In the present embodiment, the second driver 41 is a cylinder; it is understood that in other embodiments, the second driving member 41 can be other power sources such as an electric motor.
The positioning device 100 further includes a second elastic member 44, one end of the second elastic member 44 is connected to the output end of the second driving member 41, and the other end of the second elastic member 44 is connected to the third positioning member 42, so that the second driving member 41 can drive the third positioning member 42 to abut against the workpiece through the second elastic member 44, when the output force provided by the second driving member 41 is too large, due to the existence of the second elastic member 44, the third positioning member 42 can extrude the second elastic member 44 and move relative to the second driving member 41, thereby realizing that the third positioning member 42 presses against the workpiece softly, preventing the workpiece from being damaged, and ensuring the normal use of the positioning device 100.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a partially enlarged view of a portion a of the positioning device shown in fig. 2. In this embodiment, an adaptor 45 is disposed between the third positioning element 42 and the output end of the second driving element 41, the adaptor 45 is fixedly connected to the output end of the second driving element 41, the third positioning element 42 includes a positioning portion 421 and a sliding portion 422, the sliding portion 422 is slidably connected to the adaptor 45, the second elastic element 44 is sleeved on the sliding portion 422 and abuts against the positioning portion 421 and the adaptor 45, so that the second driving element 41 can drive the adaptor 45 to drive the third positioning element 42 to move toward the mounting seat 10, and the positioning portion 421 can abut against the second elastic element 44 and slide toward the adaptor 45, thereby achieving the above-mentioned effects; it is understood that in other embodiments, the second elastic element 44 can be directly connected to the output end of the second driving element 41 and the third positioning element 42, as long as the above-mentioned purpose can be achieved.
In the present embodiment, the second elastic member 44 is a spring; it is understood that in other embodiments, the second elastic member 44 may be an elastic member made of rubber or the like.
In the present embodiment, the stopper 43 is provided on the stopper 26; it is understood that in other embodiments, the stop member 43 may be directly disposed at one end of the mounting seat 10, as long as the stop member 43 can cooperate with the third positioning member 42 to position the workpiece.
The positioning device further comprises a supporting component 60, the supporting component 60 comprises a first supporting piece 61, a second supporting piece 62 and a third supporting piece 63, and the first supporting piece 61, the second supporting piece 62 and the third supporting piece 63 are respectively arranged on one side of the first positioning piece 21, the second positioning piece 22 and the stop piece 43 close to the installation seat 10 and extend towards the installation seat 10; when the workpiece is placed on the mounting seat 10, the first supporting member 61, the second supporting member 62 and the third supporting member 63 can support the workpiece which is separated from the mounting seat 10 due to the placing error, so that the workpiece is further protected, the reliability of the positioning device 100 is improved, and the use is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of the positioning apparatus shown in fig. 1 from another view angle. The second lifting assembly 50 comprises a fourth driving member 51, an adapter 52 and a connecting member 53; the fourth driving member 51 is connected with the adapter 52, and the connecting member 53 is connected with the fourth driving member 51 and the adapter 52; the adapter 52 is used for accommodating the fourth driving member 51, the fourth driving member 51 provides a power source for the second lifting assembly 50, and the connecting member 53 is used for driving the second driving member 41 to move.
Specifically, the fourth driving element 51 is fixedly connected to the adaptor 52, the connecting element 53 is slidably connected to the adaptor 52, one end of the connecting element 53 is fixedly connected to the output end of the fourth driving element 51, and the other end of the connecting element 53 is fixedly connected to the second driving element 41, so that the fourth driving element 51 can drive the connecting element 53 to slide along the adaptor 52, the connecting element 53 can drive the second driving element 41 to ascend and descend relative to the mounting base 10, and further adjust the position of the third positioning element 42 connected to the second driving element 41 relative to the mounting base 10, so that the third positioning element 42 can push the workpiece at a proper position, and the use of the positioning device 100 is facilitated.
In the present embodiment, the fourth driver 51 is a cylinder; it is understood that in other embodiments, the fourth driving member 51 may be selected to be another power source such as an electric motor.
