Abstract
The invention discloses a high-density spraying-free metal-imitating ABS composite material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the high-density spraying-free metal-imitating ABS composite material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5-60 parts of ABS resin, 40-90 parts of weight-increasing material, 1-10 parts of spraying-free imitation metal master batch, 0-5 parts of toughening agent, 0.5-2 parts of coupling agent, 0.5-2 parts of dispersing agent and 0.6-1.5 parts of processing aid. The high-density spraying-free imitation metal ABS composite material is prepared by adopting a double-screw extrusion process, the defect of low density of a common spraying-free ABS material is obviously overcome, and the product has light hand feeling and strong plastic feeling and is closer to the weight feeling of a metal material.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of high polymer materials, and particularly relates to a high-density spraying-free metal-like ABS composite material and a preparation method thereof.
Background
ABS is one of five general plastics, it has good processability, electrical property, chemical resistance, mechanical property, etc., is often used as the base material of the spray-free material at present, through adding the aluminum powder pearl powder, can produce the plastic surface with metallic luster, because the process such as reducing the material and electroplating, etc. has improved the material yield. However, the parts made of the material are light in weight and easily give a feeling of low product grade. By modifying the material, the density of the material can be effectively improved to be closer to metal, and the metal imitation identification degree of the material is improved, so that the grade of the product is improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention discloses a high-density spraying-free metal-like ABS composite material and a preparation method thereof, which remarkably improve the defect of low density of a common spraying-free ABS material, and the product has light hand feeling and strong plastic feeling and is closer to the weight feeling of a metal material.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a high-density spraying-free imitation metal ABS composite material is provided, wherein the ABS is an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer and comprises the following components in parts by weight:
5 to 60 percent of ABS resin,
40-90 parts of weight-increasing material,
1-10 parts of spraying-free imitation metal master batch,
0 to 5 percent of toughening agent,
0.5-2 parts of a coupling agent,
0.5-2 parts of dispersing agent,
0.6-1.5 of processing aid.
Preferably, the weight-increasing material is at least one of barium sulfate, antimony oxide, copper powder, iron powder, tungsten powder, silicon micropowder, talcum powder, quartz powder and calcium carbonate.
Preferably, the spraying-free metal-like master batch is at least one of substrate ABS coated pearl powder, substrate ABS coated aluminum powder and substrate ABS coated gold powder.
Preferably, the toughening agent is at least one of high rubber powder, polyurethane, polyolefin, polyester and syndiotactic 1, 2-polybutadiene.
Preferably, the coupling agent is at least one of a silane coupling agent and a titanate coupling agent.
Preferably, the dispersant is one or more of bisamide dispersant, paraffin dispersant and organic metal salt dispersant.
Preferably, the processing aid is at least one of vinyl bis stearamide, polysiloxane, calcium stearate, magnesium stearate, zinc stearate, PE wax, PP wax, ABS wax, ethylene bis stearamide, and a compound of zinc stearate and PE wax, and at least one of phenyl tris (2, 4-di-tert-butyl) phosphite, 2, 6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, bis (3, 5-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) sulfide, and pentaerythritol tetrakis [ beta- (3, 5-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate ].
A preparation method of a high-density spraying-free imitation metal ABS composite material comprises the following steps:
(1) drying ABS resin at 80-85 ℃ for 2-4 hours, controlling the water content below 0.03%, and drying for later use;
(2) weighing weight-increasing materials, spraying-free imitation metal master batches, a toughening agent, a coupling agent, a dispersing agent and a processing aid according to the weight ratio, adding the weight-increasing materials and the dried ABS resin from a side feed, uniformly mixing, adding the materials and the dried ABS resin into a mixer, and continuously mixing for 2-5 minutes;
(3) and (2) putting the fully mixed raw materials into a double-screw extruder, performing melt extrusion and granulation, and performing full plasticization, melting, compounding, head extrusion, bracing, cooling, granulating, drying and packaging under the conveying and shearing action of the double-screw extruder to obtain the high-density spraying-free metal-like ABS composite material.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
by adding the weight-increasing material, the density of the material is improved and is closer to that of a metal material; by adding the spraying-free imitation metal master batch, the dispersion effect of the metal powder is improved, and the material is close to the metallic appearance luster; the product has light hand feeling and strong plastic feeling, and is closer to the weight feeling of metal materials.

The present invention will be further illustrated below with reference to specific embodiments, which are to be understood as merely illustrative and not limitative of the scope of the present invention.
Example 1: spraying-free ABS material
The embodiment provides a spraying-free ABS material, which is prepared from the following components:
5 parts of ABS resin, namely 5 parts of ABS resin,
90 parts of barium sulfate (weight-increasing material),
1 part of metal aluminum powder master batch (spraying-free imitation metal master batch),
5 parts of a toughening agent, namely 5 parts of,
0.5 part of a coupling agent,
2 portions of TAF (dispersant),
0.3 portion of KH560 (processing aid),
1010 (processing aid) 0.2 portion,
168 (processing aid) 0.1 portion.
The spraying-free ABS material can be prepared by the following method: taking the raw materials according to the formula, fully mixing, adding into a double-screw extruder, mixing at 230 ℃ and at the screw rotating speed of 500 r/min, extruding and granulating to obtain the composite material.
