Description

Fragrance slow-release material, heating rod, cigarette holder rod, preparation method of cigarette holder rod and application of cigarette holder rod in heating non-combustible tobacco products
Technical Field
The invention relates to a flavor slow-release material and application thereof in heating non-burning tobacco products, belonging to the technical field of novel tobacco products.
Background
A heating non-combustible tobacco product (also called low-temperature tobacco, HNB) is a novel tobacco product with the flavor characteristics closest to that of the traditional cigarette, and the harmful chemical components and the biological toxicity of the smoke are lower. However, the tobacco material part of HNB is continuously in the "high temperature environment" of about 180-350 ℃, which is significantly different from the "burning-by-mouth" of traditional cigarettes, resulting in the release of flavor substances, especially the release of additional flavor substances with strong volatility is very uneven, and the additional flavor substances are often volatilized and almost completely in the first mouth and the second mouth, so that the difference between the before and after the smoking taste is large, and the quality stability and the product taste style are difficult to ensure. Therefore, the method solves the problem of uniformity of the HNB flavor from mouth to mouth, and is a key basic technology for endowing the HNB product with better sensory quality and stable style characteristics. Without the technology, the incense blending creation power of a flavor blending engineer is inexperienced, and HNB blending is an aerial pavilion.
At present, some researches are carried out in the aspect of flavor slow-release control technology at home and abroad, and the main methods comprise: (1) adding fragrance precursor, and heating at high temperature or burning for cracking to generate fragrance substance. (2) The microcapsules are added. The coating of the essence is realized by coating and other technical means, and the essence are released by the rupture or degradation of the capsule wall. (3) Adding an adsorbent, and adsorbing the essence and the spice by utilizing the porous structure of the adsorbent.
However, the above flavor release method is not completely applicable to HNBs. Because the heating temperature is far lower than the combustion temperature of the traditional cigarette, some aroma precursors cannot be cracked to generate aroma substances, or the aroma substances wrapped in the microcapsule wall materials cannot be released because the cracking temperature of the microcapsule wall materials cannot be reached, or the aroma substances cannot be slowly and uniformly released only by depending on the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent. In addition, although there are a few studies on the flavor release technology of tobacco products which are not combusted by heating, most of the studies are directed to monomer flavors with certain special structures or classes such as menthol and beta-ionone, the technical means are limited, and particularly, the flavor release technology with production and application values is lacked.

FIG. 2 is a thermogravimetric plot of the flavor release material prepared in example 3.
The specific implementation scheme is as follows:
the invention is further described with reference to specific examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention without further limiting it.
The average molecular weight of the polymers of cases 1-6 was 86000, the viscosity was 60-100mPa.s and the average molecular weight of the polymer of case 7 was 75000.
Example 1
The essence A is a common cigarette essence, contains some common volatile and semi-volatile flavor components, and mainly comprises the following components: water, ethyl butyrate, ethyl 2-methylbutyrate, ethyl isovalerate, furfural, hexyl hexanoate, 3-methyl-pyrazine, 2-ethyl-3-methylpyrazine, benzaldehyde, acetophenone, megastigmatrienone, geranylacetone, beta-damascenone, dihydrodamascenone, menthol, methyl phenylacetate, a tobacco extract, a fig extract, an apple extract, a jujube tincture, a vanilla bean tincture, benzoin paste, a licorice fluid extract, and the like.
In order to promote the essence A to be slowly and uniformly released in the heating stage, the gram weight of the essence A is 17g/m2The high-adsorbability hemp pulp paper (adopting manila hemp pulp, the water absorption is approximately equal to 5g/m2) The essence A is adsorbed and fixed by the supporting material. The specific implementation method comprises the following steps: weighing 360g of essence A, 90g of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and 3kg of 85% ethanol solution, mixing, stirring after the materials are completely dissolvedAnd (4) homogenizing to obtain the coating liquid. The coating liquid is coated on paper materials in a roller transfer mode, the coated paper materials are conveyed to a drying box along with a conveying belt, and the paper materials are dried at a low temperature of 50 ℃ to remove moisture, so that the fragrance slow-release material loaded with the essence A is obtained. The paper material has strong adsorption capacity, wherein the loading rate of the essence A and the film material (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose) on the dry paper is 4.0%. In addition, it was found that 17g/m was used2The high-adsorbability jute pulp paper is used as a supporting material, and due to low gram weight and insufficient paper strength, paper breakage is easy to occur in the coating process, and the process continuity is poor. Subsequent studies are intended to test the preferred paper with higher grammage and high absorbency.
