Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, and particularly relates to acne-removing essence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Our skin is the protective layer of the body, its presence protects various tissues and organs in the body from physical, mechanical, chemical and pathogenic microbial attacks, while facial skin is one of the criteria that characterizes a healthy and aesthetic appearance of a person. Acne is caused by increased sebum production, hyperkeratosis of follicular orifice epithelium and proliferation of propionibacterium acnes in hair follicle, so that the beauty of skin is influenced, and acne removal becomes one of common troubles in daily skin care.
Most consumers want the acne removing product, which not only can safely remove acne, but also can take effect quickly and has good effect, and can also fade acne marks while removing acne. However, the existing acne removing essence is only effective for certain types of acnes, has a long acne removing period, takes effect slowly, has a single effect, cannot meet other requirements of customers while removing acnes, and cannot be used for other effect products temporarily during the period of using the acne removing product, so that the period of using the skin care product by the customers is prolonged, and the effect is slow.
At present, acne-removing products on the market are many, but the functional components are single, and although the acne-removing products contain a plurality of components, other effects cannot be considered mainly aiming at removing acnes.

According to the acne-removing essence of the first aspect of the invention, the plant extract comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1-0.5% of rehmannia glutinosa extract, 0.1-0.2% of lactobacillus/pear juice fermentation product filtrate, 0.1-0.3% of white willow bark extract, 0.2-0.8% of amur corktree bark extract, 0.2-0.5% of Chinese rehmannia root extract, 0.1-0.3% of neem leaf extract, 0.5-1.0% of scutellaria baicalensis root extract, 0.1-0.3% of houttuynia cordata extract, 0.1-0.2% of wild soybean protein, 0.2-1.0% of Chinese gall extract, 0.2-1.0% of radix sophorae flavescentis extract, 0.2-1.0% of centella asiatica extract, 0.2-1.0% of angelica sinensis extract, 0.2-1.0% of poria cocos extract, 0.1-0.3% of centella asiatica extract, 0.2-0.5% of polygonum cuspidatum root extract, 0.1-0.3% of tea extract, 0.1-0.2% of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 0.3-0.5% of chamomile flower extract and 0.1-0.5% of rosemary leaf extract, wherein the percentage is the mass percentage of the acne-removing essence.
According to the acne-removing essence of the first aspect of the invention, the thickening agent is hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum.
According to the acne-removing essence of the first aspect of the invention, the humectant is at least one of glycerin, 1, 3-butanediol and hydroxyethyl urea.
According to the acne-removing essence disclosed by the invention, the moisturizing agent is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 5% of glycerol, 5% of 1, 3-butanediol and 2% of hydroxyethyl urea.
According to the acne-removing essence disclosed by the invention, the viscosity of the acne-removing essence is 800-1200 mpa.s.
According to the acne removing essence of the first aspect of the invention, the water is common water, deionized water or distilled water.
In a second aspect of the invention, a preparation method of the acne-removing essence is provided, which comprises the following steps:
s1, mixing the Alcaligenes polysaccharide, the sodium hyaluronate, the methylparaben, the thickening agent, the glycerol and the water uniformly to obtain a mixture A;
s2: heating the mixture A obtained in the step S1 to 80-85 ℃ while stirring, and homogenizing to obtain a uniform liquid mixture B;
s3: and (5) placing the mixture B obtained in the step (S2) in a vacuum environment, keeping the temperature at 80-85 ℃ for 30min, cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding 1, 3-butanediol, hydroxyethyl urea, ethylhexyl glycerol, quaternary ammonium salt-73 and the plant extract, and uniformly stirring to obtain the acne-removing essence.
According to the preparation method of the acne-removing essence disclosed by the second aspect of the invention, the stirring speed in the steps S2 and S3 is 10-30 r/min.

According to the preparation method of the acne-removing essence disclosed by the second aspect of the invention, the vacuum pressure valve of the vacuum environment in the step S3 is adjusted to-0.03-0.05 Mpa.

