By arranging the trimming block mechanism, when the tail end of the conductive piece warps up and down, the warped tail end of the conductive piece can be contained at the lower end of the opening of the trimming block due to the large opening at the lower end and the small opening at the upper end of the opening of the trimming block; then, the trimming driving cylinder drives the opening of the trimming block to move downwards in the downward movement process of the trimming driving cylinder, at the moment, the lower end of the conductive piece is contacted with the upper end surface of the lug boss of the trimming lower jig, and the upper end of the conductive piece is contained at the lower end of the opening of the trimming block, so that the warped conductive piece is limited at the lower end of the opening of the trimming block; when the opening of the trimming block moves downwards, the limited lower end of the conductive piece is supported by the upper end surface of the lug boss of the jig and is fixed, and the warping part of the conductive piece is forced to move to the upper end of the opening of the trimming block along the arc of the lower end of the opening of the trimming block relatively under the guiding action of the arc of the lower end of the opening of the trimming block; and because the shape of the upper end of the opening of the trimming block is the same as the trimming shape of the conductive piece, the warped conductive piece is bent into a target shape after moving to the upper end of the opening of the trimming block, thereby avoiding the influence of the up-and-down warping deformation of the conductive piece on the positioning of the closing die in the left-and-right direction and improving the trimming quality of the conductive piece. 2. The terminal bending device is characterized in that during operation: the bending driving cylinder acts to drive the bending cylinder connecting mechanism connected with the bending driving cylinder to move downwards; the bending cylinder connecting mechanism moves downwards to drive the bending head mechanism connected with the bending cylinder connecting mechanism to move downwards; the bending pressing sliding block is popped downwards under the action of the bending pressing spring, and the lower end face of the bending pressing sliding block presses the upper end face of the insulating shell; and the bending roller moves downwards to bend the conductive piece of the wiring terminal, and rotates around the bending mandrel to complete the bending process of the conductive piece of the wiring terminal. By arranging the bending head mechanism, when the conductive piece of the wiring terminal is bent, the bending pressing slider is downwards popped out to press the upper end of the insulating shell to fasten the wiring terminal under the action of the bending pressing spring so as to prevent the wiring terminal from inclining and turning on one side when the wiring terminal is bent; then the bending roller moves downwards to bend the conducting piece of the connecting terminal; when the bending roller bends the conducting piece of the connecting terminal, the bending roller moves downwards on one side to provide bending force for the conducting piece of the connecting terminal, and the bending roller rotates around the bending mandrel on the other side to convert the friction force between the bending roller and the conducting piece into rolling friction from sliding friction; and rolling friction is less than sliding friction, so that the friction force applied to the connecting terminal conductive piece is reduced when the connecting terminal conductive piece is bent by the bending roller, and the phenomenon that the connecting terminal conductive piece is damaged due to the fact that the friction force is large is avoided. 3. Tool conveyor is at the motion in-process: the first jig air cylinder mechanism, the second jig air cylinder mechanism and the upper jacking air cylinder contract, and the upper jacking air cylinder mechanism moves to the initial position; the upper jacking cylinder acts to drive the jig conveying plate to move upwards to lift the wiring terminal; after the first cylinder mechanism of the jig drives the wiring terminal to move from the current station to the next station, the upper top cylinder drives the conveying plate of the jig to move downwards so that the wiring terminal falls into the clamping and positioning mechanism for positioning; after the wiring terminals are processed by each station, the upper jacking cylinder acts to drive the jig conveying plate to move upwards to support the wiring terminals; after the jig second cylinder mechanism moves to drive the connecting terminal to move and the distance between the two connecting terminal conductive pieces is the same as the length, the upper ejection cylinder moves to drive the jig conveying plate to move downwards to enable the connecting terminal to fall into the clamping and positioning mechanism to be positioned, and the conveying process of the connecting terminal is completed. By arranging the first jig cylinder mechanism, the second jig cylinder mechanism and the upper ejection cylinder mechanism, when the wiring terminal is conveyed, the first jig cylinder mechanism and the upper ejection cylinder act to drive the wiring terminal to move from the processing station to the next processing station, and at the moment, the first conductive piece of the wiring terminal is contacted with the trimming device; then the second cylinder mechanism of the jig and the upper jacking cylinder act to drive the connecting terminal to move for the distance which is the same as the length between the two conductive pieces, so that the connecting terminal and the trimming device move from the contact of the trimming device and the first conductive piece to the contact of the trimming device and the second conductive piece; therefore, one trimming device finishes trimming two conductive pieces respectively without arranging two trimming devices and a dislocation device, and the number of processing devices is reduced. Simultaneously, because the width of tool delivery board recess all is greater than binding post insulating casing width and binding post between the electrically conductive piece apart from the sum, when pushing away the first cylinder mechanism of dress tool and tool second cylinder mechanism and all contract next time, binding post can be located between the corresponding tool delivery board recess to guarantee binding post's circulation and carry.

