen utensils are manually and directly placed on the table top, the storage area on the table top is limited, so that more kitchen utensils are difficult to be placed, more kitchen utensils are placed on the table top, and the table top is messy;
(2) the existing cupboard is difficult to utilize the upper space through the existing cupboard in the actual use process of placing articles, the utilization rate of the table top space of a kitchen is low, and the existing cupboard does not classify and collect kitchen utensils, so that the existing cupboard is difficult to adapt to the requirement of increasingly collecting the kitchen utensils of people.
In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a full-house customized intelligent cabinet.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical scheme adopted by the invention to solve the technical problem is as follows: a full-house customized intelligent cabinet comprises a cabinet body, cabinet doors, a rotating device, a lifting storage device and a rotating storage device, wherein the cabinet doors are arranged at the front end of the cabinet body in a bilateral symmetry mode, the cabinet doors are mounted at the front end of the cabinet body through hinge pins, the rotating device is mounted at the lower end of the inner side of the cabinet body, the lifting storage device is mounted at the upper end of the rotating device, the rotating storage device is arranged below the lifting storage device, and the rotating storage device is mounted at the lower end of the rotating device; wherein:
the lifting storage device comprises a storage basket, dovetail blocks, a rotating plate and a blocking mechanism, wherein the middle part of the storage basket is arranged at the upper end of a rotating shaft in a threaded fit mode, the dovetail blocks are symmetrically arranged at the front and back of the outer side of the storage basket in a front-back mode and are arranged at the outer side of the storage basket in a welding mode, the dovetail blocks are arranged at the inner side of a cabinet body in a sliding fit mode, the rotating plate is arranged at the middle part of the storage basket through a bearing, the blocking mechanism is uniformly arranged at the outer side of the rotating plate along the circumferential direction of the rotating plate, when the lifting storage device works in detail, the storage basket is manually lowered to the lower end through a rotating device, kitchen utensils to be placed are manually placed in the storage basket, then the rotating device is rotated reversely through a manual operation, so that the placed kitchen utensils are lifted to the space above an intelligent cabinet to be collected and stacked, the space occupied by the kitchen utensils is reduced, and the utilization rate of the kitchen space is improved, and through the baffle mechanism that separates that is equipped with divide into four parts with the storing basket to carry out categorised collection with kitchen utensil, and through rotating the rotor plate, thereby make the rotor plate with article propelling movement such as kitchen utensil in the storing basket to cupboard front end.
The baffle mechanism comprises a partition plate, T-shaped blocks, a sliding plate, sliding springs and locking rods, wherein the T-shaped blocks are installed on the inner side of the partition plate in a welding mode, the T-shaped blocks are installed on the outer side of the rotating plate in a sliding fit mode, the sliding plate is arranged on the outer side of the partition plate and is installed inside the outer side of the partition plate in a sliding fit mode, the inner side of the sliding plate is connected with the partition plate through the sliding springs, the sliding springs are uniformly arranged from top to bottom, the sliding springs play a role in locking, limiting, buffering and damping on the sliding plate, the locking rods are installed on the outer side of the sliding plate in a welding mode and are uniformly arranged along the sliding plate from top to bottom, when the baffle mechanism works in detail, the sliding plate is stirred inwards through manpower, so that the sliding plates extrude the sliding springs to move towards the inner side of the partition plate along the locking rods, the locking rods are clamped into the storage basket, and the partition plate is fixed on the outer side of the rotating plate through the T-shaped blocks, thereby making the partition plate divide the storage basket into four parts, thereby classifying and collecting the kitchen utensils.