The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
Example 1
The acne-removing essence comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.2% of Alcaligenes polysaccharide, 0.05% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.1% of methylparaben, 0.15% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.045% of caprylyl hydroximic acid, 0.025% of ethylhexyl glycerol, 0.1% of quaternary ammonium salt-730.001% of thickening agent, 5% of humectant, 5% of plant extract and the balance of water.
The plant extract of the embodiment comprises the following components in percentage by weight: rehmannia glutinosa extract 0.1%, lactobacillus/pear juice fermentation product filtrate 0.1%, white willow bark extract 0.1%, phellodendron bark extract 0.2%, phellodendron chinense root extract 0.5%, neem leaf extract 0.1%, scutellaria baicalensis root extract 0.5%, houttuynia cordata extract 0.2%, wild soybean protein 0.1%, galla chinensis extract 0.4%, sophora flavescens extract 0.2%, centella asiatica extract 0.2%, angelica sinensis extract 0.3%, poria cocos extract 0.3%, centella asiatica extract 0.2%, polygonum cuspidatum root extract 0.2%, tea leaf extract 0.5%, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract 0.5%, matricaria chamomilla flower extract 0.3%, and rosemary leaf extract 0.1%, wherein the percentages are mass percentages of the acne-removing essence.
The thickening agent selected in the embodiment is hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum.
The humectant of the embodiment comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2% of glycerin, 2% of 1, 3-butanediol and 1% of hydroxyethyl urea, wherein the percentages are mass percentages of the acne-removing essence.
The preparation method of the acne removing essence comprises the following steps:
s1: uniformly mixing the Alcaligenes polysaccharide, sodium hyaluronate, methylparaben, hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum, glycerol, 1, 3-butanediol, hydroxyethyl urea and water to obtain a mixture A;
s2: heating the mixture A obtained in the step S1 to 80-85 ℃ while stirring, wherein the stirring speed is 10-30R/min, and homogenizing at the homogenizing rotation speed of 20-40R/min to obtain a uniform liquid mixture B;
s3: and (4) placing the mixture B obtained in the step (S2) in a vacuum environment, adjusting the pressure of the vacuum valve to 0.03-0.05 Mpa, controlling the temperature to 80-85 ℃, controlling the stirring speed to 10-30 r/min, keeping the temperature for 30min, cooling to 40-45 ℃, adding 1, 2-hexanediol, caprylyl hydroximic acid, ethylhexyl glycerol, quaternary ammonium salt-73 and the plant extract, and uniformly stirring to obtain the acne-removing essence.
The viscosity of the acne-removing essence prepared by the preparation method in the embodiment is 800-1200 mpa.s.
Examples 2 to 5
Examples 2 to 5 respectively provide an acne removing essence, and the component ratio of the acne removing essence is shown in table 1 below.

The preparation method of the acne removing essence in examples 2 to 5 is the same as that in example 1.
EXAMPLE 6 clinical trial
The test method comprises the following steps: the acne treatment essence in the example 3 is applied to evaluate the efficacy of facial skin acne through clinical evaluation and visual images of a GAGS acne scoring system, and the sebaceous gland secretion condition is evaluated through an instrument. The number of tested persons: 21 males, 8 females.
Duration: 4 weeks. The test results are shown in FIG. 1.
The results show that: before testing, the average sebum secretion level of the testee was 68, and after two weeks, the average sebum secretion level was 58, which decreased by 15% on a par; after four weeks, the average sebum secretion level was 38, a 44% decrease on a comparable basis. Sebum is one of the factors for the exacerbation of acne, and the reduction of sebum secretion can further reduce the occurrence probability of acne.
Of the test persons, 3 were the most severe ones, 11 were severe ones, 10 were moderate ones, and 5 were mild ones.
After two weeks of testing, 0 were seen in the most severe, 4 in the severe, 15 in the moderate and 10 in the mild.
After four weeks of testing, 0 had the most severe acne, 0 had the severe, 4 had the moderate, and 25 had the mild.
The data indicate that after two weeks of testing, the most severe cases of acne had disappeared among the testers, the severe cases were reduced, the moderate and mild cases were increased, and the large area of skin appeared to heal, and after four weeks, 86% of the testers had substantially healed their faces.
The test shows that the acne removing essence has very obvious effect on acne treatment.
Example 7 in vitro testing
1. Anti-inflammatory Effect test
Test objects: human keratinocytes.
The test method comprises the following steps: the cell factor mRNA and IkB-alpha expression under the condition is analyzed by inducing proinflammatory reaction (LPS x, 10 mu g/ml), pretreating the acne-removing essence in the embodiment 5 for 24h, comparing the treated cells with untreated cells, and detecting the contents of 1L-1 alpha, 1L-6, 1L-8, TNF-alpha and IkB-alpha by an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
The results are shown in Table 1.