The following describes in detail embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the terminal forming equipment comprises a workbench 1, a shell feeding device 2 fixed on the workbench 1, a terminal folding device 3, a terminal trimming device 4, a terminal bending device 5, a terminal shaping device 6, a discharging device 7 and a jig conveying device 8; the jig conveying device 8 is respectively connected with the shell feeding device 2, the terminal folding device 3, the terminal trimming device 4, the terminal bending device 5, the terminal shaping device 6 and the discharging device 7.
The flow direction of the connecting terminal is as follows: the loading device 2 to the terminal crimping device 3 to the terminal trimming device 4 to the terminal bending device 5 to the terminal sizing device 6 to the discharging device 7.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a product structure of the connection terminal. The connecting terminal consists of an insulating shell b and a conductive piece a: the two conductive pieces a are respectively embedded in corresponding hole positions of the insulating shell b, and the conductive pieces a extend out of the insulating shell for a certain distance; the joint of the extending end of the conductive piece and the insulating shell is a conductive piece bending position c; the middle section d of the extending end of the conductive piece is a bevel folding position; the tail end e of the conductive piece is a folding finishing position. The shell feeding device 2 is used for feeding the wiring terminal; the terminal folding device 3 is used for folding the inclined plane of the connecting terminal conductive piece a; the terminal trimming device 4 is used for closing and trimming the opening of the wire terminal conductive piece a; the terminal bending device 5 is used for bending the whole wiring terminal conductive piece a downwards for the first time; the terminal shaping device 6 is used for bending and shaping the bent connecting terminal conductive piece a for the second time; the discharging device 7 is used for blanking of the wiring terminal; the jig conveying device 8 is used for circularly conveying the wiring terminals.
As shown in fig. 3, the terminal trimming apparatus 4 includes a terminal trimming frame 41, a trimming drive cylinder 42, a trimming cylinder connecting mechanism 43, a trimming block adjusting mechanism 44, and a trimming block mechanism 45; the trimming frame 41 is fixed on the workbench 1; the trimming driving cylinder 42 is fixed on the terminal trimming frame 41; the trimming cylinder connecting mechanism 43 is connected with the extending end of the trimming driving cylinder 42; the trimming block adjusting mechanism 44 is fixed on the trimming cylinder connecting mechanism 43, one end of the trimming block adjusting mechanism 44 is in contact with the trimming cylinder connecting mechanism 43, and the other end of the trimming block adjusting mechanism 44 is in contact with the upper end of the trimming block mechanism 45; the lower end of the trimming block mechanism 45 is connected with the terminal trimming station.
As shown in fig. 4, the trimming block mechanism 45 includes a first trimming block 451, a second trimming block 452, a second limiting block 453 and a trimming block fixture assembly 454; the first trimming block 451, the second trimming block 452 and the second limiting block 453 are all fixed on the trimming cylinder connecting mechanism 43; the first trimming block 451 and the second trimming block 452 are adjacently arranged inside and outside, the inner end face of the second trimming block 452 is in contact with the outer end face of the first trimming block 451, and the outer end face of the second trimming block 452 is in contact with the second limiting block 453; the trimming block jig assembly 454 is fixed on the workbench 1, the upper end surface of the trimming block jig assembly 454 is matched with the lower end surface of the connecting terminal conductive piece, and the trimming block jig assembly 454 is respectively connected with the lower ends of the first trimming block 451 and the second trimming block 452; each of the first dressing block 451 and the second dressing block 452 includes a dressing block main body 4511 and a dressing block opening 4512; the opening at the lower end of the trimming block opening 4512 is larger, the opening at the upper end is smaller, the lower end of the trimming block opening 4512 is in contact with the conductive piece of the wiring terminal, and the trimming block opening 4512 is embedded in the trimming block jig assembly 454.
