Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides a phase shifting module which can reduce the longitudinal size of the phase shifting module, thereby reducing the volume of the phase shifter.
The invention also provides a phase shifter with the phase shifting module.
A phase shifting module according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the invention comprises:
the PCB comprises a PCB board, wherein the first surface of the PCB board comprises N strip lines, the N strip lines are provided with concentrically arranged circular arc sections, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 2;
and the first rotating medium is arranged in a fan shape, is rotatably arranged on the first surface and is in contact with the N strip lines of the first surface.
The phase shifting module according to the embodiment of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects: the rotating medium is arranged in a fan shape, and when the rotating medium rotates for a certain angle, the covered length of each strip line is changed, so that the dielectric constant of each strip line is changed, and the function of phase shifting is realized. Because the rotating medium is arranged in a fan shape, the function of phase shifting can be realized only by rotating a certain angle without linear motion, so that the longitudinal size of the phase shifting module can be reduced, and the volume of the phase shifter is reduced.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a center of rotation of the first rotating medium coincides with a center of the circular arc segment of the N striplines.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the strip line comprises a first strip line and a second strip line, the first strip line and the second strip line are distributed axisymmetrically on the left and right of the first surface.
According to some embodiments of the invention, a third strip line is disposed between the first strip line and the second strip line, and a circular arc segment of the third strip line is completely covered by the first rotating medium.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the strip line further comprises a fourth strip line and a fifth strip line distributed on the left side of the first strip line, the arc segments of the first strip line, the fourth strip line and the fifth strip line are parallel to each other, and the radius ratio of the arc segments of the first strip line, the fourth strip line and the fifth strip line is 1: 2: 3;

The phase shifter according to the second aspect of the present invention includes the above-mentioned phase shifting module and a power dividing module, where the power dividing module is provided with power output terminals connected to the input terminals of each strip line in the phase shifting module in a one-to-one correspondence manner.
The phase shifter according to the embodiment of the invention has at least the following beneficial effects: the embodiment of the invention comprises the phase shifting module, the rotating medium is arranged in a fan shape, and when the rotating medium rotates for a certain angle, the covered length of each strip line can be changed, so that the dielectric constant of each strip line is changed, and the phase shifting function is realized. Because the rotating medium is arranged in a fan shape, the function of phase shifting can be realized only by rotating a certain angle without linear motion, so that the longitudinal size of the phase shifting module can be reduced, and the volume of the phase shifter is reduced. And the power division module is provided with power output ends which are connected with the input ends of the strip lines in the phase shifting module in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the power division module and the phase shifting module are arranged in a separated mode, so that the ultra-wideband standing wave bandwidth and the stable port linearity can be realized.

Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, a first aspect of an embodiment of the present invention discloses a phase shift module, including: the PCB comprises a PCB 100, wherein a first surface 120 of the PCB 100 comprises N strip lines 110, the N strip lines 110 are provided with concentrically arranged circular arc sections, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 2; the first rotating medium 200, which is disposed in a fan shape, is rotatably disposed on the first surface 120, and contacts the N strip lines of the first surface 120. It is understood that the rotating media 200 may be in the shape of a fan, a cylinder or a block, having a certain thickness or height.