Shredding the flavor slow-release material, mixing the shredded flavor slow-release material with tobacco sheets in a proportion of 3%, rolling the tobacco sheets into a heating rod, assembling the heating rod and a cigarette holder rod into a cigarette which is not combusted during heating, and performing sensory evaluation comparison on the cigarette which is not combusted during heating and is directly flavored. The result shows that the cigarette with the fragrance directly injected is adopted, the fragrance of the first mouth is very strong during smoking, the fragrance of the second mouth is obviously lightened, the fragrance can not be basically felt by a plurality of mouths, the uniformity of the fragrance released by mouths is poor, and the difference of the taste before and after smoking is large; after the flavor slow-release material prepared by the embodiment is added, the flavor of the non-combustible tobacco product is heated, the flavor is continuous and the uniformity of the release from one mouth to the other mouth is good, and obvious flavor can be sensed from the first mouth to the sixth mouth and the seventh mouth.
In conclusion, the invention is suitable for the tobacco essence with complex flavor components, and compared with the direct injection flavoring by adding the flavor sustained-release material, the invention can effectively improve the release uniformity of the flavor components, remarkably improve the sensory quality of mouth-to-mouth smoking, and continuously release six or seven mouths of flavor.
Example 2
Another preferred embodiment uses a high absorbency cigarette paper rod having a grammage of 25.5g/m2 (using North wood pulp Canada, water absorbency ≈ 7.5g/m2). The method comprises the following specific steps: firstly, coating the essence A on paper, removing the solvent, and then coating a layer of film material on the surface of the paper.
The scheme comprises the following specific steps: 360g of essence A is weighed, diluted to 3kg by 85% ethanol solution and stirred uniformly. The essence solution is coated on paper, the coated paper is conveyed to a drying box along with a conveying belt, and the paper is dried at a low temperature of 50 ℃ to remove moisture, so that the fragrance slow-release material A is obtained. Then 3kg of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose solution with the concentration of 3% is prepared and coated on the material A, and the final fragrance slow-release material is obtained. By comparing the weight of the paper before and after coating, the loading rates of the essence and the film material (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose) on the material are respectively 4.5% and 3.4%, which shows that the paper has stronger adsorption capacity. The flavor slow-release material is cut into threads and then uniformly mixed with tobacco sheets according to the proportion of 3 percent, the tobacco sheets are rolled into a heating rod, and then the heating rod and a cigarette filter rod are assembled into a cigarette for evaluation of the slow-release effect.
The result shows that the flavoring paper material (the flavoring slow-release material A in the case) only coated with the essence but not coated with the film material can only continuously release four or five mouths of the essence, and has larger difference of sensory quality of front and back pumping; the flavor slow-release material added with the membrane material can continuously, slowly and stably release flavor substances at the temperature of between 100 and 300 ℃, can still feel relatively strong flavor until the eighth and ninth mouths, and has rich and better flavor and harmony. In addition, studies have found that the higher the content of flavor materials, the more free, the more lost the process and the lower the utilization efficiency. The aroma characteristics are prominent when the addition amount of the aroma materials is large. The specific addition ratio depends on the application, and when the other fragrances are modified, the ratio may be less than 1% or even lower.