As shown in fig. 5, the second stopper 453 includes a second stopper body 4531, a second stopper recess 4532 and a second stopper hole site 4533; the second stopper groove 4532 is a cross-shaped groove, the depth of the second stopper groove 4532 is the same as the thickness of the second trimming block 452, and the second stopper groove 4532 is embedded with the second trimming block 452; the second stopper hole site 4533 is connected with the dressing cylinder connecting mechanism 43; the lower end of the trimming block opening 4512 is arc-shaped, and the width of the upper end opening of the trimming block opening 4512 is the same as that of the connecting terminal conductive piece.
As shown in fig. 6, the trimming block jig assembly 454 comprises a trimming lower jig 4541, a trimming jig stopper 4542 and a trimming stopper adjusting screw 4543; the lower trimming jig 4541 is fixed on the workbench 1, and the lower trimming jig 4541 is vertically opposite to the first trimming block 451 and the second trimming block 452 respectively; the trimming jig separation blade 4542 is fixed on the upper end surface of the trimming lower jig 4541, and the trimming jig separation blade 4542 is in contact with the end surface of the connecting terminal conductive piece; the trimming baffle plate adjusting screw 4543 is fixed on the trimming lower jig 4541; the trimming lower jig 4541 comprises a trimming lower jig main body 45411, a trimming lower jig boss 45412 and a trimming lower jig sliding groove 45413; the upper end surface of the lower trimming jig boss 45412 is in a multi-section arc shape, and the lower trimming jig boss 45412 is in contact with the lower end surface of the connecting terminal conductive piece; the side surface of the trimmed lower jig boss 45412 is in a shape of a circular arc at the lower end and the upper end is linear, and the side surface of the trimmed lower jig boss 45412 is matched with the trimming block opening 4512; the trimming lower jig sliding groove 45413 is a rectangular sliding groove, and the trimming lower jig sliding groove 45413 is matched with the trimming jig retaining piece 4542.
As shown in fig. 7, the trimming cylinder connecting mechanism 43 includes a trimming cylinder first connecting member 431 and a trimming cylinder second connecting member 432; one end of the trimming cylinder first connecting piece 431 is connected with the trimming driving cylinder 42 in a single-phase extending manner, and the other end of the trimming cylinder first connecting piece 431 is connected with the trimming cylinder second connecting piece 432; the trimming cylinder second connecting piece 432 is embedded in the terminal trimming frame 41; the dressing cylinder second connector 432 comprises a dressing cylinder second connector body 4321, a dressing cylinder second connector groove 4322, a dressing cylinder second connector push groove 4323 and a dressing cylinder second connector sliding groove 4324; the trimming cylinder second connecting piece groove 4322 is embedded with the trimming cylinder first connecting piece 431; the trimming cylinder second connecting piece pushing groove 4323 is embedded with the trimming block adjusting mechanism 44; the trimming cylinder second connecting member sliding groove 4324 is respectively matched with the first trimming block 451 and the second trimming block 452.
As shown in fig. 8, conditioning block adjustment mechanism 44 includes a conditioning block adjustment securing ramp 441, a conditioning block adjustment sliding ramp 442, a conditioning block adjustment nut assembly 443, and a conditioning block adjustment cover 444; the trimming block adjusting fixed inclined surface 441 is fixed on the trimming cylinder second connecting piece 432, and the lower surface of the trimming block adjusting fixed inclined surface 441 is in contact with the upper surface of the trimming block adjusting sliding inclined surface 442; the lower surface of the trimming block adjusting sliding slope 442 is respectively contacted with the first trimming block 451 and the second trimming block 452; the conditioning block adjustment nut assembly 443 is coupled to the conditioning block adjustment sliding ramp 442 through the conditioning block adjustment cover 444; the conditioning block adjustment cover 444 is secured to the conditioning cylinder second link 432.
The terminal trimming device 4 is characterized in that in the working process: 1) adjusting the trimming block adjusting mechanism 44 according to the distance between the trimming block mechanism 45 and the conductive piece of the connecting terminal so that the lower end of the trimming block mechanism 45 is contacted with the conductive piece to a proper distance; 2) the dressing driving cylinder 42 acts to drive the dressing cylinder connecting mechanism 43 to move downwards; 3) the dressing cylinder connecting mechanism 43 moves downward to drive the first dressing block 451 and the second dressing block 452 connected thereto to move downward; 4) the lower end of the trimming block opening 4512 contacts the end opening of the conductive device, and then the trimming block opening 4512 is fitted into the trimming lower jig 4541, and the end opening of the conductive device moves along the trimming block opening 4512 from the lower end to the upper end to complete the trimming process of the conductive device.
