(3) The tail end of the conveyor adopts a design capable of swinging upwards, the driven wheel assembly 13 can swing upwards without tools, and the belt 10 is supported by the driven wheel assembly 13, so that the internal structure of the conveyor is convenient to clean.
(4) The wear-resistant strips 15 in the conveyor are in a buckling mode, and can be directly disassembled and cleaned without tools. The conveyor leg part adopts the mounting plate 23 which is easy to assemble and disassemble on a single surface, so that the belt 10 can be conveniently and quickly disassembled, cleaned or replaced without disassembling the line body supporting leg.

Principle of operation

(2) Referring to fig. 4, 7; the bayonet 137 is a nut, and when the bayonet 137 is loosened (or not pressed too tightly), the driven wheel module and the belt can be pulled upwards, so that the belt 10 can be conveniently detached and cleaned.
