Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a steel guide wall for hole forming construction of an occlusive pile, wherein at least four positioning hole groups are arranged on two longitudinal beams which are oppositely arranged at equal intervals, each positioning hole group comprises at least three positioning holes, at least four limiting cross beams are connected between the two longitudinal beams corresponding to the positioning hole groups to form at least three square holes in a surrounding manner, and the limiting cross beams are connected to the longitudinal beams through the positioning holes by fasteners; the anchor piles are fixedly arranged on the outer sides of the two longitudinal beams, so that when the secant pile pore-forming construction is carried out, the steel guide wall is fixed on the operation ground only by utilizing the anchor piles, then first secant pile holes are formed at intervals by utilizing square holes, and then second secant pile holes between the adjacent first secant pile holes are formed by adjusting the limiting cross beams and fastening and connecting different positioning holes in the positioning hole group, so that the purposes of positioning the secant pile holes and mutual secant are achieved.

Background
At present, in the construction of an occlusive pile, in order to accurately position and mutually occlude the occlusive pile and control the occlusion depth among piles to meet the construction quality requirement, before the occlusive pile is drilled, a guide wall is constructed according to the designed pile position and axis to control the pile position, the pile axis, the occlusion depth and the like, the common guide wall adopts a C30 plate type reinforced concrete structure with the thickness of 200mm, the guide wall is easy to damage in the construction process, the reinforced concrete structure cannot be reused, the construction cost is high, and the construction is not expected by technical personnel in the field.

at least four positioning hole groups are arranged on the two longitudinal beams at equal intervals, each positioning hole group at least comprises three positioning holes, the positioning holes on the two longitudinal beams are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, at least four limiting cross beams are connected between the two longitudinal beams corresponding to the positioning hole groups, and the limiting cross beams are connected to the longitudinal beams through the positioning holes by fasteners;
and anchor piles are fixedly arranged on the outer sides of the two longitudinal beams, and the tops of the anchor piles are fixed on the longitudinal beams through connecting pieces.
Preferably, the fastener is a bolt.
Preferably, the connecting piece is a connecting rib.
Preferably, the connecting rib is an L-shaped reinforcing steel bar, the short side of the L-shaped reinforcing steel bar is welded with the outer side face of the longitudinal beam, and the long side of the L-shaped reinforcing steel bar is welded with the anchor pile.

Detailed Description
The invention discloses a steel guide wall for hole forming construction of an occlusive pile, which comprises two longitudinal beams arranged oppositely; at least four positioning hole groups are arranged on the two longitudinal beams at equal intervals, each positioning hole group at least comprises three positioning holes, the positioning holes on the two longitudinal beams are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, at least four limiting cross beams are connected between the two longitudinal beams corresponding to the positioning hole groups, and the limiting cross beams are connected to the longitudinal beams through the positioning holes by fasteners; and anchor piles are fixedly arranged on the outer sides of the two longitudinal beams, and the tops of the anchor piles are fixed on the longitudinal beams through connecting pieces.

As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment relates to a steel guide wall for use in the hole-forming construction of a secant pile, which comprises a left longitudinal beam 1 and a right longitudinal beam 2 which are oppositely arranged; the left longitudinal beam 1 and the right longitudinal beam 2 are provided with 7 positioning hole groups at equal intervals (namely, the left longitudinal beam 1 is provided with 7 positioning hole groups at equal intervals, the right longitudinal beam 2 is also provided with 7 positioning hole groups at equal intervals), each positioning hole group comprises three positioning holes 7, the positioning holes 7 of the left longitudinal beam 1 and the positioning holes 7 of the right longitudinal beam 2 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the corresponding positioning hole groups between the left longitudinal beam 1 and the right longitudinal beam 2 are connected with 7 limiting cross beams 3 to form 6 square holes, and the limiting cross beams 3 are connected on the longitudinal beams through a positioning hole 7 by bolts 5 (specifically, one end of any limiting cross beam 3 is connected on the left longitudinal beam 1 through a positioning hole 7 in the corresponding positioning group on the left longitudinal beam 1 by a bolt 5, the other end is connected on the right longitudinal beam 2 through a positioning hole 7 in the corresponding positioning group on the right longitudinal beam 2 by a bolt 5, namely, 7 limit crossbeams are connected with the left longitudinal beam 1 and the right longitudinal beam 2 into a whole through bolts 5 penetrating through the positioning holes 7 at certain intervals; the outside of this left longeron 1 and right longeron 2 is all fixed and is provided with anchor pile 4, and the top of anchor pile 4 is fixed on left longeron 1/right longeron 2 through splice bar 6 and is fixed on operation ground with left longeron 1, right longeron 2 and the spacing crossbeam 3 of this steel guide wall in order to utilize anchor pile 4 to fix when carrying out the secant pile pore-forming construction, and in this embodiment, the length of this spacing crossbeam 3, interval are calculated according to secant pile footpath and are confirmed.

When the steel guide wall for the occlusive pile pore-forming construction is used for the occlusive pile pore-forming construction, firstly, the left longitudinal beam 1, the right longitudinal beam 2 and the limiting cross beam 3 are fixed on the operation ground by using the anchor pile 4, then, square hole positioning (namely, positioning is carried out by the left cross beam, the right cross beam and the limiting cross beam 3) is utilized to form a first occlusive pile hole, and then, the limiting cross beam 3 is adjusted to be fastened and connected with different positioning holes 7 in a positioning hole group to form a second occlusive pile hole positioned between adjacent first occlusive pile holes, so that the aims of positioning and mutual occlusion of the occlusive pile holes are fulfilled; and when a group of occlusive pile holes are required to be formed, the steel guide wall can be spliced.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that variations may be implemented by those skilled in the art in combination with the prior art and the above-described embodiments, and will not be described herein in detail. Such variations do not affect the essence of the present invention and are not described herein.

at least four positioning hole groups are arranged on the two longitudinal beams at equal intervals, each positioning hole group comprises at least three positioning holes, the positioning holes on the two longitudinal beams are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner, at least four limiting cross beams are connected between the two longitudinal beams corresponding to the positioning hole groups, and the limiting cross beams are connected to the longitudinal beams through the positioning holes by fasteners;
and anchor piles are fixedly arranged on the outer sides of the two longitudinal beams, and the tops of the anchor piles are fixed on the longitudinal beams through connecting pieces.
2. A steel guide wall for use in the formation of a bore in a spud according to claim 1, wherein the fasteners are bolts.
3. The steel guide wall for use in pile boring according to claim 1, wherein the connecting members are tie bars.

The steel guide wall for the hole forming construction of the occlusive pile as claimed in claim 3, wherein the connecting rib is an L-shaped steel bar, the short side of the L-shaped steel bar is welded with the outer side face of the longitudinal beam, and the long side of the L-shaped steel bar is welded with the anchor pile.
5. A steel guide wall for use in the formation of a bore in a spud according to claim 1, wherein both of the stringers are H-section steel.
6. The steel guide wall for the hole forming construction of the occlusive pile as claimed in claim 1, wherein the limiting cross beam is a channel steel, and end-capped steel plates are arranged at two ends of the channel steel.
7. The steel guide wall for use in pile boring according to claim 5, wherein the connection between the capped steel plate and the channel is a full weld connection.
8. A steel guide wall for use in the formation of a bore in a spud according to claim 1, wherein the anchor pile is formed of H-section steel.
