The embodiment of the application provides a method for controlling the feeding of a degradation agent, and the embodiment of the application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow diagram of a degradation agent feeding control method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and the degradation agent feeding control method is applied to an instant biochemical degradation device, where the biochemical degradation device includes a cabin, a cabin cover disposed on an upper side of the cabin, a garbage bin traction system and a condensation port disposed on a side of the cabin, a water vapor drainage system and a condensation system disposed at an inlet of the condensation pipeline, a degradation tank disposed inside the cabin, a stirring system disposed in a region of the degradation tank, a degradation agent feeding device and a heating system, and to-be-degraded garbage dumped through the garbage bin traction system and a feeding port of the cabin cover is disposed in the degradation tank, as shown in fig. 2, the degradation agent feeding control method includes:
s201, the biochemical degradation equipment acquires characteristic information of the garbage to be degraded in the degradation tank, wherein the characteristic information comprises at least one of weight information and component information.
Here, the weight information is the total weight of the garbage to be degraded, and is measured in grams or kilograms, and the component information is grouping information related to the components of the garbage to be degraded, which is obtained by grouping according to a preset component division method, content information of each component after grouping, and the like.
In this possible embodiment, the characteristic information of the to-be-degraded waste in the degradation tank acquired by the biochemical degradation device may be the weight information of the to-be-degraded waste in the degradation tank acquired by the biochemical degradation device, and in a specific implementation, when the biochemical degradation device can only pre-store one degradation agent, the waste throwing prompt information may be attached to the surface of the biochemical degradation device, that is, the biochemical degradation device can decompose the waste corresponding to the degradation agent, when the biochemical degradation device performs waste degradation, the to-be-degraded waste is defaulted to correspond to the degradation agent, and at this time, the biochemical degradation device directly obtains the dosage of the degradation agent according to the weight information of the to-be-degraded waste and a predetermined corresponding relationship.
In this possible embodiment, the biochemical degradation device may obtain the characteristic information of the to-be-degraded waste in the degradation tank, or the biochemical degradation device may obtain the weight information and the component information of the to-be-degraded waste in the degradation tank, and in a specific implementation, when the biochemical degradation device pre-stores a plurality of degradation agents, and when the biochemical degradation device performs waste degradation, the fed degradation agent may be determined according to the weight information of the to-be-degraded waste, and then the dosage of the fed degradation agent may be determined according to the weight information.
Therefore, in the example, the biochemical degradation equipment can directly acquire the characteristic information of the garbage to be degraded in the degradation tank, so that the subsequent feeding of the degradation agent is more targeted.
S202, the biochemical degradation equipment determines a putting strategy of a degradation agent for degrading the garbage to be degraded according to the characteristic information.
The implementation manner of determining the feeding strategy of the degrading agent for degrading the garbage to be degraded by the biochemical degradation equipment according to the characteristic information may be: the biochemical degradation device determines the feeding dose and feeding mode of the degradation agent for degrading the garbage to be degraded according to the weight information of the garbage to be degraded, and the biochemical degradation device determines the implementation mode of the degradation agent for degrading the garbage to be degraded according to the characteristic information, and the implementation mode can also be that: and the biochemical degradation equipment determines the type, the feeding dosage and the feeding mode of a degradation agent for degrading the garbage to be degraded according to the weight information and the component information of the garbage to be degraded.
Therefore, in this example, the biochemical degradation device can determine the feeding strategy of the degradation agent for degrading the garbage to be degraded according to the characteristic information of the garbage to be degraded, so as to improve the flexibility of the control of the feeding of the degradation agent.
S203, the biochemical degradation equipment puts a degradation agent into the garbage to be degraded in the degradation tank according to the putting strategy.
Therefore, in this example, the biochemical degradation device can put the degradation agent into the garbage to be degraded in the degradation tank according to the putting strategy, so that the intelligence of controlling the feeding of the degradation agent is improved.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, the immediate-to-local biochemical degradation device first obtains the characteristic information of the to-be-degraded waste in the degradation tank, where the characteristic information includes at least one of weight information and component information, then determines the feeding strategy of the degradation agent for degrading the to-be-degraded waste according to the characteristic information, and finally feeds the degradation agent to the to-be-degraded waste in the degradation tank according to the feeding strategy. Therefore, the instant-in-place biochemical degradation equipment provided by the embodiment of the application can determine the feeding strategy of the degradation agent for degrading the garbage to be degraded according to the characteristic information of the garbage to be degraded, avoids the adoption of a single degradation agent with uniform dosage during garbage degradation, has no pertinence to garbage degradation, expands the processing mechanism of the biochemical degradation equipment for feeding the degradation agent, and improves the flexibility and intelligence of the electronic equipment for controlling the feeding of the degradation agent.
