In order to improve the experience of the user on the smart television, the smart television generally has the functions of capturing a picture and identifying a person in the captured picture. The current smart television can only acquire the information of the relevant staff members of the characters in the screenshot, that is, only when the characters in the screenshot are actors, the relevant information can be acquired for displaying. With the introduction and popularization of social televisions, particularly with the increase of cameras in smart televisions, users can directly watch their current pictures through the cameras, and can see more faces except actors when chatting with relatives and friends in social scenes (such as video calls), namely more faces of people. For the vegetarian people in the screenshot, the smart television also has no relevant data to display. In order to enrich the content identification range of the smart television, the embodiment of the application provides a display device and a person identification display method. It should be noted that, the display device in this application may refer to not only the smart television, but also a computer, a tablet computer, and the like.
The display device 200 in the embodiment of the present application can increase content recognition, obtain more presentable data through screenshot, and the controller 250 in the display device 200 is communicatively connected to the display 275 and configured to perform a process of character recognition presentation. The following describes a process of a character recognition display provided in an embodiment of the present application with reference to the drawings.
A flow diagram illustrating a method of person identification presentation according to some embodiments is illustrated in fig. 6. In connection with fig. 6, the method comprises the steps of:
s610: and receiving an identification instruction, wherein the identification instruction is used for capturing a screen of a display interface displayed by a display and generating a screen capture image.
In the embodiment of the present application, when a user views the media assets displayed by the display device 200, if the user wants to further know the character information in the current display interface, an identification instruction may be sent to the display device 200. That is, the controller 250 in the display device 200, after receiving the identification instruction, can know the information that the user wants to know the person in the currently displayed interface of the display according to the identification instruction.
In one implementation, the user may send an identification instruction by using a "screenshot" key set on the remote controller, or by using a specific key of the remote controller bound with the screenshot function, for example, binding a favorite key of the screenshot function or a live key of the screenshot function. When a user watches the media assets, if the user wants to perform screenshot, an identification instruction is sent out through a screenshot key on a remote controller or a specific key bound with the screenshot function.
In another implementation, the user may issue the recognition instruction through a voice input. For example, the user long-presses a voice input key on the remote controller and says "who the person is". The controller 250 first uploads the user's voice input information to the server 400 after receiving the user's voice input. The server 400 analyzes the voice input information, and when the voice input information is analyzed to be information of a person in the current display interface, a screenshot instruction is sent to the display device 200, and the display device 200 performs screenshot on the current display interface of the display 275 according to the screenshot instruction.
In the embodiment of the application, the controller receives an identification instruction sent by a user through a remote controller screenshot key or voice input, and captures a display interface displayed by the display according to the identification instruction and generates a screenshot image, and then acquires identification data in the screenshot image through subsequent steps so as to display the display 275. It should be noted that the screenshot image in the present application may be captured from a movie program, a variety program, a news program, and the like, and may also be captured from a video call, a user self-made video, and the like.
S620: and acquiring the characteristic information of the face to be recognized in the screen shot image.
In the embodiment of the application, after the display device 200 acquires the screenshot image, the screenshot image is sent to the server 400, the server 400 receives the screenshot image, and extracts the facial feature information to be recognized in the screenshot image based on an image content recognition technology, where the facial feature information to be recognized includes extraction of facial features such as forehead, eyebrow, eyes, nose, mouth, and chin. When the face feature information to be recognized is extracted, the position information of each face feature can be marked.
It should be noted that, in the present application, the display device 200 and the server 400 may also be the same device, that is, the functions that can be implemented by the display device 200 and the server 400 may be implemented by the same device, and the specific process is not described herein again.
S630: and when the matching confidence coefficient of the pre-stored face feature information in the database and the face feature information to be recognized does not exceed the preset confidence coefficient, acquiring similar face feature information.
In this embodiment, the server 400 is provided with a database, and the database stores a plurality of pre-stored face feature information, and the database can be regarded as a set of a plurality of pre-stored face feature information in the server. The plurality of pre-stored face feature information refers to face feature information of celebrities, and as the name suggests, the celebrities generally refer to characters with high ability in various industries and high revenues, such as actors, singers, artists and the like, and the celebrities can be well known by most people. After extracting the face feature information to be recognized in the screenshot image, the server 400 compares the face feature information to be recognized with a plurality of pre-stored face feature information in the database one by one to obtain a plurality of matching confidence levels respectively.
