Detailed Description
The note holder of the present invention has a main body 1, at least one refill 2, and at least one attachment/detachment mechanism 3, each refill 2 having a note aggregate 21 and a base portion 22. The note assembly 21 is provided on the surface of the base portion 22. When a plurality of replacement parts 2 and a plurality of attachment/detachment mechanisms 3 are provided, the base body portion 22 of each replacement part 2 is connected to the main body 1 by the corresponding attachment/detachment mechanism 3, and is detached freely.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 3, the main body 1 of the memo holder according to the present invention is made of a sheet material having a certain thickness, has a long side direction and a short side direction, and is formed in a horizontally long shape, for example, a rectangular shape. The base portion 22 of the refill 2 is also constructed from a sheet material. The plurality of refills 2 are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the main body 1. The arrangement of the replacement parts along the long side direction can be balanced arrangement or unbalanced arrangement.
As shown in fig. 3, the main body 1 may have a mounting portion 11 for mounting the refill 2, and may have a lid portion 12 for covering the refill 2 mounted on the mounting portion. The body 1 may be formed by folding the same sheet of material to form the mounting portion 11 and the cover portion 12. In the housed state, it is preferable that the cover portion 12 be capable of covering all of the refills 2, and that each refill 2 be held together with the mounting portion 11 so as to sandwich each refill 2 between both the cover portion 12 and the mounting portion 11. In the storage state, the cover 12 is combined with the mounting portion 11 by a connecting member to realize a storage function. The connecting component can be nylon fastener tape, snap fastener, rubber ring, binding rope, etc. In this embodiment, the snap fastener is provided.
The note assembly 21 is a laminated body of note papers made of a plurality of note papers stuck or connected to each other. The memo aggregate 21 is provided on the surface of the sheet-like base portion 22. The attachment/detachment mechanism 3 is provided on the back surface of the base portion 22, that is, the surface opposite to the surface on which the memo aggregate 21 is provided. The notepaper can be made of paper materials or sheet materials made of other materials.
The outer edge of the base portion 22 may be located further outward than the edge of the note aggregate 21, and thus may function to protect the note paper.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the attachment/detachment mechanism 3 of the present invention includes a bag portion 31 having an opening edge provided on the surface of the mounting portion 11 of the main body 1, and an insertion portion 32 provided on the back surface of the base portion 22. The insertion portion 32 can be inserted into the bag portion 31 from the opening edge. As shown by the arrows in fig. 1, the insertion portion 32 is inserted into the pocket portion 31 by sliding the two relative to each other, and the attachment of the refill 2 to the main body 2 is achieved. If the refill 2 is slid in the direction opposite to the arrow in fig. 1, the removal of the two can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 3, the bag portion 31 has an opening edge, and the insertion portion can be inserted into the bag portion from the opening edge. The opening side is located further forward than the joint of the mounting portion 11 and the cover portion 12 in the insertion direction.
In the present invention, the insertion direction of the insertion portion 32 is parallel to the short side direction of the main body 1. That is, the refill 2 can be attached to and detached from the main body 1 by sliding the refill 2 with respect to the main body 1. In the present invention, the refill is slid in the short side direction of the body 1 so that the insertion portion is inserted into the pocket, thereby achieving the connection of the refill 2 to the mounting portion 11.
Specifically, the refill 2 is slid toward the pocket of the mounting portion 11 with respect to the main body 1 along the short side direction of the main body 1, and when the insertion portion 32 enters the pocket 31, the refill 2 is connected to the mounting portion 11, and the refill 2 is mounted to the main body 1. When the refill 2 is slid in the short side direction of the main body 1 with respect to the main body 1 in the direction of being separated from the pocket 31 of the attachment portion 11, the refill 2 is detached from the main body 1.
In addition to the removal of the refill by sliding in the short side direction, the refill 2 may also slide in other directions relative to the main body 1 to connect the two without the respective refills 2 interfering with each other.
If the direction along the insertion direction is defined as the forward direction, the distal end of the insertion portion 32 is located more rearward than the distal end of the base portion 22 in the insertion direction. That is, the length of the insertion portion 32 is shorter than the length of the base portion 22 in the insertion direction. Accordingly, the insertion portion 32 and the base portion 22, which are both sheet-like materials, are disposed at a position shifted from each other in the front-rear direction, so that when the refill 2 is inserted into the bag portion 31, the insertion portion 32 and the base portion 22 can be easily distinguished from each other, and the insertion portion 32 can be easily inserted into the bag portion 31.
As shown in fig. 5, in the present invention, the insertion portion 32 is engaged with the base portion 22. The engaging portion may be provided with only the 1 st engaging portion 321, for example, in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction, which engages both along the rear edges of the base portion 22 and the insertion portion 32. The insertion portion 32 may be T-shaped, that is, the insertion portion may have both a 1 st engaging portion 321 and a 2 nd engaging portion 322, the 1 st engaging portion 321 engaging with the rear edge of the insertion portion 32 along the base portion 22, and the 2 nd engaging portion engaging with the base portion 22 in a direction parallel to the insertion direction. The 1 st engaging portion 321 and the 2 nd engaging portion 322 are formed as T-shaped engaging portions, so that the insertion portion 32 is not shaken up and down after being inserted into the pocket portion 31, thereby increasing the mounting stability of the refill 2.