In one possible example, the characteristic information includes weight information, and the biochemical degradation device determines an administration strategy of a degrading agent for degrading the garbage to be degraded according to the characteristic information, and includes: the biochemical degradation equipment determines the dosage of a degradation agent for degrading the garbage to be degraded according to the weight information of the garbage to be degraded; and the biochemical degradation equipment determines the feeding strategy of the degradation agent for degrading the garbage to be degraded to be that the degradation agent with the determined dosage is fed into the degradation tank.
The biochemical degradation equipment determines the dosage of the degradation agent for degrading the garbage to be degraded according to the weight information of the garbage to be degraded, and the implementation mode can be that: acquiring a corresponding relation between the weight of the garbage to be degraded and the dosage of the degrading agent; and substituting the weight value of the garbage to be degraded into a corresponding relational expression, and calculating to obtain the dosage of the degradation agent. The corresponding relation can be that y is ax, wherein x is the weight value of the garbage to be degraded, y is the dosage of the degrading agent, and a is a proportionality coefficient.
In this example, the biochemical degradation device can determine the dosage of the degradation agent for degrading the garbage to be degraded according to the weight information of the garbage to be degraded, so that the authenticity of the control of the feeding of the degradation agent is improved.
In one possible example, the biochemical degradation device administers the determined dose of the degradation agent into the degradation device, comprising: and the biochemical degradation equipment puts the degradation agent with the determined dosage into the degradation tank in a plurality of times according to a preset time interval.
The preset time interval may be one minute, five minutes, ten minutes, thirty minutes, and the like, and is not particularly limited, and the dosage of the degradation agent to be administered at each time may be the same or different, for example, the biochemical degradation device administers the degradation agent to the degradation tank at equal dosage every ten minutes.
In this example, the biochemical degradation device increases the contact probability between the degradation agent and the garbage to be degraded by feeding the degradation agent with a determined dosage in a plurality of times, so as to improve the garbage degradation efficiency.
In one possible example, the biochemical degradation device administers the determined dose of the degradation agent into the degradation device, comprising: and the biochemical degradation equipment continuously puts the degradation agent with the determined dosage into the degradation tank according to a preset putting rate.
The biochemical degradation device continuously puts the degradation agent with the determined dosage into the degradation tank according to a preset putting rate, and the realization mode can be that: the biochemical degradation equipment determines the reference time length for opening a degradation agent feed inlet according to the dosage of the degradation agent; and the biochemical degradation equipment opens the degradation agent feed inlet, and closes the degradation agent feeding valve when the time for opening the degradation agent feed inlet reaches the reference time. The size of the degradation agent feed inlet can be set according to requirements, once the size is set, the flow of the degradation agent feed inlet in unit time is determined, and the reference time length for opening the degradation agent feed inlet can be determined according to the dosage of the degradation agent to be fed and the flow of the degradation agent feed inlet in unit time.
In this example, the biochemical degradation device can reduce the maximum load of the degradation tank in the word degradation process by putting a certain amount of degradation agent into the degradation tank at a certain speed, thereby protecting the device.
In one possible example, the characteristic information includes weight information and component information, and the biochemical degradation device determines, according to the characteristic information, an administration strategy of a degradation agent for degrading the garbage to be degraded, including: the biochemical degradation equipment determines the type of a degradation agent for degrading the garbage to be degraded according to the component information of the garbage to be degraded; the biochemical degradation equipment determines the weight information of each component in the garbage to be degraded according to the weight information and the component information of the garbage to be degraded; the biochemical degradation equipment determines the dosage of a degradation agent for degrading each component according to the weight information of each component; and the biochemical degradation equipment determines the feeding strategy of the degradation agent for degrading the garbage to be degraded, namely, the degradation agent with the determined dosage corresponding to each component is fed into the degradation tank.
The biochemical degradation equipment determines the dosage of the degradation agent for degrading the garbage to be degraded according to the weight information of the garbage to be degraded, and the implementation mode can be that: the biochemical degradation equipment takes the type name of the garbage to be degraded and the name of the degradation agent as query identifiers; inquiring a preset database to obtain the corresponding relation between the weight of the garbage to be degraded and the dosage of the degrading agent; and obtaining the dosage of the degrading agent according to the weight of the garbage to be degraded and the corresponding relation. The corresponding relationship between the weight of the garbage to be degraded and the dosage of the degrading agent can be presented in a form of a table, the corresponding relationship between the weight of the garbage to be degraded and the dosage of the degrading agent can be presented in a formula without specific limitation, and when the corresponding relationship between the weight of the garbage to be degraded and the dosage of the degrading agent can be presented in the formula, the weight of the garbage to be degraded is substituted into the formula to obtain the dosage of the degrading agent.
Therefore, in the example, the biochemical degradation equipment can determine the type, the feeding dosage and the feeding mode of the degradation agent according to the weight and the components of the garbage to be degraded, and the authenticity and the reliability of feeding control of the degradation agent are improved.
