Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feed equipment, in particular to a molasses adding system and a using method thereof.
Background
Molasses is a byproduct of sugar industry, is a viscous, dark brown and semi-fluid object, and can provide energy, vitamins and other substances for animal due to the rich saccharide and protein. The molasses has fragrant and sweet taste, and can improve the palatability of the feed, so that the food consumption of the livestock is increased, the weight of the livestock is increased, and the economic benefit is improved; the feed dust can be reduced, and the quality of the pellet feed can be improved, so that the pellet feed can be used as an auxiliary material and an additive for animal feed, and is high in utilization efficiency and environment-friendly.
However, molasses has extremely poor fluidity, and it is difficult to directly add molasses to feed for mixing and stirring. Currently, molasses is added to feed by heating to reduce viscosity; although the heated molasses has good fluidity, the temperature difference between the molasses and the feed is caused by the low temperature of the feed, so that a film is easily formed on the surface of the feed after the molasses is contacted with the feed, and the formed film prevents the molasses from being further absorbed, thereby reducing the addition of the molasses in the feed and causing the nutritional value of the feed to be not up to the requirement.
In view of the above problems, there is a need for a molasses adding system and a method for using the same to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention

cooling the finished feed to room temperature by the first cooler.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:

In this embodiment, a method for using the molasses adding system in the first embodiment is provided, as shown in fig. 3, including the following steps: material storage: storing the feed particles and the tabletting materials in a storage bin 5; material proportioning: the feed particles and the tabletting materials are batched in batches through a batching device 9, and the batched feed particles and tabletting materials are conveyed to a heater 12 through a batching scale 10 and a first buffer hopper 11; heating materials: using a heater 12 to heat the proportioned feed particles and tabletting materials in batches; weighing materials: weighing the weight G of the heated feed particles and the tablet materials by using a weighing part 15; heating molasses: heating the molasses by means of a heat exchanger 24; weighing molasses: the third driving member 26 moves the heated molasses to the weighing tank 27 through the molasses daily use tank 25, and the weighing tank 27 weighs the weight G of the heated molasses matched with the weight G; adding molasses: the first driving member 28 moves the molasses in the weighing tank 27 to the vacuum sprayer 17, so that the heated molasses is added to the heated feed particles and the tabletting materials in the vacuum sprayer 17 to form finished feed; cooling finished feed: cooling the finished feed to room temperature by the first cooler 19 for normal use; packaging finished feed: the cooled finished feed is packaged using a packaging device 21 to form a finished product.
The application method of the molasses adding system in the embodiment comprises the following specific steps: firstly, preparing the granular raw materials into feed granules by using a granulator 1, cooling the prepared feed granules by using a second cooler 2, and conveying the cooled feed granules into a storage bin 5 by using a second conveying device 3 through a fourth grading sieve 4; meanwhile, conveying the tabletting materials in the feed inlet 6 to the storage bin 5 through a second grading sieve 8 by using first conveying equipment 7; storage feed bin 5 is a plurality of feed bins, and different raw materialss have different feed bins, and feed pellet and preforming material are placed respectively in the different feed bins in storage feed bin 5 promptly.
Then, feed particles and tabletting materials are batched in batches according to a proper proportion through a batching device 9, the batched feed particles and tabletting materials are weighed through a batching scale 10, the weighed feed particles and tabletting materials enter a heater 12 through a first buffer hopper 11, and the heater 12 is used for heating the feed particles and the tabletting materials in batches; the heated feed particles and the tablet materials are moved to a weighing part 15 through a third grading sieve 14 by a conveyor 13 for re-weighing; to obtain the weight G of the feed particles and the tabletting material entering the vacuum spraying machine 17; the second driving piece 23 is used for moving the molasses in the molasses storage tank 22 to the heat exchanger 24 so as to heat the molasses and move the molasses to the molasses day tank 25; the molasses in the molasses day tank 25 is moved into a weighing tank 27 by using a third driving member 26, so that the weighing tank 27 can weigh the weight G of the molasses matched with the weight G; the molasses weighed at the weighing tank 27 is moved into the vacuum sprayer 17 by the first driving member 28 so that the molasses is added to the feed pellets and the tabletted material to form the finished feed. In which a vacuum is drawn from a vacuum sprayer 17 using a vacuum pump 16 to add molasses under vacuum.
Finally, the finished feed added with the molasses is moved into a first cooler 19 through a second buffer hopper 18 so as to be cooled to room temperature, and then the finished feed is moved to a packaging device 21 through a first grading sieve 20 so as to be packaged by the packaging device 21, so that the whole process of molasses addition and feed preparation is completed.