In some embodiments, the server 400 is provided with a preset confidence level, and when the obtained matching confidence levels do not exceed the preset confidence level, it may be determined that the matching confidence level of the facial feature information to be recognized and the pre-stored facial feature information of each celebrity in the database is relatively low, so that the facial feature information to be recognized may be facial feature information corresponding to a plain person, where the plain person is an ordinary person in life, and the plain person may be a person who is not known by other people except relatives and friends. For example, the preset confidence level is set to 98%, and if there is no pre-stored face feature information with a matching confidence level of more than 98% between the face feature information to be recognized and the pre-stored face feature information, it may be determined that the face feature information to be recognized is extracted from the plain face. At this time, the server 400 acquires, from the database, pre-stored face feature information whose matching confidence with the face feature information to be recognized satisfies the condition, as similar face feature information. For example, the server 400 may sort the plurality of matching confidence levels in a descending order, and select similar face feature information, the server 400 may feed back the similar face feature information to the display device 200, and the controller 250 acquires the similar face feature information, where the similar face feature information refers to N pre-stored face feature information before the arrangement of the matching confidence levels of the face feature information to be recognized, where N is greater than or equal to 1, that is, when acquiring the similar face feature information, at least the first 1 pre-stored face feature information is selected from the arranged matching confidence levels, and the pre-stored face feature information corresponding to the matching confidence level is used as the similar face feature information.
In some embodiments, when the matching confidence of any pre-stored face feature information in the database and the face feature information to be recognized exceeds a preset confidence, standard face feature information is obtained, wherein the standard face feature information refers to the pre-stored face feature information with the highest matching confidence with the face feature information to be recognized. That is, when any one of the obtained matching confidence degrees exceeds a preset confidence degree, it may be determined that the matching confidence degree of the face feature information to be recognized and the pre-stored face feature information of a celebrity in the database is high, so that the face feature information to be recognized may be regarded as the face feature information corresponding to the celebrity, at this time, the server 400 may select the pre-stored face feature information with the highest matching confidence degree as the standard face feature information, the server 400 may feed the standard face feature information back to the display device 200, and the controller 250 may obtain the standard face feature information. For example, the preset confidence level is set to 98%, if there is pre-stored face feature information with a matching confidence level of more than 98% in the face feature information to be recognized and the pre-stored face feature information, it can be determined that the face feature information to be recognized is extracted from the celebrity face, and the celebrity corresponding to the pre-stored face feature information with the matching confidence level of more than 98% is the celebrity recognized in the screenshot image.
It should be noted that the preset confidence level can be set according to the accuracy of the algorithm, and only when the face feature information to be recognized and the pre-stored face information come from the same person, the matching confidence level of the two can reach above the preset confidence level, which can be up to 100%. If the face feature information to be recognized of the primitive person is matched with the face feature information prestored in the database, the matching confidence may be lower than 50%.
In some embodiments, after selecting the standard facial feature information, the server 400 can know from the standard facial feature information which celebrity person the standard facial feature information is extracted from, and search profile information and related media corresponding to the standard facial feature information according to the celebrity person. After searching the corresponding profile information and the related media assets, the server 400 feeds back the data to the display device 200, and the data is acquired by the controller 250. For example, after the facial feature data to be recognized is acquired from the screenshot image, the facial feature data to be recognized is matched with the prestored facial feature information extracted from Zhang III in the database, the character in the screenshot image can be determined to be Zhang III, and then the brief introduction information of Zhang III, such as Zhang III, is obtained, and is born in Shanghai, and is popular among Men's Singles, movie actors and music producers in China, and graduates in the Gelidon Hotel administration academy. And simultaneously acquiring related media assets of Zhang three participating players. In addition, the eight trigrams of news of Zhang III, etc. can also be used.
