The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, opening a feed box cover 101 and a drinking box cover 104, and then respectively filling feed and water into a box body 102 through a water filling port 105 and a feed port 106; the water flow drops into the gravity cylinder 204 through the drain hole 207; the upper part of the gravity cylinder 204 is hollow, the lower part is solid, and the lower part is heavy and the upper part is light; as more and more water is filled in the gravity cylinder 204, the gravity center of the gravity cylinder 204 moves upwards, when the gravity of the gravity block 206 can drive the rotating shaft 213 to rotate, the gravity cylinder 204 rotates to pour the water in the gravity cylinder into the water tank 211, and the water in the water tank 211 flows into the water tank 301 through the arc-shaped water injection pipe 302; meanwhile, when the rotating shaft 213 rotates, the gear B218 is driven to rotate so as to drive the gear A217 to rotate, the conveyor belt 215 drives the cam 212 to rotate so as to drive the shielding cover 220 to open or close through the connecting shaft 219, and the feed in the feed box on the upper side is controlled to flow to the feed trough 305; when the water tank 301 and the feed tank 305 need to be filled for a prolonged time or a shortened time, the anti-slip wheel 501 is rotated by hand, the anti-slip wheel 501 drives the circular shaft 508 to drive the gear C507, the gear C507 drives the arc-shaped cylinder 506 to move upwards or downwards through the rack 503, and then the water flow is controlled; when water is in the water tank 301 and exceeds a certain height, the buoyancy plate 401 is driven to ascend; the buoyancy plate 401 rises through buoyancy to clamp the clamping piece 403, and then drives the vertical rod 402 to move upwards, and further drives the semicircular soft ball 404 to plug the arc-shaped water injection pipe 302 upwards, so that the water flow stops.
