step five, a monitoring camera (17) and an ultraviolet searchlight (19) are started, the ultraviolet searchlight (19) irradiates the surface of the workpiece, meanwhile, the monitoring camera (17) records the detection condition of the surface of the workpiece, and video signals are sent to an external monitoring display through a wireless signal transmitter;
step six, the flatcar (1) continues to move, drives the wiping cotton layer (26) to wipe the magnetic powder suspension on the surface of the workpiece, and enables redundant magnetic powder suspension to fall into the box body (2) through the leak hole (5), and a pipeline is connected to the liquid outlet (6) of the box body (2) in advance, so that the magnetic powder suspension in the box body (2) can be recovered.
