The large-volume steam sterilizer for surgical and medical dressings in accordance with claim 1, wherein the electric roller table (2) comprises a plurality of rollers (2a) which are located on the same horizontal plane and are arranged side by side at equal intervals, the rollers (2a) are rotatably connected with the power box (1b), the power box (1b) is internally and fixedly provided with a rotary driver (2b), the rotary driver (2b) is in transmission connection with each roller (2a) through a chain transmission mechanism (2c), and the rotary driver (2b) is in communication connection with the controller.

The large-volume steam sterilizer for surgical and medical dressings as claimed in claim 3, wherein the dressing transfer mechanism (3) comprises a chain plate conveyor (3a), the working surface of the chain plate conveyor (3a) is parallel to the axis of the roller (2a), a plurality of material bearing plate groups (3b) are fixedly mounted on the working surface of the chain plate conveyor (3a), the material bearing plate groups (3b) are uniformly distributed along the movement track of the transmission surface of the chain plate conveyor (3a), the material bearing plate groups (3b) are perpendicular to the working surface of the chain plate conveyor (3a), the transmission surface of the chain plate conveyor (3a) is vertically arranged, and the chain plate conveyor (3a) is in communication connection with the controller.