The terminal trimming device 4 solves the problem that when the tail end opening of the conductive piece is trimmed in a closing manner, the left and right clamping manner is adopted for trimming, namely, the left and right end clamps are driven by the air cylinder to directly clamp the opening of the conductive piece in the closing clamp from the left and right directions for closing and trimming; the positioning of the sealing clamp needs a plurality of positioning surfaces to be attached to the positioning clamp to complete the positioning, and the requirements on the size precision and the shape accuracy of the conductive piece are high; the tail end of the conductive piece is warped up and down in the production and transportation processes, when the tail end of the conductive piece is warped and deformed up and down, the position of the conductive piece relative to the left and right end clamps changes, the tail end of the conductive piece cannot be accurately embedded into the corresponding closed clamp, and the shape of the closed and finished tail end of the conductive piece is inconsistent with the target shape, so that the finishing quality of the conductive piece is affected. By arranging the trimming block mechanism 45, left-right clamping is changed into vertical pressing, and when the tail end of the conductive piece warps in the vertical direction, the warped tail end of the conductive piece can be contained at the lower end of the trimming block opening 4512 by the opening with the larger lower end and the smaller upper end of the trimming block opening 4512; then, in the downward movement process of the trimming driving cylinder 42, the trimming block opening 4512 is driven to move downward, at this time, the lower end of the conductive piece is in contact with the upper end face of the trimming lower jig boss 45412, the upper end of the conductive piece is contained at the lower end of the trimming block opening 4512, so that the warped conductive piece is limited at the lower end of the trimming block opening 4512; the lower end of the conductive element, which is restricted when the trimming block opening 4512 moves downwards, is supported by the upper end surface of the jig boss 45412 and is fixed, while the warping part of the conductive element is forced to move relatively to the upper end of the trimming block opening 4512 along the lower end arc of the trimming block opening 4512 under the guiding action of the lower end arc of the trimming block opening 4512; and because the shape of the upper end of the trimming block opening 4512 is the same as the trimming shape of the conductive piece, the warped conductive piece is bent into a target shape after moving to the upper end of the trimming block opening 4512, so that the influence of the up-and-down warping deformation of the conductive piece on the positioning of the closing mold in the left-and-right direction is avoided, and the trimming quality of the conductive piece is improved.
As shown in fig. 9, the terminal bending apparatus 5 includes a terminal bending frame 51, a bending driving cylinder 52, a bending cylinder connecting mechanism 53 and a bending head mechanism 54; the terminal bending frame 51 is fixed on the workbench 1; the bending driving cylinder 52 is fixed on the terminal bending frame 51; one end of the bending cylinder connecting mechanism 53 is connected with the extending end of the bending driving cylinder 52, and the other end of the bending cylinder connecting mechanism 53 is connected with the bending head mechanism 54; the lower end of the bending head mechanism 54 is respectively connected with the connecting terminal insulating shell and the conductive piece; the terminal bending frame 51 comprises a bending frame main body 511 and a bending frame sliding groove 512; the bending frame chute 512 is located on the outer end face of the bending frame 51, the bending frame chute 512 is a stepped chute with a small outer part and a large inner part, and the bending frame chute 512 is matched with the bending cylinder connecting mechanism 53.
As shown in fig. 10, the bending head mechanism 54 includes a bending head fixing member 541, a bending mandrel 542, a bending roller 543 and a bending pressing assembly 544; the upper end of the bending head fixing piece 541 is fixed on the bending cylinder connecting mechanism 53; the bending mandrel 542 is embedded at the lower end of the bending head fixing piece 541; the bending roller 543 is matched with the bending mandrel 542, and the bending roller 543 is connected with the connecting terminal conductive piece; the bending pressing component 544 is fixed on the bending cylinder connecting mechanism 53, and the bending pressing component 544 is connected with the wiring terminal insulating shell.