The bag portion 31 has an open bag-like structure formed by two fins 311 and 312. The two fins are spaced apart from each other, and the space between the two fins constitutes a notch 313 of the bag portion 31, the notch 313 corresponding to the T-shaped joint portion of the insertion portion 32, the notch extending from the opening edge in the insertion direction of the refill, and interference between the bag portion 31 and the T-shaped joint portion can be avoided, and smooth insertion into the bag portion can be ensured. The boundary between the opening edge and the cut can be in a bent chamfer shape, so that the insertion is facilitated and the injury is not easily caused.
Two fins 311, 312 constituting the pocket portion are joined to the main body 1 at both sides, respectively. In the insertion direction, the edge of the fin constituting the opening edge of the pocket portion 31 is located forward of the connecting edge between the attachment portion 11 and the lid portion 12. The length of the pocket 21 is shorter than the length of the attachment 11 in the short side direction of the body 1.
As shown in fig. 3, the open edges of the two fins 311, 312 may be turned up edges M, i.e., turned up slightly by creasing or the like, so that the insertion portion 32 is easily inserted. The edge of the insertion portion 32 may also be a raised edge M. The raised edge M may have a higher hardness than the fin or other portions of the insertion portion.
As shown in fig. 3, the two fins 311 and 312 constituting the pocket 31 are joined to the mounting portion 11 at the left and right edges of the fins, and also joined to the outer edge of the mounting portion 11. The left and right fins form the pocket 31 with the notch 313 interposed therebetween.
In order to secure a space in which the insertion portion 32 can be inserted into the pocket portion 31, a certain gap may be provided between each fin and the mounting portion 11. For example, the fin is connected to the mounting portion 11 by a sheet-shaped connector having a certain height or an adhesive having a certain height, so that a certain gap is formed between the bag portion 31 and the mounting portion 11, thereby ensuring that the bag portion has a space into which the insertion portion can be inserted and ensuring that the insertion portion 32 can be inserted smoothly. The fins and the mounting portion 11 may be connected by bonding, heat fusion, or the like. The height may be sufficient to ensure that the insertion portion 32 having a certain thickness can be inserted.
In this embodiment, the spacer L made of the transparent material with the same material is sandwiched between the fins and the mounting portion, and the mounting portion 11, the spacer L and the fins are arranged in sequence from bottom to top.
In the first and second engaging portions 321, 322 between the base portion 22 and the insertion portion 32 of the refill 2, a spacer L may be provided between the base portion 22 and the insertion portion 32.
As shown in fig. 4, one or more replacements 2 can be mounted on the surface of the mounting portion 11 of the main body 1 of the present invention. Preferably, a plurality of alternatives 2 are installed, for example 2, 3, 4, 5 or more, etc. More than one note assemblage 21 may be mounted on each refill. Each note assembly 21 may be the same or different in shape and size, and may be a complementary or uniquely configured note assembly. It is preferable that at least one note aggregate 21 of the plurality of replacement parts has a shape different from the shape of the other note aggregates.
The position of the mounting portion at which the replacement is mounted is referred to as a mounting/dismounting position. The mounting portion has a plurality of mounting and dismounting positions. The respective attaching and detaching mechanisms 3 have a common structure. Thereby can guarantee that every replacement can install arbitrary dismouting position at the installation department. Even if the shape or appearance of the refill 2 is changed, the refill 2 can be mounted to any position as long as the structure of the attachment and detachment mechanism 3 is common.
Modification example
Preferably, the main body and the replacement are transparent or translucent sheets made of the same material, such as PP material or hard paper material. The body and the refill may also be sheets of different materials.
In the case where a plurality of refills 2 arranged in parallel can be housed, the main body 1 may have an irregular shape.
Further, the bag portion 31 may be provided on the back surface of the base portion 22, the insertion portion 32 may be provided on the mounting portion 11 of the main body 1, and the attachment and detachment may be similarly realized by relative sliding between the two.
Although in the above-described embodiment, attachment to and detachment from the main body 1 is achieved by sliding the refill 2 in the short-side direction of the main body, the sliding direction of the refill 2 may be other directions not parallel to the short-side direction, in other shapes or requirements. For example, the refill may be inserted into the pocket by sliding it diagonally. In this case, the extending direction of the joint portion may be inclined correspondingly, and the notch portion 313 provided in the pocket portion may be inclined correspondingly to the joint portion (for example, the second joint portion 322). Likewise, the refill may slide in the longitudinal direction.
In the above embodiments, the way in which each of the detaching mechanisms is detached by sliding of the replacement is described. The dismounting mechanism can also be a structure which can realize dismounting of two components, such as a snap fastener, a bonding chain, a magnetic piece, a magic tape and the like. When the bag does not need to be detached in a sliding manner, the bag and the notch thereof do not need to be provided.
According to the connection between the refill 2 having the memo aggregate 21 and the main body 1 of the present invention, a plurality of refills 2 can be simultaneously collected and stored by the memo holder of the present invention. Note assemblies (also referred to as sticky notes or notes) of various shapes may be provided in the refill, so that note assemblies 21 of various shapes can be stored and collated at the same time by the same note holder. When the note holder has the mounting part 11 and the cover part 12, the cover part 12 and the mounting part 11 are mutually jointed to protect the note assemblies 21 arranged in the middle, so that the function of accommodating various note assemblies in the same note holder is realized, and each note assembly 21 is ensured to be neat and beautiful without being folded.
The technical features of the above-described embodiment and modifications are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and may be freely combined as necessary.
