The water resource storage and dispensing system of claim 4 wherein a water purifying agent is employed in said tank, said water purifying agent having the formula: 50-60 parts of activated carbon, 30-40 parts of agricultural straw powder, 5-7 parts of bentonite and 10-15 parts of traditional Chinese medicine residues.
6. The water resource storage and dispensing system of claim 5, wherein the constituents of the herb residue include tobacco, camphor wood, semen strychni, glabrous greenbrier rhizome, chenopodium ambrosioides, rhubarb, and isatis leaf.