As shown in fig. 11, the bending cylinder connecting mechanism 53 includes a first bending connecting member 531 and a second bending connecting member 532; one end of the first bending connecting piece 531 is connected with the extending end of the bending driving cylinder 52, and the other end of the first bending connecting piece 531 is embedded in the second bending connecting piece 532; the second bending connecting piece 532 is embedded in the bending rack chute 512; the second bending connecting piece 532 comprises a second bending connecting piece main body 5321, a second bending connecting piece sliding groove 5322, a second bending connecting piece sliding groove 5323, a second bending connecting piece step 5324 and a second bending connecting piece step hole 5325; the second bending connecting piece sliding groove 5322 is matched with the bending compression assembly 544; the number of the second bending connecting piece sliding slot holes 5323 is multiple, the multiple second bending connecting piece sliding slot holes 5323 are located at different heights, and the second bending connecting piece sliding slot holes 5323 are connected with the bending compression assembly 544; the outer surface of the second bending connecting piece step 5324 is positioned on the surface of the second bending connecting piece sliding groove 5322; the second bending connecting member step hole 5325 is located on the second bending connecting member step 5324, and the second bending connecting member step hole 5325 is connected with the bending head fixing member 541.
As shown in fig. 12, the bending pressing component 544 includes a bending pressing fixing block 5441, a bending pressing slider 5442, a bending pressing sliding rod 5443 and a bending pressing spring; the bending pressing fixing block 5441 is fixed on the second bending connecting piece 532, and the bending pressing fixing block 5441 is respectively connected with the bending pressing sliding block 5442 and the bending pressing sliding rod 5443; the upper end and the lower end of the bending pressing sliding block 5442 are fixedly connected with the bending pressing sliding rod 5443, and the lower end of the bending pressing sliding block 5442 is connected with the connecting terminal insulating shell; the bending compression spring is embedded in the outer surface of the bending compression slide rod 5443 and is positioned between the lower end surface of the bending compression fixed block 5441 and the lower end of the bending compression slide block 5442; the bending pressing fixing block 5441 comprises a pressing fixing block main body 54411, a pressing fixing block fixing hole 54412, a pressing fixing block notch 54413 and a pressing fixing block sliding hole 54414; the pressing fixed block fixing holes 54412 are sliding slot holes, and the pressing fixed block fixing holes 54412 are connected with the second bending connecting pieces 532; the pressing fixed block notch 54413 is a rectangular notch, and the pressing fixed block notch 54413 is matched with the bending pressing slider 5442; the pressing fixed block sliding hole 54414 is a cylindrical through hole, and the pressing fixed block sliding hole 54414 is matched with the bending pressing sliding rod 5443.
The terminal bending device 5 is characterized in that during the working process: 1) the bending driving cylinder 52 acts to drive the bending cylinder connecting mechanism 53 connected with the bending driving cylinder to move downwards; 2) the bending cylinder connecting mechanism 53 moves downwards to drive the bending head mechanism 54 connected with the bending cylinder connecting mechanism to move downwards; 3) the bending pressing sliding block 5442 is popped downwards under the action of the bending pressing spring, and the lower end face of the bending pressing sliding block 5442 presses the upper end face of the insulating shell; 4) the bending roller 543 moves downward to bend the conductive piece of the connection terminal, and the bending roller 543 rotates around the bending mandrel 542 to complete the bending process of the conductive piece of the connection terminal.
The terminal bending device 5 solves the problem that when the conductive piece of the terminal of the connecting wire is bent, the tail end of the conductive piece is directly pressed down by a bending block for bending; sliding friction is formed between the bending block and the conductive piece, and the friction force is large when the tail end of the bending block is pressed downwards; the friction force of the bending block during downward movement can drive the insulating shell connected with the conductive piece to incline, so that the relative movement between the conductive piece and the insulating shell causes inaccuracy of the bending angle; when the bending force of the bending block is large, the problem that the tail end of the conductive piece is broken can be caused. By arranging the bend bending mechanism 54, when the conductive piece of the wiring terminal is bent, the bending pressing slider 5442 is popped downwards under the action of the bending pressing spring to press the upper end of the insulating shell to fasten the wiring terminal so as to prevent the wiring terminal from inclining and turning laterally when the wiring terminal is bent; then, the bending roller 543 moves downwards to bend the conducting piece of the connecting terminal; when the bending roller 543 bends the conducting piece of the connecting terminal, the bending roller 543 moves downwards on one side to provide bending force for the conducting piece of the connecting terminal, and the bending roller 543 rotates around the bending mandrel 542 on the other side to convert the friction force between the bending roller 543 and the conducting piece from sliding friction into rolling friction; and rolling friction is smaller than sliding friction, so that the friction force applied to the connecting terminal conductive piece is reduced when the bending roller 543 bends the connecting terminal conductive piece, and the phenomenon that the connecting terminal conductive piece is damaged due to the fact that the friction force is large is avoided.