The rotating medium is arranged in a fan shape, and when the first rotating medium 200 rotates a certain angle, the covered length of each strip line changes, thereby changing the dielectric constant of each strip line, and thus performing a phase shifting function. Because the first rotating medium 200 is arranged in a fan shape, the function of phase shifting can be realized only by rotating a certain angle without linear motion, so that the longitudinal size of the phase shifting module can be reduced, the size of the phase shifter is reduced, and the miniaturization design of the phase shifter is facilitated. It is understood that, in order that the first rotating medium 200 may be rotated, a through-hole 240 for installing a rotating shaft may be provided at the middle of the first rotating medium 200.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the center of rotation of the first rotating medium 200 coincides with the center of the arc segment of the N striplines, so that the phase of the striplines changes smoothly when the first rotating medium 200 rotates. It will be appreciated that the center of the through hole 240 coincides with the center of the arc segment. The strip line 110 includes a first strip line 1101 and a second strip line 1102, and the first strip line 1101 and the second strip line 1102 are axisymmetrically distributed on the left side and the right side of the first surface 120, so that the first strip line 1101 and the second strip line 1102 can output phases opposite to each other, for example, the phase output by the first strip line 1101 is a, and the phase output by the second strip line 1102 is-a. The third strip line 1103 is provided between the first strip line 1101 and the second strip line 1102, and the circular arc segment of the third strip line 1103 is completely covered with the rotating medium, and it can be understood that the area covered on the third strip line 1103 does not change when the first rotating medium 200 rotates, so the dielectric parameter of the third strip line 1103 is not changed, and the third strip line 1103 always outputs the reference phase.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the strip line 110 further includes a fourth strip line 1104 and a fifth strip line 1105 distributed on the left side of the first strip line 1101, the arc segments of the first strip line 1101, the fourth strip line 1104 and the fifth strip line 1105 are parallel to each other, and the radius ratio of the arc segments of the first strip line 1101, the fourth strip line 1104 and the fifth strip line 1105 is 1: 2: 3; the strip line 110 further comprises a sixth strip line 1106 and a seventh strip line 1107 which are distributed at the right side of the second strip line 1102, the arc segments of the second strip line 1102, the sixth strip line 1106 and the seventh strip line 1107 are parallel to each other, and the radius ratio of the arc segments of the second strip line 1102, the sixth strip line 1106 and the seventh strip line 1107 is 1: 2: 3.
for example, when the number of the strip lines is set to 7, the first strip line 1101, the second strip line 1102, the third strip line 1103, the fourth strip line 1104, the fifth strip line 1105, the sixth strip line 1106, and the seventh strip line 1107 are arranged in order from left to right, wherein the arc-shaped portions 220 of the first strip line 1101, the second strip line 1102, the third strip line 1103, and the fourth strip line 1104 protrude to the left, and the arc-shaped portions 220 of the fifth strip line 1105, the sixth strip line 1106, and the seventh strip line 1107 protrude to the right. Therefore, the strip line layout with certain symmetry can stabilize the whole phase shifting performance. And the phase outputs arranged on the same side form an equal difference relation, for example, the phase outputs from left to right can be-3A, -2A, -A, 0, A, 2A, 3A.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first rotating medium 200 includes two radius parts 210 and one arc part 220, and the radius parts 210 are arranged in a zigzag shape. The two radius parts 210 are formed in a zigzag shape, and since the opening part of the first rotating medium 200 is fixed while rotating, the rotation angle of the first rotating medium 200 can be increased and the rotation angle can be maximized.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the first rotating medium further includes a first pressing plate 300, the first pressing plate 300 is disposed on the first rotating medium 200, a pressing edge is disposed on the first pressing plate 300, and a recessed portion 230 is disposed at an edge of the first rotating medium 200 and matches with the pressing edge. The provision of the first presser plate 300 makes it possible to make the rotating medium more stable when rotating. A first cover plate 500 is further included, and the first cover plate 500 is disposed over the first rotating medium 200 and the first pressing plate 300. The provision of the first cover plate 500 may protect the rotating medium, the PCB board 100, from being damaged by external components.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the second surface 130 of the PCB board 100 includes N strip lines, and the strip lines 110 of the second surface 130 correspond to the strip lines 110 of the first surface 120 one to one and have the same shape; a second rotating medium 700, a second pressing plate 400 and a second cover plate 600 are sequentially arranged below the second surface 130, the second rotating medium 700 is vertically opposite to the first rotating medium 200 and has the same shape, the second pressing plate 400 is vertically opposite to the first pressing plate 300 and has the same shape, and the second cover plate 600 is vertically opposite to the first cover plate 500 and has the same shape. The PCB 100 is disposed between the two pressing plates, and the two rotating media are disposed between the PCB 100 and the two different pressing plates, respectively. So set up, can make the performance of moving the looks ware more stable, also make whole structure more firm.