The above describes the recognition process when only one person is included in the screen capture image, and of course, when a plurality of persons are included in the screen capture image, the display device provided in the embodiment of the present application is configured such that the controller is configured to:
the method comprises the steps of respectively obtaining the face feature information to be recognized of a plurality of figures, and respectively obtaining the matching confidence result of each figure, wherein the matching confidence result comprises the matching confidence of each piece of pre-stored face feature information in a database and the face feature information to be recognized. And for each person in the screen shot image, comparing the matching confidence result with the preset confidence. When the matching confidence coefficient result is that pre-stored face feature information exceeding a preset confidence coefficient exists, acquiring corresponding standard face feature information; or, when the matching confidence result indicates that there is no pre-stored face feature information exceeding a preset confidence, acquiring corresponding similar face feature information. It should be noted that, for a plurality of people in the screenshot image, all of the people may belong to the plain face, all of the people may belong to the celebrity face, and also a part of the people may belong to the plain face, and the other part of the data celebrity face, whether the celebrity face or the plain face, is only required to correspondingly obtain similar face feature information or standard face feature information, and further obtain corresponding display data based on the similar face feature information and/or the standard face feature information.
S640: and acquiring the plain person identification data.
In the embodiment of the present application, after the similar face feature information is obtained, the controller 250 further obtains the prime mover identification data. The pixel identification data refers to display data corresponding to a person identified in the screenshot image, and the pixel identification data comprises display data corresponding to the face feature information to be identified and display data corresponding to the similar face feature information.
The following describes a flowchart of a method for acquiring pixel identification data with reference to the drawings.
A flow diagram of a method of obtaining pixel person identification data according to some embodiments is illustrated in fig. 7. This process is explained in step S710 to step S740 with reference to fig. 7:
s710: and acquiring the character head portrait thumbnail intercepted from the screen shot image according to the position information of the human face characteristics.
In the embodiment of the application, when the face feature information to be recognized is extracted, the position information of the face features such as the forehead, the eyebrows, the eyes, the nose, the mouth and the chin is marked at the same time, the position information of the figure can be known in the whole screen shot image through the position information of the face features, the controller 250 can intercept the figure head portrait thumbnail from the screen shot image, namely, the figure head portrait thumbnail is obtained based on the position information of the figure.
S720: and acquiring the color data generated after the face feature information to be recognized is compared with the face feature template.
In the embodiment of the application, the color value data of the corresponding person can be obtained based on the face feature information to be recognized. Standard human facial features are available for general public acceptance based on the general aesthetics, for example, a tall nose bridge is generally considered to be more beautiful than a short nose bridge for the nose, and a double eyelid is generally considered to be more beautiful than a single eyelid for the eyes. The server 400 can compare the extracted face feature information to be recognized with a preset face feature template to obtain corresponding color score, color ranking, age estimation and the like. The resulting color data may be different for different servers. The server 400 feeds back the obtained color value data to the display apparatus 200.
In some embodiments, facial data of the corresponding person can be obtained based on the facial feature information to be recognized, such as facial features, unique and nice quality, instrument class and the like.
S730: and adding corresponding person identification for the person avatar thumbnail according to the color value data.
In the embodiment of the application, the color value data of the corresponding person can be obtained based on the face feature information to be recognized, such as color value scoring, color value ranking, age estimation and the like. The server 400 adds the corresponding person identification to the corresponding person avatar thumbnail according to the color value data. For example, a male aged about 45 may be named "handsome", a female aged about 70 may be named "grandma", and so on. After acquiring the corresponding person identifier, the server 400 may feed back the corresponding person identifier and the color data to the display device 200.
S740: and determining similar stars through the similar face feature information, and acquiring brief introduction information and related media resources corresponding to the similar stars.
In the embodiment of the application, the similar stars can be determined based on the similar face feature information, and because the similar face feature information is extracted from the prestored face feature information, each piece of similar face feature information can have a corresponding celebrity figure, and the celebrity figure is the similar star. The server 400 searches corresponding profile information and related media according to similar stars, feeds data back to the display device 200, and obtains the data through the controller 250.
The pixel identification data includes a thumbnail of a character head, color data, a character identification, similar stars, and corresponding profile information and related media, etc., some of which are directly acquired by the controller 250 in the display apparatus 200 and some of which are indirectly acquired by the controller 250 through the server 400.
S650: and generating a sharing control which is uniquely matched with the face feature information to be recognized.