The rotary storage device comprises an installation sleeve, a connecting rod, a circular supporting plate, a storage cylinder and a limiting ring, wherein the installation sleeve is installed at the lower side of the rotating shaft through a bearing, the connecting rod is evenly arranged at the outer side of the installation sleeve along the circumferential direction of the installation sleeve, the connecting rod is installed at the outer side of the installation sleeve through a welding mode, the circular supporting plate is installed at the lower end of the installation sleeve through a welding mode, the storage cylinder is evenly arranged at the upper end of the circular supporting plate along the circumferential direction of the circular supporting plate, the lower end of the storage cylinder is welded at the upper end of the circular supporting plate, the upper end of the storage cylinder is connected with the connecting rod through a welding mode, the limiting ring is installed at the lower end of the rotating device through a welding mode and limits and supports the circular supporting plate and the storage cylinder, during specific work, kitchen utensils to be collected are manually placed on the storage cylinder, so that the placed kitchen utensils are collected and stacked, and the circular supporting plate is manually pushed, so that the mounting sleeve drives the storage cylinder to rotate, the storage cylinder is positioned at the front end of the cabinet, and kitchen utensils in the storage cylinder can be conveniently placed or taken out.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the rotating device comprises a transmission rod, a rotating handle, a driving bevel gear, a driven bevel gear, a rotating shaft and a cover plate, wherein the transmission rod is arranged on the inner side of the lower end of the cabinet body through a bearing, the rotating handle is arranged at the front end of the transmission rod in a clamping manner, the driving bevel gear is arranged at the rear end of the transmission rod in a welding manner, the driven bevel gear is meshed at the upper end of the driving bevel gear, the rotating shaft is arranged at the upper end of the driven bevel gear in a welding manner, the upper end of the rotating shaft is arranged at the upper end of the inner side of the cabinet body through a bearing, the cover plate is arranged at the upper end of the driving bevel gear, the cover plate is arranged at the lower end of the inner side of the cabinet body, and is sleeved at the lower end of the rotating shaft, when the rotating device works, the driving bevel gear is driven by the transmission rod to rotate through manual rotation of the rotating handle, so that the driving bevel gear rotates the rotating shaft to drive the rotating shaft to lift the storage basket, thereby facilitating the placement or removal of kitchen utensils from the storage basket.
As a preferable technical scheme, sliding balls are uniformly arranged at the rear end of the storage basket and attached to the rear end of the inner side of the cabinet body, and the sliding balls reduce friction between the storage basket and the cabinet body, so that the storage basket and the cabinet body can slide conveniently.
According to a preferable technical scheme, rolling balls are uniformly arranged at the lower end of the rotating plate from front to back, hairbrushes are arranged among the rolling balls, the rolling balls are arranged at intervals, the rotating plate and the storage basket can conveniently slide relative to each other, and articles at the bottom of the storage basket can be conveniently swept away by the hairbrushes arranged among the rolling balls.
As a preferable technical solution of the present invention, a sliding groove is provided on an outer side of the partition plate, the sliding plate is installed in the sliding groove in a sliding fit manner, the sliding spring is provided in the sliding groove, and the sliding plate slides in the sliding groove, thereby guiding and limiting the sliding plate.
As a preferable technical scheme, the inner wall of the storage basket is provided with locking holes, the locking rods are clamped in the locking holes in a clamping mode, and the locking rods are clamped in the locking holes, so that the storage basket is divided into four parts at intervals by the partition plates.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the lower end of the circular supporting plate and the upper end of the limiting ring are both provided with arc grooves, rotating balls are uniformly arranged between the arc grooves, and the rotating balls are convenient for the relative rotation between the circular supporting plate and the limiting ring.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
1. according to the full-house customized intelligent cabinet, the upper space of the cabinet is utilized, the utilization rate of the space of the table top of a kitchen is improved, and kitchen utensils are classified and collected through the storage baskets and the storage cylinders, so that the utilization rate of the storage area on the table top is improved, and the messy condition of the table top is avoided;
2. according to the full-house customized intelligent cabinet provided by the invention, the locking rod is clamped into the locking hole formed in the inner wall of the storage basket, and the partition plate is fixed between the rotating plate and the storage basket through the T-shaped block, so that the storage basket is divided into four parts by the partition plate, and kitchen utensils are further classified and collected;
3. according to the full-house customized intelligent cabinet, kitchen utensils are collected and stacked through the arranged storage barrel, the circular supporting plate is manually pushed, the mounting sleeve drives the storage barrel to rotate, the storage barrel is located at the front end of the cabinet, the kitchen utensils in the storage barrel can be conveniently placed or taken out, and the rotating balls arranged between the circular supporting plate and the limiting ring facilitate relative rotation between the circular supporting plate and the limiting ring.