Example 2: spraying-free ABS material
The embodiment provides a spraying-free ABS material, which is prepared from the following components:
40 parts of ABS resin,
Sb2O350 parts of (weight-increasing material),
5 parts of metal aluminum powder master batch (spraying-free imitation metal master batch),
2 parts of a toughening agent, namely 2 parts of,
1 part of a coupling agent, namely,
1 part of TAF (dispersant),
0.5 portion of KH560 (processing aid),
1010 (processing aid) 0.3 portion,
168 (processing aid) 0.3 portion.
The spraying-free ABS material can be prepared by the following method: taking the raw materials according to the formula, fully mixing, adding into a double-screw extruder, mixing at 230 ℃ and at the screw rotating speed of 500 r/min, extruding and granulating to obtain the composite material.
Example 3: spraying-free ABS material
The embodiment provides a spraying-free ABS material, which is prepared from the following components:
60 parts of ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene),
40 parts of copper powder (weight-increasing material),
10 portions of gold powder master batch (spraying-free metal-like master batch),
0.5 part of a toughening agent,
2 parts of a coupling agent, namely 2 parts of,
0.5 portion of TAF (dispersant),
0.5 portion of KH560 (processing aid),
1010 (processing aid) 0.5 portion,
168 (processing aid) 0.5 portion.
The spraying-free ABS material can be prepared by the following method: taking the raw materials according to the formula, fully mixing, adding into a double-screw extruder, mixing at 230 ℃ and at the screw rotating speed of 500 r/min, extruding and granulating to obtain the composite material.
Comparative example 1: spraying-free ABS material
The embodiment provides a spraying-free ABS material, which is prepared from the following components:
90 parts of ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene),
5 parts of gold powder master batch (spraying-free metal-like master batch),
2 parts of a toughening agent, namely 2 parts of,
0.5 part of a coupling agent,
1 part of TAF (dispersant),
0.5 portion of KH560 (processing aid),
1010 (processing aid) 0.3 portion,
168 (processing aid) 0.3 portion.
The spraying-free ABS material can be prepared by the following method: taking the raw materials according to the formula, fully mixing, adding into a double-screw extruder, mixing at 230 ℃ and at the screw rotating speed of 500 r/min, extruding and granulating to obtain the composite material.
Results of Performance test of examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 1
The result shows that the ABS resin alloy composition has good impact resistance and high density by adding a large amount of fillers and metal powder into the ABS resin, and can replace metal products in certain fields.
Claims (8)
1. The high-density spraying-free metal-like ABS composite material is characterized in that the ABS is an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene terpolymer and comprises the following components in parts by weight:
5 to 60 percent of ABS resin,
40-90 parts of weight-increasing material,
1-10 parts of spraying-free imitation metal master batch,
0 to 5 percent of toughening agent,
0.5-2 parts of a coupling agent,
0.5-2 parts of dispersing agent,
0.6-1.5 of processing aid.
2. The high-density spraying-free metal-like ABS composite material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight-increasing material is at least one of barium sulfate, antimony oxide, copper powder, iron powder, tungsten powder, silicon micropowder, talcum powder, quartz powder and calcium carbonate.
3. The high-density spraying-free metal-like ABS composite material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the spraying-free metal-like master batch is at least one of substrate ABS coated pearl powder, substrate ABS coated aluminum powder and substrate ABS coated gold powder.
4. The high-density spraying-free imitation metal ABS composite material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the toughening agent is at least one of high rubber powder, polyurethane, polyolefin, polyester and syndiotactic 1, 2-polybutadiene.
5. The high-density spray-free imitation metal ABS composite material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the coupling agent is at least one of a silane coupling agent and a titanate coupling agent.
6. The high-density spraying-free metal-like ABS composite material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dispersant is one or more of bisamide dispersant, paraffin dispersant, and organic metal salt dispersant.
7. The high-density spraying-free metal-like ABS composite material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the processing aid is at least one of vinyl bis stearamide, polysiloxane, calcium stearate, magnesium stearate, zinc stearate, PE wax, PP wax, ABS wax, ethylene bis stearamide, a compound of zinc stearate and PE wax, and at least one of phenyl tris (2, 4-di-tert-butyl) phosphite, 2, 6-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, bis (3, 5-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) sulfide, and pentaerythritol tetrakis [ β - (3, 5-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate ].
8. The preparation method of the high-density spraying-free imitation metal ABS composite material according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) drying ABS resin at 80-85 ℃ for 2-4 hours, controlling the water content below 0.03%, and drying for later use;
(2) weighing weight-increasing materials, spraying-free imitation metal master batches, a toughening agent, a coupling agent, a dispersing agent and a processing aid according to the weight ratio, adding the weight-increasing materials and the dried ABS resin from a side feed, uniformly mixing, adding the materials and the dried ABS resin into a mixer, and continuously mixing for 2-5 minutes;
(3) and (2) putting the fully mixed raw materials into a double-screw extruder, performing melt extrusion and granulation, and performing full plasticization, melting, compounding, head extrusion, bracing, cooling, granulating, drying and packaging under the conveying and shearing action of the double-screw extruder to obtain the high-density spraying-free metal-like ABS composite material.