In a second aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, a phase shifter is further provided, which includes the above-mentioned phase shifting module and the power dividing module 800, where the power dividing module 800 is provided with power output ends connected to input ends of each strip line in the phase shifting module in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The embodiment of the invention uses the power distribution network with a parallel structure, and each output port is provided with an independent phase shifting part, so that the ultra-wide working bandwidth can be realized, the design difficulty can be reduced and the engineering realization is facilitated compared with the traditional cascaded sliding phase shifter.
The phase shift module according to an embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below in a specific embodiment with reference to fig. 1 to 4. It is to be understood that the following description is illustrative only and is not intended as a specific limitation on the invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a phase-shifting module, which comprises a PCB (printed circuit board) 100, wherein a first surface 120 of the PCB 100 comprises N strip lines, the N strip lines are provided with concentrically arranged circular arc sections, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 2; the first rotating medium 200, which is disposed in a fan shape, is rotatably disposed on the first surface 120, and contacts the N strip lines of the first surface 120. The center of rotation of the first rotating medium 200 coincides with the center of the arc segment of the N strip lines. The strip line 110 includes a first strip line 1101 and a second strip line 1102, and the first strip line 1101 and the second strip line 1102 are axisymmetrically distributed on the left and right sides of the first surface 120. A third strip line 1103 is disposed between the first strip line 1101 and the second strip line 1102, and a circular arc segment of the third strip line 1103 is completely covered by the rotating medium.
The strip line 110 further includes a fourth strip line 1104 and a fifth strip line 1105 distributed on the left side of the first strip line 1101, the arc segments of the first strip line 1101, the fourth strip line 1104 and the fifth strip line 1105 are parallel to each other, and the radius ratio of the arc segments of the first strip line 1101, the fourth strip line 1104 and the fifth strip line 1105 is 1: 2: 3; the strip line 110 further comprises a sixth strip line 1106 and a seventh strip line 1107 which are distributed at the right side of the second strip line 1102, the arc segments of the second strip line 1102, the sixth strip line 1106 and the seventh strip line 1107 are parallel to each other, and the radius ratio of the arc segments of the second strip line 1102, the sixth strip line 1106 and the seventh strip line 1107 is 1: 2: 3.

The second surface 130 of the PCB board 100 includes N strip lines 110, and the strip lines 110 of the second surface 130 correspond to the strip lines 110 of the first surface 120 one to one and have the same shape; a second rotating medium 700, a second pressing plate 400 and a second cover plate 600 are sequentially arranged below the second surface 130, the second rotating medium 700 is vertically opposite to the first rotating medium 200 and has the same shape, the second pressing plate 400 is vertically opposite to the first pressing plate 300 and has the same shape, and the second cover plate 600 is vertically opposite to the first cover plate 500 and has the same shape.
A phase shifter comprises the phase shifting module and the power dividing module 800, wherein the power dividing module 800 is provided with power output ends which are connected with the input ends of all strip lines in the phase shifting module in a one-to-one corresponding mode.
According to the phase shift module of the embodiment of the invention, at least some effects can be achieved by arranging the rotating medium in a fan shape, and when the rotating medium rotates for a certain angle, the covered length of each strip line is changed, so that the dielectric constant of each strip line is changed, and the phase shift function is realized. Because the rotating medium is arranged in a fan shape, the function of phase shifting can be realized only by rotating a certain angle without linear motion, so that the longitudinal size of the phase shifting module can be reduced, and the volume of the phase shifter is reduced. Moreover, the power dividing module 800 is provided with power output ends which are connected with the input ends of the strip lines in the phase shifting module in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the power dividing module 800 and the phase shifting module are separately arranged, so that the ultra-wideband standing wave bandwidth and the stable port linearity can be realized.