In order to make the technical means, the creation features, the achievement purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further explained with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
A full-house customized intelligent cabinet comprises a cabinet body 1, cabinet doors 2, a rotating device 3, a lifting storage device 4 and a rotating storage device 5, wherein the cabinet doors 2 are symmetrically arranged at the left and right of the front end of the cabinet body 1, the cabinet doors 2 are installed at the front end of the cabinet body 1 through pin shafts, the rotating device 3 is installed at the lower end of the inner side of the cabinet body 1, the lifting storage device 4 is installed at the upper end of the rotating device 3, the rotating storage device 5 is arranged below the lifting storage device 4, and the rotating storage device 5 is installed at the lower end of the rotating device 3; wherein:
the rotating device 3 comprises a transmission rod 31, a rotating handle 32, a driving bevel gear 33, a driven bevel gear 34, a rotating shaft 35 and a cover plate 36, wherein the transmission rod 31 is installed on the inner side of the lower end of the cabinet body 1 through a bearing, the rotating handle 32 is installed at the front end of the transmission rod 31 in a clamping manner, the driving bevel gear 33 is installed at the rear end of the transmission rod 31 in a welding manner, the driven bevel gear 34 is meshed with the upper end of the driving bevel gear 33, the rotating shaft 35 is installed at the upper end of the driven bevel gear 34 in a welding manner, the upper end of the rotating shaft 35 is installed at the upper end of the inner side of the cabinet body 1 through a bearing, the cover plate 36 is installed at the lower end of the inner side of the cabinet body 1, the cover plate 36 is sleeved at the lower end of the rotating shaft 35, and during specific work, the driving bevel gear 33 is driven by the transmission rod 31 to rotate through manual rotation of the rotating handle 32, so that the driven bevel gear 34 drives the rotating shaft 35 to rotate, so that the rotating shaft 35 drives the storage basket 41 to ascend and descend, thereby facilitating the placement or removal of the kitchen utensils in the storage basket 41.
The lifting storage device 4 comprises a storage basket 41, a dovetail block 42, a rotating plate 43 and a blocking mechanism 44, the middle part of the storage basket 41 is arranged at the upper end of the rotating shaft 35 in a threaded fit mode, the dovetail block 42 is symmetrically arranged at the front and back of the outer side of the storage basket 41, the dovetail block 42 is arranged at the outer side of the storage basket 41 in a welding mode, the dovetail block 42 is arranged at the inner side of the cabinet body 1 in a sliding fit mode, the rotating plate 43 is arranged at the middle part of the storage basket 41 through a bearing, the blocking mechanism 44 is uniformly arranged at the outer side of the rotating plate 43 along the circumferential direction, when the lifting storage device works in detail, the storage basket 41 is manually descended to the lower end through the rotating device 3, kitchen utensils to be stored are manually placed in the storage basket 41, and then the rotating device 3 is manually rotated reversely, so that the placed kitchen utensils are ascended to the space above the intelligent cabinet for collection and stacking, thereby reducing the space occupied by the kitchen utensils, the utilization ratio of the kitchen space is improved, the storage basket 41 is divided into four parts through the partition mechanism 44, so that kitchen utensils are classified and collected, and the rotating plate 43 is rotated, so that the rotating plate 43 pushes the kitchen utensils and other articles in the storage basket 41 to the front end of the cabinet.
The storing basket 41 rear end evenly is provided with the slip ball, and the laminating of slip ball is in the internal side rear end of the cabinet, and the friction between the sliding ball reduces storing basket 41 and the cabinet body 1 to make things convenient for and slide between storing basket 41 and the cabinet body 1.
The lower end of the rotating plate 43 is uniformly provided with rolling balls from front to back, brushes are arranged between the rolling balls, the balls and the brushes are arranged at intervals, the rolling balls enable the rotating plate 43 and the storage basket 41 to slide relatively, and the brushes arranged between the rolling balls enable articles at the bottom of the storage basket 41 to be conveniently swept.