In this embodiment, the controller 250 generates a character string according to the person identifier, in combination with the timestamp, the server domain name, and the display device identifier that generate the screenshot image, where the server is a server that extracts the face feature information in the screenshot image, and generates the two-dimensional code according to the character string. The two-dimension code is used as a sharing control and used for sharing the prime person identification data. When a user wants to acquire the pixel identification data from the display device 200, the two-dimensional code can be scanned by a mobile terminal with a camera, such as a mobile phone, an iPad, a notebook, and the like, and the server 400 acquires the corresponding pixel identification data and feeds the corresponding pixel identification data back to the mobile terminal based on a request of the mobile terminal, so that the pixel identification data can be shared. If the mobile terminal wants to acquire the pixel person identification data, the mobile terminal needs to acquire the time point of screenshot through the timestamp for generating the screenshot image, acquire which server to visit through the server domain name, clearly identify the screenshot image generated by which display equipment specifically through the display equipment, and request the server through scanning the two-dimensional code when the mobile terminal wants to acquire the pixel person identification data.
S660: controlling the display to display the pixel identification data and the sharing control on a display interface.
In this embodiment, after the controller 250 obtains the person identification data, the controller 275 controls the display to pop up an information floating layer on the current display interface, where the information floating layer includes a person region, a similar region, a color value region, and a sharing region, where the person region includes one or more person controls, and the person controls include the person avatar thumbnail. A presentation interface diagram of the pixel person identification data according to some embodiments is illustrated in fig. 8, and a presentation interface diagram of the pixel person identification data according to some embodiments is illustrated in fig. 9. With reference to fig. 8 and 9, a "content recognition" information floating layer pops up on the right side of the current display interface of the display 275, and a person area, a similar area, a color value area, a face area, and a sharing area are sequentially provided in the "content recognition" information floating layer. In the person region, a person avatar thumbnail, which is a person control, is displayed, and a person identifier of the person avatar thumbnail is corresponding to the person identification below the person avatar thumbnail, such as "handsome boy" in fig. 8. In the character area, when the focus is moved to different character controls through left/right direction keys in the remote controller, the controller 250 controls the similar area, the color value area, the face area and the sharing area below to display the character recognition data and the sharing controls of different characters recognized in the screenshot image. The user moves the focus to the similar area, the color value area, the face area and the sharing area through the up/down direction keys in the remote controller. The similar stars are shown in the similar area, such as zhang san, li si and wang bi in fig. 8, and the similarity of the plain person in the screenshot image to each similar star is shown below the similar stars. The color value area is used to display the color value data, as shown in fig. 8, the color value of the person in the screenshot is scored as 87, the color value ranking is 83%, and the age is estimated as 46. The area of facies shows facies evaluation. And in the sharing area, a sharing control is displayed, and a text prompt of 'scanning a code by a mobile phone to obtain an identification result' is set.
A presentation interface diagram of pixel identification data for a mobile terminal according to some embodiments is illustrated in fig. 10. In fig. 10, after the user scans the sharing control in the sharing area through the mobile terminal, the display interface shown in fig. 10 is correspondingly displayed on the display screen of the mobile terminal.
In the embodiment of the present application, the similar area in the information floating layer in fig. 8 includes a plurality of star controls, and the plurality of star controls respectively correspond to the plurality of similar stars. After the similar area obtains focus and accepts selection, the controller 250 controls the information floating layer to jump to a similar star detail page, wherein the similar star detail page comprises the similar area, a brief introduction area and a medium resource area, the brief introduction area is used for displaying brief introduction information, and the medium resource area is used for displaying related medium resources. Referring to fig. 11, a presentation interface diagram of a similar star details page according to some embodiments is exemplarily shown in fig. 11, and as shown in fig. 11, the similar star details page is presented by a floating layer of "similar stars", in which a similar area, a brief description area, and a media asset area are sequentially disposed. In the similar area, when the focus moves to a different star control, the controller 250 controls the profile information and the related media assets of different similar stars to be displayed in the profile area and the media asset area. That is, when the focus is moved to different star head portraits, the profile information and related media assets of the corresponding star are shown in the lower profile area and the media asset area. Only 3 similar stars are shown in fig. 11, and according to the number of the selected similar face features, a plurality of similar stars may be set here, and in the similar area, the focus is moved to different star controls through the left/right direction keys on the remote controller.
