It should be introduced here that both ends of the pulling rod 9 are provided with hinge holes, both ends of the pulling rod 9 are respectively rotatably connected by a first rotating pin 91 and a second rotating pin 92 passing through the hinge holes, and both ends of the first rotating pin 91 and the second rotating pin 92 are provided with connecting through holes 22.
One end of the traction pull rod 9 penetrates between the pair of traction pull rod mounting supports 21 and is mounted on the pair of traction pull rod mounting supports 21 through a first rotating pin shaft 91, two connecting through holes 22 on the first rotating pin shaft 91 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with through holes 22 on the pair of traction pull rod mounting supports 21, and the first end of the traction pull rod 9 is rotatably mounted on the pair of traction pull rod mounting supports 21 through the connecting piece penetrating through the connecting through holes 22 and the through holes 22. The other end of the traction pull rod 9 is connected with the traction pull rod seat 111 through a second rotating pin shaft 92, the connecting through holes 22 at the two ends of the second rotating pin shaft 92 correspond to the mounting holes on the traction pull rod seat 111 one by one, and the second end of the traction pull rod 9 is rotatably mounted on the traction pull rod seat 111 through the connecting piece penetrating through the connecting through holes 22 and the mounting holes on the traction pull rod seat 111, so that the two ends of the traction pull rod 9 are respectively connected, and the force on the bogie is transmitted to the traction pin seat and then transmitted to the vehicle body. In order to avoid the narrow space below the cross beams 11, the traction pull rod 9 is arranged above the pair of cross beams 11 after being installed, so that the effective space above the cross beams 11 is fully utilized.
Specifically, a pair of lateral stops 14 are mounted between the pair of cross beams 11, for example, a pair of mounting seats is provided between the pair of cross beams 11 across the pair of cross beams 11, the pair of lateral stops 14 are respectively mounted on the mounting seats, the lateral stop baffle 5 is located between the pair of lateral stops 14, each lateral stop 14 faces the lateral stop baffle 5 of the corresponding side, so that the lateral displacement of the towing device is limited by the cooperation of the lateral stops 14 and the lateral stop baffles 5.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, a pair of vertical stoppers 10 are respectively and fixedly connected to a pair of vertical stopper mounting seats 3, i.e. the above-mentioned horizontally extending vertical stopper plates 32, the pair of vertical stoppers 10 are oppositely oriented and respectively oriented to the cross beams 11 of the adjacent sides to form a tandem arrangement, a vertical stopper boss 15 is respectively disposed at a corresponding position of each cross beam 11, the vertical stopper 10 is matched with the vertical stopper boss 15 to limit the vertical displacement of the traction pin seat, and a gap is normally left between the vertical stopper 10 and the vertical stopper boss 15 to keep the vertical stopper 10 and the vertical stopper boss independent. In the air spring inflation process, the gap between the vertical stopping boss 10 and the vertical stopping boss 15 is smaller and smaller, and the air spring cannot be inflated continuously until the vertical stopping boss 10 and the vertical stopping boss 15 are attached together due to the fact that the air spring is overcharged, so that the effect of preventing the air spring from being overcharged is achieved.
In addition, the integral hoisting structure and the vertical stopping block 10 are in the same structure, namely, when the bogie is hoisted, the vertical stopping block 10 is used for realizing the hoisting, so that the number of structural parts is reduced, and the bogie is convenient to produce, manufacture, install and maintain; and simultaneously, the gap is conveniently adjusted by adding a gasket after the wheel is worn.
According to an embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 7, the transverse shock absorber 13 is further included, one end of the transverse shock absorber 13 is connected with the transverse shock absorber mounting seat 4, the other end of the transverse shock absorber 13 is connected to the inner side of the adjacent side beam 12 of the bogie, the transverse shock absorber 13 is arranged below the cross beam 11 after being mounted, the transverse shock absorber mounting seat 4 is integrated on the traction device, the transverse shock absorber 13 is convenient to mount, and the transverse shock absorber 13 and the traction pull rod 9 are respectively arranged above and below the cross beam 11, so that the upper space and the lower space of the cross beam 11 are reasonably utilized, the overall structure layout is reasonable, and the structure is compact.
In a third aspect, a railway vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is equipped with a kingpin boss or bogie as described above, has all the advantages of the kingpin boss or bogie as described above, and will not be described herein again.

