Abstract
The invention discloses a diaphragm compressor cylinder sealing structure which comprises an oil distribution disc and a cylinder body, wherein a groove is formed in one side, facing the oil distribution disc, of the cylinder body, part or all of the oil distribution disc is arranged in the groove in an embedded mode, and an O-shaped ring is arranged on a contact surface between the oil distribution disc and the cylinder body. According to the invention, the groove is formed in one side of the cylinder body facing the oil distribution disc, part or all of the oil distribution disc is arranged in the groove in an embedded mode, and the O-shaped ring is arranged on the contact surface between the oil distribution disc and the cylinder body, so that radial sealing between the oil distribution disc and the cylinder body can be realized, meanwhile, double sealing is realized through the O-shaped ring, and leakage of hydraulic oil from a sealing surface is prevented.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cylinder sealing, in particular to a diaphragm compressor cylinder sealing structure.
Background
The structure of a cylinder in the prior art is shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, and mainly comprises a bolt 1, an air inlet valve component 2, an exhaust valve component 3, a cylinder cover 4, a diaphragm 9, an oil distribution disc 8, a cylinder body 7, a joint 5 and a pressure regulating valve 6, wherein the cylinder adopts a form of pretightening and sealing the bolt 1, the cylinder cover 4 and the oil distribution disc 8 fix the diaphragm 9 in the middle through the bolt 1 with high pretightening force, and a compressor divides the interior of the cylinder into an air cavity 11 and an oil cavity 10 through the partition of the diaphragm 9. When the compressor works, in order to ensure that compressed gas is completely exhausted through the exhaust valve component 3, the pressure in the oil cavity is higher than the pressure at the side of the air cavity, and the hydraulic oil pressure in the oil cavity is regulated through the pressure regulating valve 6.
In addition, the cylinder in the prior art has the following problems:
the pressure regulating valve 6 is connected to an oil distribution disc 8 through a joint 5, the extended joint 5 is long, vibration with a certain frequency is generated when the compressor works, and fatigue fracture is easily generated at the joint of the joint 5 and the pressure regulating valve 6 after long-time work. The pressure regulating valve 6 is connected to the oil distribution disc 8 through the joint 5, so that the whole part is more, the structure is complex, and the joint 5 is not easy to install. When the cylinder is horizontal structure, need fix the oil distribution disc 8, prevent to take place the incident because of oil distribution disc 8 emptys during the dismouting. The place where the compressor is placed is generally an outdoor greenhouse-free environment, most of the oil distribution disc 8 is made of common carbon steel, and the oil distribution disc is easily rusted when placed in the air for a short time and can be corroded for a long time. The liquid can be compressed when the pressure is high, and the more oil in the oil cavity, the higher the compressibility, the lower the volumetric efficiency of the compressor and the more oil.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the invention provides a sealing structure of a diaphragm compressor cylinder, which aims to solve the problem that hydraulic oil is easy to leak from a sealing surface due to poor sealing effect between an oil distribution disc and a cylinder body of the cylinder in the prior art.

The present invention is described in terms of particular embodiments, other advantages and features of the invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the following disclosure, and it is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention and that it is not intended to limit the invention to the particular embodiments disclosed. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the cylinder sealing structure of the diaphragm compressor is provided, as shown in fig. 3, the cylinder sealing structure comprises an oil distribution disc 8 and a cylinder body 7, a groove is formed in one side, facing the oil distribution disc 8, of the cylinder body 7, part or all of the oil distribution disc 8 is embedded in the groove, and an O-shaped ring 12 is arranged on a contact surface between the oil distribution disc 8 and the cylinder body 7.
According to the invention, the groove is formed in one side of the cylinder body 7 facing the oil distribution disc 8, part or all of the oil distribution disc 8 is embedded in the groove, and the O-shaped ring 12 is arranged on the contact surface between the oil distribution disc 8 and the cylinder body 7, so that radial sealing between the oil distribution disc 8 and the cylinder body 7 can be realized, meanwhile, double sealing is realized through the O-shaped ring 12, the sealing reliability is ensured, and leakage of hydraulic oil from a sealing surface is prevented.
