Description

Aqueous base layer treating agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a water-based base layer treating agent and a preparation method thereof, which are applied to the field of coatings.
Background
The base course treating agent is a waterproof coating which is coated on a construction base course in advance before the waterproof material layer is constructed, and mainly has the functions of enhancing the binding force between the waterproof material layer and the construction base course, sealing excessive water vapor and air in the construction base course and avoiding the phenomena of bulging, holes and peeling of the waterproof material layer and the construction base course.
The base course treating agent serves as a middle boundary layer of the waterproof roll (namely, a waterproof material layer) and the construction base course and plays a role of a bridge connecting the waterproof roll and the construction base course, so that the base course treating agent has excellent base course permeability and firm bonding performance with the waterproof roll, and needs to have the characteristics of environmental protection, tastelessness and no toxicity. The common cold base oil (base layer treating agent) for the hot-melt SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is divided into oil and water, wherein the oil base layer treating agent contains excessive toxic volatile solvents such as toluene, xylene and the like, so that the environment is easily polluted and the body of a constructor is easily damaged; the conventional waterborne base layer treating agent in the market has low solid content (generally 30-40%), has poor bonding property with coiled materials, cannot play a role of a bridge and has poorer bonding property with self-adhesive modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials. Therefore, it is a need to provide an environmental-friendly, non-toxic and pollution-free aqueous base treating agent with excellent base permeability and firm adhesion with waterproof coiled materials, especially self-adhesive modified asphalt waterproof coiled materials, and a preparation method thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a water-based base layer treating agent and a preparation method thereof, aiming at overcoming the defects that the existing oil-based base layer treating agent contains excessive toxic volatile solvents, the solid content of the existing water-based base layer treating agent is low, the bonding performance with coiled materials is poor, and the existing water-based base layer treating agent cannot play a role of a bridge.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