As shown in fig. 13, the jig conveying device 8 includes a first jig air cylinder mechanism 81, a second jig air cylinder mechanism 82, a first guide rail slider mechanism 83, a first guide rail slider base plate 84, a second guide rail slider mechanism 85, an upper top air cylinder mechanism 86 and a clamping and positioning mechanism 87; the first jig cylinder mechanism 81, the first guide rail sliding block mechanism 83 and the clamping and positioning mechanism 87 are all fixed on the workbench 1, and the extending end of the first jig cylinder mechanism 81 is connected with the second jig cylinder mechanism 82; the extending end of the second cylinder mechanism 82 of the jig is connected with the bottom plate 84 of the first guide rail slide block, and the stroke of the second cylinder mechanism 82 of the jig is the same as the distance between the conductive pieces of the wiring terminal; a plurality of second guide rail sliding block mechanisms 85 are arranged, the plurality of second guide rail sliding block mechanisms 85 are all fixed on the first guide rail sliding block bottom plate 84, and the plurality of second guide rail sliding block mechanisms 85 are respectively connected with the upper jacking cylinder mechanism 86; the upper top cylinder mechanism 86 is fixed on the first guide rail sliding block bottom plate 84, and the upper top cylinder mechanism 86 is in contact with a plurality of wiring terminals; the clamping and positioning mechanism 87 is positioned on the inner side and the outer side above the upper top cylinder mechanism 86, and the clamping and positioning mechanism 87 is contacted with the inner end surface and the outer end surface of the insulating shell of the wiring terminal; the direction of the guide rail in the first guide rail sliding block mechanism 83 is along the moving direction of the wiring terminal; the direction of the guide rail in the second guide rail sliding block mechanism 85 is perpendicular to the moving direction of the wiring terminal.

As shown in fig. 15, the clamping and positioning mechanism 87 comprises a medial clamping and positioning component 871 and a lateral clamping and positioning component 872; the inner side clamping and positioning component 871 and the outer side clamping and positioning component 872 are both fixed on the workbench 1; and the medial clamp positioning assembly 871 and the lateral clamp positioning assembly 872 are aligned; the outer clamping and positioning assembly 872 comprises a press-bending section positioning module 8721, a trimming section positioning module 8722 and a bending and shaping section positioning plate 8723; the press-bending section positioning module 8721, the finishing section positioning module 8722 and the bending shaping section positioning plate 8723 are all fixed on the workbench 1; the press-folding section positioning module 8721 and the trimming section positioning module 8722 are respectively connected with the terminal press-folding device 3 and the terminal trimming device 4; the bending and shaping section positioning plate 8723 is rectangular, the lower end surface and the inner end surface of the inner side of the bending and shaping section positioning plate 8723 are respectively contacted with the wiring terminal insulating shell, and the bending and shaping section positioning plate 8723 is respectively connected with the terminal bending device 5 and the terminal shaping device 6.
As shown in fig. 16, the folded section positioning module 8721 and the finishing section positioning module 8722 both include a positioning push plate 87211, a positioning cover 87212, and a positioning spring; the positioning push plate 87211 is embedded in a corresponding groove of the positioning cover plate 87212, and the positioning push plate 87211 is in contact with the insulating shell of the wiring terminal at a corresponding station; the positioning cover plate 87212 is fixed on the workbench 1; one end of the positioning spring is in contact with the positioning push plate 87211, and the other end of the positioning spring is in contact with the positioning cover plate 87212.
The jig conveying device 8 is characterized in that in the movement process: 1) the jig first cylinder mechanism 81, the jig second cylinder mechanism 82 and the upper ejection cylinder 861 contract, and the upper ejection cylinder mechanism 86 moves to the initial position; 2) the upper jacking cylinder 861 acts to drive the jig conveying plate 862 to move upwards to lift the wiring terminal; 3) after the jig first air cylinder mechanism 81 acts to drive the wiring terminal to move from the current station to the next station, the upper ejection air cylinder 861 acts to drive the jig conveying plate 862 to move downwards so as to enable the wiring terminal to fall into the clamping and positioning mechanism 87 for positioning; 4) after the wiring terminals are processed by each station, the upper ejection cylinder 861 acts to drive the jig conveying plate 862 to move upwards to support the wiring terminals; 5) after the jig second cylinder mechanism 82 moves to drive the wiring terminals to move for the same length distance between the two wiring terminal conductive pieces, the upper ejection cylinder 861 moves to drive the jig conveying plate 862 to move downwards to enable the wiring terminals to fall into the clamping and positioning mechanism 87 for positioning, and therefore the wiring terminal conveying process is completed.