The blocking mechanism 44 comprises a partition plate 441, a T-shaped block 442, a sliding plate 443, a sliding spring 444 and a locking rod 445, the T-shaped block 442 is installed on the inner side of the partition plate 441 by welding, the T-shaped block 442 is installed on the outer side of the rotating plate 43 by sliding fit, the sliding plate 443 is installed on the outer side of the partition plate 441 by sliding fit, the sliding plate 443 is installed on the inner side of the outer side of the partition plate 441 by sliding fit, the inner side of the sliding plate 443 is connected with the partition plate 441 by the sliding spring 444, the sliding spring 444 is uniformly arranged from top to bottom, the sliding spring 444 plays the roles of locking, limiting, buffering and damping for the sliding plate 443, the locking rod 445 is installed on the outer side of the sliding plate 443 by welding, and the locking rod 445 is uniformly arranged from top to bottom along the sliding plate 443, in specific work, the sliding plate 443 is manually shifted inwards to enable the sliding plate 443 to press the sliding spring 444 to move towards the inner side of the partition plate 441 along the locking rod 445, so that the locking rod 445 is caught in the basket 41 and the partition 441 is fixed outside the rotation plate 43 by the T-shaped blocks 442, thereby allowing the partition 441 to divide the basket 41 into four parts, thereby collecting the kitchen utensils in a classified manner.
The outer side of the partition plate 441 is provided with a sliding groove, the sliding plate 443 is installed in the sliding groove in a sliding fit manner, the sliding spring 444 is arranged in the sliding groove, and the sliding plate 443 slides in the sliding groove, so that the sliding plate 443 is guided and limited.
The inner wall of the storage basket 41 is provided with locking holes, the locking rods 445 are clamped in the locking holes in a clamping mode, and the locking rods 445 are clamped in the locking holes, so that the storage basket 41 is divided into four parts by the partition plates 441 at intervals.
The rotary storage device 5 comprises an installation sleeve 51, a connecting rod 52, a circular support plate 53, a storage cylinder 54 and a limiting ring 55, the installation sleeve 51 is installed on the lower side of the rotating shaft 35 through a bearing, the connecting rod 52 is evenly arranged on the outer side of the installation sleeve 51 along the circumferential direction of the installation sleeve, the connecting rod 52 is installed on the outer side of the installation sleeve 51 through a welding mode, the circular support plate 53 is installed on the lower end of the installation sleeve 51 through a welding mode, the storage cylinder 54 is evenly arranged on the upper end of the circular support plate 53 along the circumferential direction of the circular support plate 53, the lower end of the storage cylinder 54 is welded on the upper end of the circular support plate 53, the upper end of the storage cylinder 54 is connected with the connecting rod 52 through a welding mode, the limiting ring 55 is arranged on the lower end of the rotating device 3 through a welding mode, the limiting ring 55 carries out limiting support on the circular support plate 53 and the storage cylinder 54, during specific work, kitchen utensils to be collected are manually placed on the storage cylinder 54, make a storage cylinder 54 will place the kitchen utensil after the completion and collect the putting things in good order, and stir circular backup pad 53 through the manual work for installation cover 51 drives a storage cylinder 54 and rotates, makes a storage cylinder 54 be in the cupboard front end, conveniently places or takes out the kitchen utensil in the storage cylinder 54.

When in work:
s1, adjusting a storage basket 41: the rotating handle 32 is manually rotated, so that the driving bevel gear 33 is driven by the driving rod 31 to rotate, the rotating shaft 35 is driven by the driven bevel gear 34 to rotate, and the storage basket 41 is driven by the rotating shaft 35 to descend;
s2, placing articles: after the storage basket 41 is adjusted, the kitchen utensils are manually placed in the storage basket 41;
s3, lifting the storage basket 41: after the kitchen utensils are placed, the rotating device 3 is rotated reversely by manpower, so that the placed kitchen utensils are lifted to the space above the intelligent cabinet for collection and stacking;
s4, collecting by the storage cylinder 54: the kitchen utensils to be collected are placed in the storage barrel 54 through manual operation, the circular supporting plate 53 is stirred through manual operation, the mounting sleeve 51 drives the storage barrel 54 to rotate, the storage barrel 54 is located at the front end of the cabinet, and the kitchen utensils in the storage barrel 54 are placed or taken out conveniently.