Example 3
In another optimized embodiment, the essence A and the film material are mixed and coated on the paper material, and after the solvent is removed, a layer of film material is coated on the surface of the paper material. The scheme adopts the high-adsorbability cigarette paper stick paper with the gram weight of 25.5g/m2 (adopting northern wood pulp of Canada, the water absorbability is approximately equal to 7.5g/m2)。
The method comprises the following specific steps: weighing 500g of essence A, 90g of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and 2410g of 85% ethanol solution, mixing, completely dissolving, and stirring to obtain the flavoring coating solution. The aromatized coating liquid is coated on paper materials in a blade coating mode, the coated paper materials are conveyed to a drying box along with a conveying belt, and the paper materials are dried at the low temperature of 50 ℃ to remove moisture, so that the aroma slow-release material A is obtained. Then 3kg of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose solution with the concentration of 3% is prepared and coated on the fragrance sustained-release material A in a blade coating manner, and the final fragrance sustained-release material is obtained (figure 1). By comparing the weight of the paper before and after coating, the loading rate of the essence A and the film material on the fragrance sustained-release material can reach 10.3%. Shredding, mixing with tobacco sheet at a ratio of 3%, rolling into heating rod, and assembling with filter tip into cigarette.
To further characterize the change in perfume weight with temperature, we performed TG analysis on perfume a and high adsorbing paper and perfume slow release material, respectively. As shown in fig. 2, the TG curve of essence a shows a steeply decreasing curve below 200 ℃, 60% (mass ratio) of essence has rapidly volatilized by 150 ℃, and only about 30% of essence remains when 200 ℃ is reached; the high-adsorbability paper basically has no quality change within 300 ℃; the TG curve of the fragrance slow-release material is a slowly-descending curve between 100-300 ℃, the immobilized essence is volatilized in a continuous, slow, uniform and stable manner in each temperature interval below 300 ℃, the weight loss rate at 300 ℃ is 5.6 percent, the slow-release effect is further improved on the basis of the examples 1 and 2, and the fragrance can still be sensed after the tenth taste.
Example 4
In order to further investigate the slow release effect of the flavor slow release material on the tea flavor, the tea flavor surface flavor is taken as a research object to be researched, and the tea flavor mainly comprises the following flavor components: water, ethyl butyrate, ethyl 2-methylbutyrate, leaf alcohol, isoamyl acetate, amyl acetate, butyl butyrate, leaf alcohol acetate, geranyl acetate, bergamot oil, tetrahydrogeraniol, terpineol, linalyl acetate, lavender oil, geranylacetone, benzyl benzoate, tea polyphenol and the like.
According to the method of the embodiment 2, the tea essence is coated on the paper material in a roller transfer mode, the coated paper material is conveyed to a drying box along with a conveying belt, and the tea essence is dried at the low temperature of 50 ℃ to remove moisture, so that the fragrance slow-release material A is obtained. Then 3kg of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose solution with the concentration of 4% is prepared and coated on the fragrance sustained-release material A, and the final fragrance sustained-release material is obtained. By comparing the weight of the paper before and after coating, the loading rates of the tea essence and the film material on the fragrance sustained-release material are respectively 3.8% and 3.7%. Shredding, mixing with tobacco sheet at a ratio of 2%, rolling into heating rod, and assembling with filter tip into cigarette.
Sensory evaluation and analysis test results show that the flavor slow-release material can effectively realize the immobilization and slow release of the tea flavor essence, so that the tea flavor essence can continuously, slowly and uniformly release flavor substances at the temperature of between 100 and 300 ℃, can emit obvious tea flavor aroma, and can continuously and uniformly release more than eight or nine mouths.
Example 5
According to the method of example 3, the gram weight with larger adsorption capacity is changed to 35g/m2The high-adsorbability cigarette paper stick paper (adopting Canadian northern wood pulp, the water absorption is approximately equal to 10g/m2) Applying a coating solution containing tea essence (16%), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (4%) and 85% ethanol solution (80%) onto paper, conveying the coated paper to a drying oven along with a conveying belt, and drying at a low temperature of 50 ℃ to remove water to obtain the fragrance slow-release material A. Then 3kg of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose solution with the concentration of 5% is prepared and coated on the fragrance sustained-release material A, and the final fragrance sustained-release material is obtained. By comparing the weight of the paper before and after coating, the loading rate of the tea essence and the film material on the material is 11.5%. Shredding, mixing with tobacco sheet at a ratio of 2%, rolling on a fine cigarette rolling device to obtain heating rod, and assembling into cigarette.
