Abstract

The present disclosure provides a flexible display screen and a display device. The flexible display screen comprises a display panel and a supporting member arranged on the display panel and deviating from the light emergent surface. The supporting member is provided with a plurality of hollow parts in a bending area corresponding to the display panel. The plurality of hollow parts are connected with each other and arranged in a ladder shape, and the hollow parts comprise a first sub hollow part and a second sub hollow part which are arranged at certain preset included angles. The bending area comprises a bending axis, and the long edge of the first sub hollow-out part is perpendicular to the bending axis. The display panel and the support member realize a bent state along the bending axis. Through setting up special hollow out construction, the problem that stress can't in time release when having solved current flexible display and buckling.

Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a flexible display screen and a display device.
Background
Currently, the mainstream display screens mainly include liquid crystal display screens and Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) display screens. The organic light emitting diode display screen has the advantages of saving energy because of the self-luminous performance of the organic light emitting diode display screen and compared with a liquid crystal display screen, the backlight module which consumes most energy is saved. In addition, the organic light emitting diode display screen has the characteristic of flexibility and bendability, and the OLED display screen has excellent bendability by adopting the flexible substrate and the plurality of conducting layers which are sequentially formed on the flexible substrate and comprise the thin film transistor driving array layer, the anode layer, the organic light emitting layer, the cathode layer and the thin film packaging layer.
However, for a bendable OLED product, if the requirement is met for both inward bending and outward bending, the OLED screen body is prone to crack or peeling due to failure of stress release.
Therefore, the problem that stress cannot be timely released when the existing flexible display screen is bent needs to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The disclosure provides a flexible display screen and a display device, which are used for relieving the technical problem that stress cannot be released in time when the existing flexible display screen is bent.
In order to solve the above problems, the technical solution provided by the present disclosure is as follows:
the embodiment of the disclosure provides a flexible display screen, which comprises a display panel and a supporting member arranged on the display panel and deviating from a light emergent surface. The display panel has a bending region including a bending axis. The supporting member is provided with a plurality of hollow parts corresponding to the bending areas. The hollow parts comprise first sub hollow parts and second sub hollow parts, and the first sub hollow parts and the second sub hollow parts are arranged at preset included angles. The long edge of the first sub hollow-out part is perpendicular to the bending axis. The display panel and the support member realize a bent state along the bending axis.
In the flexible display screen provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the plurality of hollowed-out parts are connected with each other.
In the flexible display screen provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the range of the preset included angle includes more than 0 degree and less than 180 degrees.
In the flexible display screen provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the preset included angle is 90 degrees.
In the flexible display screen provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, a width of the first sub hollow-out portion is smaller than a width of the second sub hollow-out portion.
In a flexible display screen, a width range of the first sub hollow portion includes 0.09 mm to 0.29 mm.
In the flexible display screen provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, a width range of the second sub hollow portion includes 0.13 mm to 0.33 mm.
In the flexible display screen provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the lengths of the first sub hollow-out portion and the second sub hollow-out portion are respectively greater than the widths of the corresponding first sub hollow-out portion and the second sub hollow-out portion.
In the flexible display screen provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the material of the supporting member comprises a metal or an amorphous material.
The embodiment of the present disclosure further provides a display device, which includes the flexible display screen of one of the foregoing embodiments.
The beneficial effects of this revelation do: in the flexible display screen and the display device provided by the disclosure, the supporting member corresponding to the bending area of the display panel is set to be a special hollow structure. The flexible display screen can well release compressive stress or tensile stress when being bent inwards or outwards, and the problems of cracking or film peeling and the like when the flexible display screen is bent are avoided. Thereby the life-span of the very good improvement flexible display screen promotes user experience simultaneously.

Detailed Description
The following description of the various embodiments refers to the accompanying drawings, which illustrate specific embodiments in which the disclosure may be practiced. Directional phrases used in this disclosure, such as [ upper ], [ lower ], [ front ], [ back ], [ left ], [ right ], [ inner ], [ outer ], [ side ], etc., refer only to the directions of the attached drawings. Accordingly, the directional terms used are used for the purpose of illustration and understanding of the present disclosure, and are not used to limit the present disclosure. In the drawings, elements having similar structures are denoted by the same reference numerals.