The connecting piece 53 is provided with a first abutting part 531 and a second abutting part 532, and the first abutting part 531 and the second abutting part 532 are arranged at intervals; the adapter 52 is provided with a second buffer member 521 and a third buffer member 522, the second buffer member 521 and the third buffer member 522 are arranged at an interval, the first abutting portion 531 is located between the second buffer member 521 and the third buffer member 522, when the fourth driving member 51 drives the connecting member 53 to move, the first abutting portion 531 can abut against the second buffer member 521 and the third buffer member 522 to buffer the movement of the connecting member 53, and the connecting member 53 is protected; meanwhile, the adapter 52 is further provided with a second limiting portion 523 and a third limiting portion 524, the second limiting portion 523 and the third limiting portion 524 are arranged at an interval, and the second abutting portion 532 is arranged between the second limiting portion 523 and the third limiting portion 524, when the fourth driving member 51 drives the connecting member 53 to move, the second abutting portion 532 can abut against the second limiting portion 523 and the third limiting portion 524 to limit the movement of the connecting member 53, so as to limit the lifting of the second driving member 41 relative to the mounting seat 10, and prevent the second driving member 41 from departing from the workpiece range, so that the second driving member 41 can drive the third fixing member to push the workpiece within a proper range, thereby facilitating the normal use of the positioning device 100.
In the present embodiment, the first abutting portion 531 and the second abutting portion 532 are disposed flush; the second buffering member 521 and the second limiting portion 523 are disposed at one end of the adapter 52 in the same direction, the third buffering member 522 and the third limiting portion 524 are disposed at the other end of the adapter 52 in the same direction, and a distance between the second buffering member 521 and the first abutting portion 531 is smaller than a distance between the second limiting portion 523 and the second abutting portion 532, and a distance between the third buffering member 522 and the first abutting portion 531 is smaller than a distance between the third limiting portion 524 and the second abutting portion 532, so that the connecting member 53 can be buffered and limited during sliding relative to the adapter 52, and the second abutting portion 532 is prevented from being damaged easily due to an excessive abutting force when directly abutting against the second limiting portion 523 or the third limiting portion 524, thereby facilitating normal operation of the positioning device 100; it will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the components described above may be arranged in other ways, depending on the operating conditions.
According to the positioning device provided by the invention, the mounting seat is used for mounting a workpiece, the first positioning piece and the second positioning piece are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the mounting seat, and the first driving piece can drive at least one of the first positioning piece and the second positioning piece to move relative to the other one, so that the first positioning piece and the second positioning piece can clamp the workpiece on the mounting seat, and the workpiece is fixed relative to the mounting seat; meanwhile, the stop piece is arranged at one end of the mounting seat, the third positioning piece is arranged at the other end of the mounting seat relative to the stop piece, a connecting line of the stop piece and the third positioning piece and a connecting line of the first positioning piece and the second positioning piece form an angle, the second driving piece can drive the third positioning piece to move towards the mounting seat and enable the third positioning piece to push the workpiece, so that the position of the workpiece on the mounting seat is adjusted, the stop piece can prevent the workpiece on the mounting seat from being pushed down, and the reliability of positioning operation is improved; and then positioner can simply, reliably carry out the automatic positioning installation to the work piece, be favorable to promoting work efficiency.
The invention also provides a curved surface measuring device, which comprises a carrier component and the positioning device 100, wherein the positioning device 100 is connected with the carrier component.
According to the curved surface measuring equipment provided by the invention, the positioning device is arranged, so that the workpiece can be automatically positioned and installed, and the workpiece can be conveniently measured.