The jig conveying device 8 solves the problem that the fixed distance is conveyed each time when the wiring terminal is conveyed, and the conveying distance is the distance between two stations; because the conveying distance is a fixed distance, when two conductive pieces need to be trimmed, two trimming devices need to be arranged at the same time for trimming; and the distance between the two conductive pieces is small, and a dislocation device is also needed to be arranged when the two trimming devices are arranged, so that the number of processing devices and the complexity of equipment are increased. By arranging the first jig cylinder mechanism 81, the second jig cylinder mechanism 82 and the upper ejection cylinder mechanism 86, when the wiring terminal is conveyed, the first jig cylinder mechanism 81 and the upper ejection cylinder 861 act to drive the wiring terminal to move from the processing station to the next processing station, and at the moment, the first conductive piece of the wiring terminal is in contact with the trimming device; then the second cylinder mechanism 82 of the jig and the upper ejection cylinder 861 act to drive the connecting terminal to move by the distance which is the same as the length between the two conductive pieces, so that the connecting terminal and the trimming device move from the contact of the trimming device and the first conductive piece to the contact of the trimming device and the second conductive piece; therefore, one trimming device finishes trimming two conductive pieces respectively without arranging two trimming devices and a dislocation device, and the number of processing devices is reduced. Meanwhile, since the width of the jig conveying plate groove 8622 is larger than the sum of the width of the insulating shell of the wiring terminal and the distance between the conductive pieces of the wiring terminal, when the jig first cylinder mechanism 81 and the jig second cylinder mechanism 82 are pushed and installed next time, the wiring terminal can be located between the corresponding jig conveying plate grooves 8622, so that the circulating conveying of the wiring terminal is ensured.
The forming method of the wiring terminal uses the wiring terminal forming equipment, and the method comprises the following steps:
feeding a wiring terminal: the shell feeding device 2 feeds the arranged wiring terminals to a feeding station of the jig conveying device 8;
(II) terminal conveying: 1) the jig first cylinder mechanism 81, the jig second cylinder mechanism 82 and the upper ejection cylinder 861 contract, and the upper ejection cylinder mechanism 86 moves to the initial position; 2) the upper jacking cylinder 861 acts to drive the jig conveying plate 862 to move upwards to lift the wiring terminal; 3) after the jig first air cylinder mechanism 81 acts to drive the wiring terminal to move from the current station to the next station, the upper ejection air cylinder 861 acts to drive the jig conveying plate 862 to move downwards so as to enable the wiring terminal to fall into the clamping and positioning mechanism 87 for positioning; 4) after the wiring terminals are processed by each station, the upper ejection cylinder 861 acts to drive the jig conveying plate 862 to move upwards to support the wiring terminals; 5) after the jig second cylinder mechanism 82 acts to drive the connecting terminal to move for the same length distance between the two connecting terminal conductive pieces, the upper top cylinder 861 acts to drive the jig conveying plate 862 to move downwards to enable the connecting terminal to fall into the clamping and positioning mechanism 87 for positioning, and the connecting terminal conveying process is completed;
(III) pressing and folding the inclined plane of the conductive piece: the terminal folding device 3 folds the middle section of the extending end of the conductive piece of the wiring terminal of the station on an inclined plane;
(IV) finishing the conductive piece: 1) adjusting the trimming block adjusting mechanism 44 according to the distance between the trimming block mechanism 45 and the conductive piece of the connecting terminal so that the lower end of the trimming block mechanism 45 is contacted with the conductive piece to a proper distance; 2) the dressing driving cylinder 42 acts to drive the dressing cylinder connecting mechanism 43 to move downwards; 3) the dressing cylinder connecting mechanism 43 moves downward to drive the first dressing block 451 and the second dressing block 452 connected thereto to move downward; 4) the lower end of the trimming block opening 4512 is in contact with the tail end opening of the conductive piece, then the trimming block opening 4512 is embedded in the trimming lower jig 4541, and the tail end opening of the conductive piece moves from the lower end to the upper end along the trimming block opening 4512 to finish the trimming process of the conductive piece;
(V) bending the conductive piece: 1) the bending driving cylinder 52 acts to drive the bending cylinder connecting mechanism 53 connected with the bending driving cylinder to move downwards; 2) the bending cylinder connecting mechanism 53 moves downwards to drive the bending head mechanism 54 connected with the bending cylinder connecting mechanism to move downwards; 3) the bending pressing sliding block 5442 is popped downwards under the action of the bending pressing spring, and the lower end face of the bending pressing sliding block 5442 presses the upper end face of the insulating shell; 4) the bending roller 543 moves downwards to bend the connecting terminal conductive piece, and the bending roller 543 rotates around the bending mandrel 542 to complete the bending process of the connecting terminal conductive piece;
(VI) shaping the conductive piece: the terminal shaping device 6 carries out secondary bending shaping on the conductive piece after primary bending, and then conveys the wiring terminal to the discharging device 7;
(VII) blanking of the connecting terminal: the discharging device 7 discharges the processed connecting terminal to complete the forming process of the connecting terminal.