In an embodiment, a flexible display 100 is provided, as shown in fig. 1, the flexible display 100 includes a display panel 10 and a supporting member 20 disposed on the display panel 10 away from a light emitting surface. The display panel 10 has a bending area BD, and the supporting member 20 is provided with a plurality of hollow portions corresponding to the bending area BD. When the flexible display screen 100 is bent, the hollow portion on the supporting member 20 can release the compressive stress or tensile stress at the bending position, so as to prevent the flexible display screen 100 from cracking or peeling off the film layer. Meanwhile, the support member 20 can structurally reinforce the display panel 10, and the hollow portion can prevent the support member 20 from breaking when being bent.
Specifically, the display panel 10 may be an organic light emitting diode display panel, but the disclosure is not limited thereto, and the display panel 10 of the disclosure may also be other display panels. Taking an organic light emitting diode display panel as an example, as shown in fig. 2, the display panel 10 includes an array substrate 11, a light emitting function layer 12 disposed on the array substrate 11, and an encapsulation layer 13 disposed on the light emitting function layer 12. The light emitting surface of the display panel 10 is also the surface facing the light emitting direction of the light emitting functional layer 12. The supporting member 20 is disposed on a surface of the display panel 10 facing away from the light emitting surface, that is, the supporting member 20 is disposed on a surface of the array substrate 11 away from the light emitting functional layer 12. For convenience of description, the light emitting surface of the display panel 10 is the upper surface of the display panel 10, and the surface of the display panel 10 departing from the light emitting surface is the lower surface of the display panel 10.
Specifically, the support member 20 may be attached to the lower surface of the display panel 10 by OCA optical cement. The material of the support member 20 includes metal, amorphous material, etc., and may be, for example, metal copper foil, etc. Of course, in order to achieve a better heat dissipation effect of the display panel 10, a graphite layer 30 or the like may be prepared as a heat dissipation layer on the surface of the support member 20 close to the display panel 10.
Or a backboard is arranged between the supporting member and the display panel so as to further enhance the structural reinforcement and the heat dissipation effect of the display panel. As shown in fig. 3, the back sheet 40 is fixed to the lower surface of the display panel 10 by a Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) or the like, and the support member 20 is fixed to the surface of the back sheet 40 away from the display panel 10 by OCA optical cement. The back sheet 40 may be one or a combination of at least two of foam, graphite layer, and copper foil. The back plate 40 is disconnected in the area corresponding to the bending area BD, so as to achieve better bending performance of the flexible display screen.
The hollowed-out portion of the support member will be described in detail below. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the bending area BD includes a bending axis a along which the display panel and the supporting member are bent. The supporting member 20 is provided with a plurality of hollow portions 21 corresponding to the bending area BD, and the plurality of hollow portions 21 are connected to each other to form a stepped structure. It should be noted that a plurality of interconnected hollow-out portions are interconnected, as shown in fig. 4, two interconnected hollow-out portions are separated by a dotted line X, and only the structure of a single hollow-out portion is shown for clarity. Of course, a plurality of the hollow portions of the present disclosure may not be connected to each other, and each of the hollow portions is orderly or disorderly disposed on the supporting member corresponding to the bending region.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the hollow portion 21 includes a first sub hollow portion 211 and a second sub hollow portion 212. The first sub hollow-out portion 211 includes two long sides parallel to each other, and the second sub hollow-out portion 212 also includes two long sides parallel to each other. Two long edges of the first sub hollow-out portion 211 are respectively connected with two long edges of the second sub hollow-out portion 212. Wherein two long sides of the first sub hollow-out portion 211 are perpendicular to the bending axis. The long side of the second sub hollow-out portion 212 and the long side of the corresponding first sub hollow-out portion 211 form a certain preset included angle. That is, a preset included angle is formed between the first sub hollow-out portion 211 and the second sub hollow-out portion 212.
Further, a range of the preset included angle between the first sub hollow-out portion 211 and the second sub hollow-out portion 212 includes more than 0 degree and less than 180 degrees. As shown in fig. 5, a preset included angle a between the first sub hollow-out portion 211 and the second sub hollow-out portion 212 is 90 degrees.