Note: "+" indicates the amount of the cytokine mRNA and IkB-. alpha.in the cells.
As can be seen from table 1: the anti-inflammatory molecules in refined Hua reduce the transcription of proinflammatory cytokines 1L-1 alpha, L-8 and TNF-alpha, and obviously reduce the expression of 1L-6 mRNA. Meanwhile, the degradation of IkB-alpha is avoided, so that the activation of NF-kB is inhibited, and the function of preventing inflammatory reaction is further achieved.
The test shows that the acne removing essence effectively prevents inflammatory reaction paths and has very obvious effects on anti-inflammatory repair.
2. Skin repair test
The test method comprises the following steps: pretreating an Organotypical skin model by using an essence solution, and irradiating ultraviolet rays with different intensities (0-300 mJ/cm)2UVB intensity), the number of sunburn cells was observed microscopically. The statistical results are shown in FIG. 2.
The results show that: at 60mJ/cm2Under the UVB intensity, the number of sunburn cells without essence coating is 13.83, and the number of sunburn cells after essence coating is 2.83, which is reduced by 80% on a same scale. At 100mJ/cm2Under the UVB intensity, the number of sunburn cells without essence is 83.33, and the number of sunburn cells after essence is applied is 9, which is reduced by 90% in a same ratio. At 200mJ/cm2Under the UVB intensity, the number of the sunburn cells without the essence is 100, and the number of the sunburn cells after the essence is applied is 35.17, which is reduced by 65 percent.
The test shows that the acne removing essence effectively reduces 80-90% of formation of sunburn cells caused by ultraviolet irradiation, and has a very obvious effect on the aspect of sunburn skin repair.
Example 8 efficacy verification
The acne condition was regularly observed on both cheeks of the same person for 28 days using the acne removing essence of example 5 and the same type of commercially available acne removing essence.
Clinical cases:
the first clinical case is: the user is plum female, age 40, skin condition before use: the use of the facial mask can cause allergic face and neck with repeated growth of dense red pustule type acne for more than two months. The face is cleaned in the morning and at night every day, each time is about 2 g, the acne starts to scab and fall off after 3 days of continuous use, the acne is completely eliminated after 7 days of use, the skin becomes flat and smooth, and no recurrence is caused after the use is stopped.
The second clinical case: mr. Liangjian, age 23, skin condition before use: acne grows on the face repeatedly at the beginning of adolescence, particularly on the cheeks and the forehead, and brown acne marks exist on the face. The acne is healed and reduced after continuously using for 5 days, the acne is eliminated after 10 days, and the acne mark becomes light and the skin is smooth and glossy after 28 days.
The third clinical case: mr. flavens, age 18, skin condition before use: acne grows on the face skin repeatedly, pustule type acne exists on two cheeks, and closed type acne exists on forehead and chin. The acne is reduced after continuously using for 5 days, the acne is eliminated after 10 days, and the skin is smooth and bright after 28 days.
The verification result shows that compared with the similar products on the market, the acne removing essence is quick in effect, can remove acne and smooth skin in 3-5 days, obviously improves the moisture of the skin, and enhances the tolerance of the skin.
Through the confirmation of visiting, no adverse reaction occurs in the composition in the long-term use process, which is enough to explain the practical safety of the application, and meanwhile, the test proves that the composition can remove 90% of acne types, fade acne marks, improve acne skin and make the skin smooth and bright. The acne removing essence prepared by the preparation method has the effects of removing acnes, moisturizing, repairing, diminishing inflammation and the like.

The acne-removing essence according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the plant extract comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1-0.5% of rehmannia root extract, 0.1-0.2% of lactobacillus/pear juice fermentation product filtrate, 0.1-0.3% of white willow bark extract, 0.2-0.8% of amur corktree bark extract, 0.2-0.5% of Chinese goldenrod root extract, 0.1-0.3% of neem leaf extract, 0.5-1.0% of scutellaria root extract, 0.1-0.3% of houttuynia cordata extract, 0.1-0.2% of wild soybean protein, 0.2-1.0% of Chinese gall extract, 0.2-1.0% of sophora flavescens extract, 0.2-1.0% of centella asiatica extract, 0.2-1.0% of angelica sinensis extract, 0.2-1.0% of poria cocos extract, 0.1-0.3% of centella asiatica extract, 0.2-0.5% of polygonum cuspidatum root extract, 0.1-0.3% of tea extract, 0.1-0.2% of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 0.3% of matricaria extract, and 0.5% of rosemary extract.
4. The acne-removing essence according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the thickener is hydrolyzed sclerotium rolfsii gum.
5. The acne-removing essence according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the humectant is at least one of glycerin, 1, 3-butanediol, and hydroxyethyl urea.
6. The acne-removing essence according to claim 5, wherein the humectant is 1-5% of glycerin, 1-3% of 1, 3-butanediol, and 1-2% of hydroxyethyl urea.
7. The preparation method of the acne-removing essence according to any one of claims 1 to 6, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, uniformly mixing the Alcaligenes polysaccharide, sodium hyaluronate, methylparaben, a thickening agent, glycerol and water to obtain a mixture A;
s2, heating and stirring the mixture A obtained in the step S1, and homogenizing to obtain a uniform mixture B;
s3, placing the mixture B obtained in the step S2 in a vacuum environment, heating for 20-45 min, cooling, adding 1, 3-butanediol, hydroxyethyl urea, ethylhexyl glycerol, quaternary ammonium salt-73 and plant extracts, and uniformly stirring to obtain the acne removing essence.
8. The preparation method of the acne-removing essence according to claim 7, wherein the stirring rate in steps S2 and S3 is 10-30 r/min.
9. The preparation method of the acne-removing essence according to claim 7, wherein the heating and stirring temperature in the step S2 is 80-85 ℃; in step S3, the heating temperature is 80-85 ℃, and the temperature is reduced to 40-45 ℃.
10. A cosmetic comprising the acne-removing essence according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