Claims (10)
1. A molasses addition system, comprising:
the batching equipment (9) is used for batching feed particles and tabletting materials;
a heater (12) for heating the feed pellets and the tabletted material;
a weighing member (15) connected to the heater (12), the weighing member (15) weighing the weight G of the heated feed pellets and the tablet material;
a first drive (28), the first drive (28) configured to convey heated molasses matching a weight G;
a vacuum sprayer (17) connected to the weighing member (15) and the first driving member (28), respectively, the vacuum sprayer (17) being configured to add the heated molasses to the heated feed pellets and the sheeted material to form a finished feed;
a first cooler (19) connected to the vacuum sprayer (17), the first cooler (19) for cooling the finished feed to room temperature.
2. A molasses addition system according to claim 1, further comprising:
a first grading sieve (20) connected with the first cooler (19), the first grading sieve (20) being used for sieving the finished feed cooled by the first cooler (19).
3. A molasses addition system according to claim 1, further comprising:
a granulator (1) for preparing the feed particles from the granulate raw materials.
4. A molasses addition system according to claim 3, further comprising:
a storage silo (5) for storing the feed pellets and the tableting material;
a feed inlet (6) for feeding the tabletting material;
the device comprises a first conveying device (7), one end of the first conveying device (7) is connected with the feeding hole (6), the other end of the first conveying device (7) is connected with the storage bin (5) through a second classifying screen (8), and the first conveying device (7) is used for conveying the tabletting materials in the feeding hole (6) into the storage bin (5).
5. A molasses addition system according to claim 3, characterized in that the batching device (9) is arranged between the granulator (1) and the heater (12).
6. A molasses addition system according to claim 1, further comprising:
a molasses storage tank (22) for storing the molasses;
a heat exchanger (24) connected to the molasses storage tank (22), the heat exchanger (24) being for heating the molasses;
a molasses day tank (25) for storing the molasses heated by the heat exchanger (24);
a second driving member (23) arranged between the molasses storage tank (22) and the heat exchanger (24), wherein the second driving member (23) is used for moving the molasses in the molasses storage tank (22) to the molasses daily tank (25) after being heated by the heat exchanger (24).
7. A molasses addition system according to claim 4, further comprising:
a fourth classifying screen (4) arranged between the granulator (1) and the storage silo (5), the fourth classifying screen (4) being used for screening the feed particles entering the storage silo (5).
8. A molasses addition system according to claim 6, wherein the heater (12) heats the feed pellets and the tabletting material, and the heat exchanger (24) heats the molasses at 25-50 ℃.
9. A molasses addition system according to claim 1, further comprising:
a third sizing screen (14) disposed between the heater (12) and the vacuum sprayer (17), the third sizing screen (14) for sizing the feed particles and the tableting material entering the vacuum sprayer (17).
10. A method of using the molasses addition system according to any one of claims 1-9, characterized by the steps of:
-dosing the feed particles and the tabletting material using the dosing device (9);
heating the proportioned feed particles and the tabletting materials by using the heater (12);
weighing the weight G of the heated feed particles and the tablet material by using the weighing member (15);
-causing the first drive member (28) to convey the heated molasses, in a weight G adapted to the weight of the molasses, into the vacuum sprayer (17);
adding the heated molasses to the heated feed pellets and the sheeted material in the vacuum sprayer (17) to form the finished feed;
cooling the finished feed to room temperature by the first cooler (19).