In one possible example, the biochemical degradation device puts the degradation agent into the degradation tank in a determined dosage corresponding to each component, and includes: the biochemical degradation equipment acquires a first degradation duration corresponding to a first component according to the weight information of the first component; the biochemical degradation equipment puts the first degradation agent with the determined dosage corresponding to the first component into the degradation tank; and when the biochemical degradation equipment detects that the time for putting the first degradation agent reaches the first degradation time, putting the degradation agent with the determined dosage corresponding to the second component into the degradation tank.
For example, the components of the garbage to be detected comprise fruits and vegetables, the biochemical degradation equipment calculates the time required for degrading the fruits according to the weight of the fruits, then puts the degradation agent for degrading the fruits into the degradation tank, starts timing, and puts the degradation agent for degrading the vegetables into the degradation tank when the calculated time required for degrading the fruits is reached. It is understood that if there are a plurality of components of the waste to be degraded, the above steps can be repeated until the degradation agent corresponding to the last component is dosed.
Therefore, in the example, the biochemical degradation equipment can put different degradation agents into the degradation tank in sequence, and the intelligence of degradation agent feeding control is improved.
In one possible example, the characteristic information includes component information, and the biochemical degradation device obtains the characteristic information of the garbage to be degraded, including: the biochemical degradation equipment acquires an image of the garbage to be degraded; the biochemical degradation equipment identifies the image to obtain garbage to be degraded; and the biochemical degradation equipment classifies the identified garbage to be degraded according to a preset classification mode to obtain a classification result, and generates component information according to the classification result.
The method comprises the steps of identifying the types of the garbage to be degraded, classifying the garbage to be degraded into fruits, vegetables and meat, if the garbage to be degraded comprises mangoes, watermelons, green dates, litchis, green onions, spinach and celery, analyzing the proportion of the fruits and the vegetables to obtain the component information, and further analyzing the proportion of the fruits and the vegetables to obtain the weight information of the fruits and the weight information of the vegetables. The preset classification mode can also be fine classification of the identified type of the garbage to be degraded. The preset classification mode can also be divided according to the identified chemical components of the garbage to be degraded, such as fibers, sugar and the like. The preset classification mode may also be other classification modes, and is not particularly limited. Because the preset classification modes are different, the correspondingly obtained component information is different.
In this possible embodiment, the biochemical degradation device obtains an image of the garbage to be degraded; adopt current image recognition technology right the image is discerned and is treated degradation rubbish, if discern treat degradation rubbish contain banana, watermelon, green date, litchi, green onion, spinach, celery, for example according to predetermineeing categorised mode with banana, watermelon, green date, litchi divide into fruit, divide into green onion, spinach, celery vegetable, and generate component information, component information can be treat that degradation rubbish includes fruit, vegetable.
Therefore, in the example, the biochemical degradation equipment can analyze the components of the garbage to be degraded based on the image of the garbage to be degraded, so that the authenticity and the reliability of the component information are ensured.
In one possible example, the biochemical degradation device dispenses the determined dose of the degradation agent into the degradation tank, comprising: the biochemical degradation equipment acquires at least one frame of image frame of the garbage to be degraded in the degradation tank, and identifies the at least one frame of image frame to obtain the humidity information of the garbage to be degraded; the biochemical degradation equipment acquires the weight information of the garbage to be degraded in the degradation tank; the biochemical degradation equipment determines the putting time of at least one degradation agent aiming at the garbage to be degraded according to the dry-humidity information and the weight information; and the biochemical degradation equipment puts in the at least one degradation agent according to the determined putting time.
Wherein the degradation agent may be a water-soluble degradation agent, the degradation agent may also be a water-insoluble degradation agent, and when a plurality of defined degradation agents are present, the plurality of degradation agents may all be water-soluble degradation agents, the plurality of degradation agents may all be water-insoluble degradation agents, and the plurality of degradation agents may be partially water-soluble degradation agents and partially water-insoluble degradation agents.
In this possible embodiment, the biochemical degradation device may determine, according to the humidity information and the weight information, the determined degradation agent adding time for the garbage to be degraded in an implementation manner that: the biochemical degradation equipment determines the moisture content information of the garbage to be degraded according to the humidity information and the weight information; the biochemical degradation equipment acquires water-solubility information of the degradation agent; and the biochemical degradation equipment determines the determined degradation agent putting time aiming at the garbage to be degraded according to the moisture content information and the water solubility information of the degradation agent.
For example, the biochemical degradation device locates, through image collection and weight collection, garbage to be treated in a state of being wetted by rainwater and having a high moisture content (referred to as first-class garbage) and garbage to be treated in a state of not being wetted by rainwater and having a normal moisture content (referred to as second-class garbage), determines the moisture content of the garbage to be degraded with respect to the first-class garbage and the second-class garbage, and determines different degradation agent putting time nodes according to the moisture content, the heating efficiency of the heating device, and the water solubility of the degradation agent.
Therefore, in the example, the biochemical degradation equipment can determine the adding time of the degradation agent based on the moisture content detection of the garbage to be degraded and the water solubility of the degradation agent, and ensure that each degradation agent can fully exert the degradation effect.
