When an anti-loosening automobile wiring harness plug-in is plugged, firstly, the first spring 8 is overcome, the fixing sleeve 4 is pulled backwards until the rear end of the side plate 41 is abutted against the flanging 31, at the moment, the third notch 3a is opposite to the positioning port 4a, two ends of the positioning strip 6 enter the positioning port 4a under the pushing of the positioning spring 7, the fixing sleeve 4 is clamped at the position shown in the figures 3 and 4, the two positioning plates 5 are separated towards two sides, and the preparation of a female plug-in is finished; sleeving the positioning sleeve 2 on the core body 1 to enable the second inclined surface 1a and the first inclined surface 2b to be tightly attached, and assembling the male plug-in unit; inserting the positioning sleeve 2 of the male plug-in into the inserting groove, continuing moving inwards when the inserting end of the positioning sleeve 2 touches the power inclined surface 6b on the positioning strip 6, overcoming the positioning spring 7 to move upwards under the action of the power inclined surface 6b until the two ends of the positioning strip 6 push out the positioning opening 4a and the third notch 3a, pushing the fixing sleeve 4 to move forwards under the pushing of the first spring 8, further pushing the positioning plate 5 to rotate, and enabling the second positioning teeth 5a and the first positioning teeth 2a to be meshed with each other to complete the inserting connection of the male plug-in and the female plug-in (as shown in figures 5 and 6); when the wire harness plug-in unit is subjected to a separating external force, the positioning piece 22 is deformed due to the matching of the second inclined surface 1a and the first inclined surface 2b, the first positioning teeth 2a are pushed to move outwards to further cling to the second positioning teeth 5a, and the positioning plate 5 cannot rotate outwards due to the positioning effect of the fixing sleeve 4, so that the second positioning teeth 5a and the first positioning teeth 2a can be further meshed under the action of the external force, and the connecting effect between the male plug-in unit and the female plug-in unit is better.
When the plug-in unit needs to be separated, the fixing sleeve 4 is pulled backwards by overcoming the first spring 8, until the third notch 3a is aligned with the positioning opening 4a, the two ends of the positioning strip 6 enter the positioning opening 4a under the pushing of the positioning spring 7 and clamp the fixing sleeve 4 at the position shown in fig. 3 and 4, then the two positioning plates 5 are separated towards the two sides, and the male plug-in unit is pulled out to be separated from the female plug-in unit, so that the separation of the plug-in unit is completed.