the terminal trimming device (4) comprises a terminal trimming rack (41), a trimming driving air cylinder (42), a trimming air cylinder connecting mechanism (43), a trimming block adjusting mechanism (44) and a trimming block mechanism (45); the trimming rack (41) is fixed on the workbench (1); the trimming driving cylinder (42) is fixed on the terminal trimming rack (41); the trimming cylinder connecting mechanism (43) is connected with the extending end of the trimming driving cylinder (42); the trimming block adjusting mechanism (44) is fixed on the trimming cylinder connecting mechanism (43), one end of the trimming block adjusting mechanism (44) is in contact with the trimming cylinder connecting mechanism (43), and the other end of the trimming block adjusting mechanism (44) is in contact with the upper end of the trimming block mechanism (45); the lower end of the trimming block mechanism (45) is connected with a terminal trimming station;

the jig conveying device (8) comprises a jig first air cylinder mechanism (81), a jig second air cylinder mechanism (82), a first guide rail sliding block mechanism (83), a first guide rail sliding block bottom plate (84), a second guide rail sliding block mechanism (85), an upper ejection air cylinder mechanism (86) and a clamping and positioning mechanism (87); the first jig cylinder mechanism (81), the first guide rail sliding block mechanism (83) and the clamping and positioning mechanism (87) are all fixed on the workbench (1), and the extending end of the first jig cylinder mechanism (81) is connected with the second jig cylinder mechanism (82); the extension end of the second cylinder mechanism (82) of the jig is connected with the first guide rail sliding block bottom plate (84), and the stroke of the second cylinder mechanism (82) of the jig is the same as the distance between the conducting pieces of the wiring terminal; the number of the second guide rail sliding block mechanisms (85) is multiple, the multiple second guide rail sliding block mechanisms (85) are all fixed on the first guide rail sliding block bottom plate (84), and the multiple second guide rail sliding block mechanisms (85) are respectively connected with the upper jacking cylinder mechanism (86); the upper ejection cylinder mechanism (86) is fixed on the first guide rail sliding block bottom plate (84), and the upper ejection cylinder mechanism (86) is in contact with the plurality of wiring terminals; the clamping and positioning mechanism (87) is positioned on the inner side and the outer side above the upper top cylinder mechanism (86), and the clamping and positioning mechanism (87) is contacted with the inner end surface and the outer end surface of the insulating shell of the wiring terminal;
the shell feeding device (2) is used for feeding the wiring terminal; the terminal folding device (3) is used for folding the inclined plane of the conducting piece of the wiring terminal; the terminal trimming device (4) is used for closing and trimming the opening of the conductive piece of the wire connecting terminal; the terminal bending device (5) is used for bending the whole connecting terminal conducting piece downwards for the first time; the terminal shaping device (6) is used for secondarily bending and shaping the bent connecting terminal conductive piece; the discharging device (7) is used for blanking of the wiring terminal; the jig conveying device (8) is used for circularly conveying the wiring terminals.

9. A terminal forming method using the terminal forming apparatus as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
feeding a wiring terminal: the shell feeding device (2) feeds the arranged wiring terminals to a feeding station of the jig conveying device (8);