Sensory evaluation and analysis test results show that the flavor slow-release material can effectively realize the immobilization and slow release of the tea flavor, so that the tea flavor can continuously, slowly and uniformly release flavor substances at the temperature of between 100 and 300 ℃, very thick and prominent tea flavor can be emitted, the slow-release effect is further improved on the basis of example 4, the first taste flavor is lighter than that of example 4, but the flavor release is more durable, and the tea flavor can still feel the thick flavor until the last two tastes.
Example 6
A further optimization improvement is made on the basis of example 5, namely, a coloring agent is added: adding a coloring agent into the flavor slow-release material to enable the color of the material to be closer to that of tobacco shreds; secondly, the coating method is improved, and the loading rate of the membrane material is improved: the coating is sequentially carried out three times, wherein the mixed solution of the essence and the spice containing the colorant and the membrane material is coated for the first time, and the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose solution is coated for the second time and the third time so as to enhance the coating of the aroma. The method comprises the following specific steps: 720g of tea essence, 100g of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 20g of gardenia extract, 120g of caramel extract and 2040g of 85% ethanol solution are weighed and mixed together, and after complete dissolution, the mixture is stirred uniformly to obtain the aroma coating liquid. The aroma coating liquid is coated to the gram weight of 35g/m by means of blade coating2The coated paper material is conveyed to a drying box along with a conveying belt on the high-adsorbability cigarette paper stick paper, and the fragrance slow-release material A is obtained after the paper material is dried at the low temperature of 50 ℃ to remove moisture. Preparing 3kg of 4% hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose solution, coating the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose solution on the fragrance slow-release material A, drying, and coating a layer of 4% hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose solution to obtain the final fragrance slow-release material. By comparing the weight of the paper before and after coating, the loading rate of the fragrance slow-release material on the material can reach 13.7%. Shredding, mixing with tobacco shred at a ratio of 3%, rolling on a fine cigarette rolling device to obtain heating rod, and assembling into cigarette.
Sensory evaluation and analysis test results show that the flavor slow-release material can continuously, slowly and uniformly release flavor substances at the temperature of between 100 and 300 ℃ until two last mouths still can feel relatively strong flavor. The added natural coloring agent can not generate negative sensory influence, a small amount of flavor components released by the caramel extract are coordinated with the tea flavor, and meanwhile, the hardness and the thickness of the flavor slow-release material prepared by the paper material with larger gram weight are increased, so that the flavor slow-release material is easier to be uniformly mixed with other tobacco materials. In addition, we also found that the material can still emit very strong tea fragrance when stored for 5 months at room temperature, which indicates that the fragrance slow-release material can effectively prolong the storage time of the top-fragrance essence with strong volatility.
Example 7
According to the method of example 2, tea aroma at a concentration of 12% was applied to a wood pulp-natural colored double-dry (WD) electrolytic paper (grammage 50 g/m)2The water absorption is approximately equal to 10g/m2) The paper comprises wood pulp fibers and cotton fibers, wherein the content of the cotton fibers is up to 40%, and the paper has strong adsorption capacity. And (3) conveying the coated paper material to a drying oven along with a conveying belt, and drying at a low temperature of 50 ℃ to remove moisture to obtain the fragrance slow-release material A. Then 3kg of 3 percent polyvinyl alcohol 0588 solution is prepared and coated on the fragrance sustained-release material A, and the final fragrance sustained-release material is obtained. By comparing the weight of the paper before and after coating, the loading rates of the tea essence and the film material on the material are respectively 6.3% and 3.5%. The cigarette is bundled and folded by a filter tip forming machine, is combined with a common filter tip after being cut to form a composite cigarette filter tip, and is assembled with a tobacco heating rod to be rolled into cigarettes.
Sensory evaluation and analysis test results show that the flavor slow-release material is applied to the mouth stick end, can remarkably improve the slow-release effect of the tea flavor, can continuously and uniformly release more than eight mouths, and has harmonious and natural tea flavor.