Further, the width D1 of the first sub hollow-out portion 211 is smaller than the width D2 of the second sub hollow-out portion 212. And the length L1 of the first sub hollow-out part 211 is greater than the width D1 of the first sub hollow-out part 211. The length L2 of the second sub hollow-out part 212 is greater than the width D2 of the second sub hollow-out part 212.
Specifically, the width of the first sub hollow-out portion 211 may range from 0.09 mm to 0.29 mm. The width of the second sub-hollow portion 212 may range from 0.13 mm to 0.33 mm. Of course, the width of the first sub hollow-out portion 211 and the width of the second sub hollow-out portion 212 in the present disclosure are not limited thereto, and the width of the first sub hollow-out portion 211 and the width of the second sub hollow-out portion 212 may be adjusted accordingly according to different bending requirements of the flexible display screen.
In an embodiment, different from the above embodiments, a preset included angle between the first sub hollow-out portion and the second sub hollow-out portion is 45 degrees or 135 degrees. As shown in the hollow-out portion 21 ' of fig. 6, a preset included angle a between the first sub hollow-out portion 211 ' and the second sub hollow-out portion 212 ' is 45 degrees, and other descriptions refer to the above embodiments, and are not repeated herein.
In one embodiment, different from the above embodiments, two long sides of the first sub hollow-out portion and the second sub hollow-out portion are broken lines or curved lines. As shown in fig. 7, the two long sides of the first sub hollow-out portion 211 "and the second sub hollow-out portion 212" are both folding lines. For other descriptions, please refer to the above embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
In an embodiment, there is also provided a display device comprising the flexible display screen of one of the above embodiments. The display device can be any electronic equipment with a display function, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, an electronic paper book or a television.
According to the above embodiments:
the flexible display screen comprises a display panel and a supporting member arranged on the display panel and deviating from a light emergent surface. The supporting member is provided with a plurality of hollow parts in a bending area corresponding to the display panel. The plurality of hollow parts are connected with each other and arranged in a ladder shape, and the hollow parts comprise a first sub hollow part and a second sub hollow part which are arranged at certain preset included angles. The bending area comprises a bending axis, and the long edge of the first sub hollow-out part is perpendicular to the bending axis. The display panel and the support member realize a bent state along the bending axis. The supporting members corresponding to the bending areas of the display panel are arranged into special hollow structures. The flexible display screen can well release compressive stress or tensile stress when being bent inwards or outwards, and the problems of cracking or film peeling and the like when the flexible display screen is bent are avoided. Thereby the life-span of the very good improvement flexible display screen promotes user experience simultaneously.

1. A flexible display screen, comprising:
a display panel having a bend region, the bend region including a bend axis; and
the supporting member is arranged on one surface of the display panel, which is far away from the light emergent surface, and a plurality of hollow parts are arranged on the supporting member corresponding to the bending area;
the hollow-out part comprises a first sub hollow-out part and a second sub hollow-out part, and a preset included angle is formed between the first sub hollow-out part and the second sub hollow-out part;
wherein the display panel and the support member achieve a bent state along the bending axis; the long edge of the first sub hollow-out part is perpendicular to the bending axis.
2. The flexible display of claim 1, wherein the plurality of hollowed-out portions are connected to each other.
3. The flexible display of claim 1, wherein the predetermined range of included angles comprises greater than 0 degrees and less than 180 degrees.
4. The flexible display of claim 3, wherein the predetermined included angle is 90 degrees.
5. The flexible display screen of claim 1, wherein the width of the first sub-hollowed-out portion is less than the width of the second sub-hollowed-out portion.
6. The flexible display screen of claim 5, wherein the width range of the first sub-hollowed-out portion comprises 0.09 mm to 0.29 mm.
7. The flexible display of claim 5, wherein the width of the second sub-hollow comprises 0.13 mm to 0.33 mm.
8. The flexible display screen of claim 1, wherein the lengths of the first and second sub-hollowed-out portions are greater than the widths of the corresponding first and second sub-hollowed-out portions, respectively.
9. The flexible display of claim 1, wherein the material of the support member comprises a metal or an amorphous material.
10. A display device characterized by comprising a flexible display screen according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