In addition, in the present invention, unless otherwise expressly specified or limited, the terms "connected," "stacked," and the like are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning permanently connected, detachably connected, or integrally formed; either directly or indirectly through intervening media, either internally or in any other relationship. Claims (10)

1. A positioning device, comprising:
the mounting seat is used for mounting a workpiece;
the first positioning component comprises a first driving part, a first positioning part and a second positioning part, the first positioning part and the second positioning part are respectively arranged at two opposite ends of the mounting seat, and the first driving part can drive at least one of the first positioning part and the second positioning part to move relative to the other one so as to clamp a workpiece on the mounting seat;
the second positioning assembly comprises a second driving piece, a stop piece and a third positioning piece, the stop piece is fixedly arranged at one end of the mounting seat, the third positioning piece is opposite to the stop piece and is arranged at the other end of the mounting seat, an angle is formed between a connecting line of the stop piece and the third positioning piece and a connecting line of the first positioning piece and the second positioning piece, and the second driving piece can drive the third positioning piece to move relative to the mounting seat so as to push a workpiece to adjust the position.
2. The positioning device of claim 1, further comprising:
the abutting piece and the first elastic piece;
the abutting part is connected with one of the first positioning part and the second positioning part in a sliding mode and arranged towards one side of the other one of the first positioning part and the second positioning part, one end of the first elastic part is connected with the abutting part, the other end of the first elastic part is connected with one of the first positioning part and the second positioning part, and the first positioning part or the second positioning part can drive the abutting part to abut against a workpiece through the first elastic part.
3. The positioning device according to claim 1, further comprising a second elastic member, wherein one end of the second elastic member is connected to the output end of the second driving member, and the other end of the second elastic member is connected to the third positioning member, and the second driving member can drive the third positioning member to abut against the workpiece through the second elastic member.

The positioning device according to claim 1, wherein a limiting member is further disposed between the first positioning member and the second positioning member, the stopping member is fixedly disposed on the limiting member, a length of the limiting member along a direction from the first positioning member to the second positioning member is greater than a length of the mounting base along a direction from the first positioning member to the second positioning member, and the limiting member can limit the movement of the first positioning member or the second positioning member toward the mounting base.
5. The positioning device according to claim 4, wherein the end of the limiting member facing the first positioning member and/or the second positioning member is further provided with a first limiting portion; the positioning device further comprises a first buffer piece, the first buffer piece is connected to the limiting piece, the first buffer piece is opposite to the first limiting portion and close to the first positioning piece and/or the second positioning piece, and the first buffer piece and the first limiting portion can buffer and limit the first positioning piece and/or the second positioning piece towards the movement of the mounting seat respectively.
6. The positioning device of claim 1, further comprising a suction assembly, wherein the suction assembly is connected to the mounting base, and the suction assembly is capable of sucking and fixing the workpiece on the mounting base.
7. The positioning device of claim 1, further comprising a first lift assembly, the first lift assembly comprising:
a third driving member and a connecting seat;
the output end of the third driving piece is connected to the connecting seat, the first driving piece is fixedly connected to the connecting seat, and the third driving piece can drive the connecting seat to ascend and descend relative to the mounting seat so as to adjust the position of the first positioning piece and the position of the second positioning piece relative to the mounting seat.
8. The positioning device of claim 1, further comprising a second lift assembly, the second lift assembly comprising:
a transfer seat;
the fourth driving piece is fixedly connected with the adapter;
the connecting piece is connected with the adapter in a sliding manner, one end of the connecting piece is connected with the output end of the fourth driving piece, and the other end of the connecting piece is fixedly connected with the second driving piece;
the fourth driving part can drive the connecting piece to slide along the adapter, and the connecting piece can drive the second driving part to lift relative to the mounting seat so as to adjust the position of the third positioning part relative to the mounting seat.
9. The positioning device of claim 1, further comprising a holder assembly, the holder assembly comprising a first holder, a second holder, and a third holder;
the first bearing piece, the second bearing piece and the third bearing piece are respectively arranged on one side, close to the mounting seat, of the first positioning piece, the second positioning piece and the stop piece and extend towards the mounting seat, and the first bearing piece, the second bearing piece and the third bearing piece can bear workpieces separated from the mounting seat.
10. A surface measuring apparatus comprising a carrier assembly, characterized in that the surface measuring apparatus further comprises a positioning device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the positioning device being connected to the carrier assembly.