In some optional embodiments, the diaphragm compressor cylinder sealing structure further comprises a pressure regulating valve 6, the pressure regulating valve 6 is directly connected with the oil distribution disc 8, in the prior art, the pressure regulating valve 6 is connected to the oil distribution disc 8 through a joint 5, the whole parts are more, the structure is complex, the joint 5 is not easy to install, the lead-out part of the joint 5 is long, the compressor can vibrate at a certain frequency during operation, and fatigue fracture is easy to generate at the joint of the joint 5 and the pressure regulating valve 6 after long-time operation.
The invention adopts the form that the pressure regulating valve 6 is directly connected with the oil distribution disc 8, avoids the risk of fatigue fracture at the joint of the joint 5 and the pressure regulating valve 6 with the conventional structure, reduces the number of parts, simplifies the structure, is more convenient to install and operate, and improves the production efficiency.
In some alternative embodiments, the O-ring 12 is made of rubber or silicone, so as to seal between the oil distribution disc 8 and the cylinder body 7.
In some alternative embodiments, the bolt 1 connects the cylinder head 4 and the cylinder block 7 along the height direction of the cylinder. Because the oil distribution disc 8 is installed in an embedded mode, the length H1 of the bolt 1 is obviously reduced compared with the height H in the prior art, so that the length of the bolt 1 is reduced, the material of the bolt 1 is saved, and the cost of the compressor is reduced.
In some optional embodiments, the number of the bolts 1 is multiple, and the bolts 1 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential edge end of the cylinder head 4, so that the cylinder head 4 and the cylinder block 7 are connected through the bolts 1.
In some alternative embodiments, the O-ring 12 is located on the side surface of the oil distribution plate 8, the number of the O-ring 12 is one, the O-ring 12 is located below the upper surface of the cylinder body 7 so as to prevent the hydraulic oil from leaking out of the oil chamber 10, and the cross section of the O-ring 12 is circular, which is a common shape in the prior art, and the specification and the size thereof are not described in detail herein.
In some alternative embodiments, the exhaust valve component 3 is provided with an exhaust port 31, the exhaust port 31 is located at the top end of the exhaust valve component 3, and the exhaust of the whole compressor is realized through the exhaust port 31.
The diaphragm compressor cylinder sealing structure adopts double sealing, ensures the sealing reliability, is convenient to operate when the pressure regulating valve 6 is installed, has a simpler structure, reduces the volume of the oil cavity 10, can reduce the oil consumption, does not need to fix the oil distribution disc 8 again, and ensures that the oil distribution disc 8 is not easily corroded by air.

Claims (9)
1. The diaphragm compressor cylinder sealing structure comprises an oil distribution disc and a cylinder body, and is characterized in that one side, facing the oil distribution disc, of the cylinder body is provided with a groove, part or all of the oil distribution disc is arranged in the groove in an embedded mode, and an O-shaped ring is arranged on a contact surface between the oil distribution disc and the cylinder body.
2. The diaphragm compressor cylinder seal arrangement of claim 1, further comprising a pressure regulating valve directly connected to said oil distribution pan.
3. The sealing structure of the cylinder of the diaphragm compressor as claimed in claim 1, wherein the O-ring is made of rubber or silica gel.
4. The diaphragm compressor cylinder sealing structure according to claim 1, wherein said bolt connects said cylinder head and said cylinder block in a height direction of the cylinder.
5. The diaphragm compressor cylinder seal structure of claim 4, wherein said bolts are plural in number and are uniformly arranged along a circumferential edge end of said cylinder head.
6. The diaphragm compressor cylinder seal arrangement of claim 1, wherein said O-ring is located on a side of said oil distribution pan.
7. The diaphragm compressor cylinder seal structure of claim 6, wherein said O-ring is positioned lower than an upper surface of said cylinder block.
8. The diaphragm compressor cylinder seal structure of claim 1, wherein said O-ring has a circular cross-section.
9. A diaphragm compressor cylinder seal arrangement according to claim 1, characterized in that said discharge valve member is provided with a discharge port, said discharge port being located at the top end of said discharge valve member.