Claims (13)

1. A single-pull-rod central traction device for a bogie is characterized by comprising a traction pin seat, a pair of vertical backstops and a traction pull rod; the kingpin boss includes:
a car body sleeper beam connecting seat;
the pair of transverse stopping baffles are oppositely arranged at the two transverse sides of the car body sleeper beam connecting seat, and a transverse shock absorber mounting seat is formed at the bottom of one transverse stopping baffle;
the traction pull rod mounting seat comprises a pair of traction pull rod mounting supports which extend downwards along one longitudinal side of the car body sleeper beam connecting seat and are arranged side by side at intervals, and the pair of traction pull rod mounting supports are positioned between the pair of transverse stopping baffles;
a pair of vertical stop mounting seats formed at the bottom of each traction pull rod mounting seat;
the pair of vertical stopping blocks are respectively and fixedly connected to the pair of vertical stopping block mounting seats, and the stopping ends of the pair of vertical stopping blocks face the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body sleeper beam connecting seat and are opposite in direction;
one end of the traction pull rod is connected to the pair of traction pull rod mounting supports, and the other end of the traction pull rod is connected to the bogie frame.
2. The single-pull-rod central traction device for the bogie according to claim 1, wherein the traction pull rod mounting support is a vertical rib plate, the vertical stopping mounting support comprises a connecting plate and a vertical stopping plate, the connecting plate is vertically connected to the bottom of the vertical rib plate, and the vertical stopping plate is vertically connected to the bottom of the connecting plate.
3. The single-rod central draft gear for trucks according to claim 2, wherein each of said pair of vertical stop plates is formed by horizontally bending the bottom of said web toward the same side of said web.
4. The single-pull-rod central traction device for the bogie according to claim 2, wherein the thickness of the connecting plate is smaller than that of the vertical rib plate, one side of the connecting plate close to the vertical stop plate is in transitional connection with the corresponding side of the vertical rib plate, and one side of the connecting plate back to the vertical stop plate is connected to the bottom surface of the vertical rib plate and forms a step shape with the corresponding side of the vertical rib plate.

The single-pull-rod central traction device for the bogie according to claim 2, wherein the vertical rib plate, the connecting plate and the vertical stopper plate are integrally formed; each vertical stop plate is provided with a mounting hole, the mounting hole is perpendicular to the surface of the vertical stop plate, a pair of traction pull rod mounting supports are provided with through holes, and the through holes are perpendicular to the surface of the vertical rib plate.

The single-rod central traction apparatus for a bogie as recited in claim 1, wherein a reinforcing rib is connected between a pair of said traction-rod mounting brackets and the adjacent said transverse stopping baffle, and said traction-rod mounting brackets and said transverse stopping baffle are connected as a whole by said reinforcing rib.
7. The single-rod central traction apparatus for a bogie as recited in claim 1, wherein said body bolster attachment seat comprises a horizontally extending horizontal seat plate, a central pin protruding upward is disposed in the middle of said horizontal seat plate, and a row of attachment holes are disposed on each of the longitudinal sides of said body bolster attachment seat on the surface of said horizontal seat plate.
8. The single-rod center draft gear for a bogie according to claim 7, wherein said horizontal seat plate is provided with lightening holes at opposite sides of said kingpin axis.
9. The single-rod central draft gear for a bogie according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein said body bolster attachment seat, said lateral stop fence, said lateral damper mount, said draft link mount and said vertical stop mount are integrally cast as a single-piece draft pin boss.
10. A bogie comprises a framework, the framework comprises a pair of cross beams arranged at intervals along the transverse direction and a pair of side beams connected with the cross beams and arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction, characterized in that it further comprises a pair of lateral stops and a single-tie rod central traction device for bogies according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the bogie single-pull-rod central traction device is arranged between a pair of cross beams, a pair of traction pull rod mounting supports are arranged close to one of the cross beams, a traction pull rod seat is arranged at the corresponding position of the other cross beam, one end of the traction pull rod penetrates between the pair of traction pull rod mounting supports and is mounted on the pair of traction pull rod mounting supports through a first rotating pin shaft, the other end of the traction pull rod is connected with the traction pull rod seat through a second rotating pin shaft, and the traction pull rod is arranged above the pair of cross beams after being installed;
a pair of said transverse stops are mounted between a pair of said cross members, and a pair of said transverse stop guards are located between a pair of said transverse stops, each of said transverse stops facing a respective side of said transverse stop guard.
11. The bogie of claim 10, wherein a pair of the vertical stops are oppositely facing and are respectively facing the cross beams on the adjacent sides, and each cross beam is provided with a vertical stop boss at a corresponding position, the vertical stops are matched with the vertical stop bosses, and a gap is vertically reserved between the vertical stops and the vertical stop bosses.
12. The bogie according to claim 10, further comprising a transverse shock absorber, one end of the transverse shock absorber being connected to the transverse shock absorber mounting seat, the other end of the transverse shock absorber being connected to an inner side of the side sill on an adjacent side, the transverse shock absorber being mounted below the cross member.
13. A rail vehicle, characterized in that a single-tie rod central traction arrangement for a bogie as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9 or a bogie as claimed in any one of claims 10 to 12 is installed.
