Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of disinfection equipment, in particular to a protective headgear capable of replacing a mask and a working method. The protective head comprises a cap body, and a cap peak, an air filtering structure, an air suction device and an air supply module which are arranged on the cap body; the cap body comprises an outer cap body and an inner cap body wrapping the head; the air filtering structure covers the hole of the outer cap body, and a connecting block for fixing the air suction device and the air filtering structure is arranged on the hole; the air suction device is arranged between the inner cap body and the outer cap body; the outside air is sucked into the cap body by the air suction device and is filtered by the air filtering structure, and is blown out from the air holes of the cap peak, and a clean air curtain which can be sucked is formed on the face of a person. This protection headgear replaces the gauze mask of traditional form for wear-type, not only wears comfortablely, breathes smoothly, and has to hide wind and keep out rain and sun-proof function, can improve the rate of wearing greatly to reduce the infection probability.

Background
At present, people need to wear protective masks in closed personnel or public places due to epidemic situations; the existing mask capable of filtering microorganisms is mainly divided into an inner layer, a middle layer and an outer layer, wherein the inner layer is made of a skin-friendly material, the middle layer is an isolation filter layer made of spray-melt cloth, and the outer layer is an antibacterial layer made of a special material. the brim is arranged right in front of the head and is connected with the outer cap body; the whole cap brim is of a shell structure with a curved surface and a downward opening, and a plurality of air holes are formed in the left and right positions of the lower end of the shell, which are spaced from the common part of the human face; the inner space of the shell is communicated with the airflow channel, so that filtered air is blown out from the air holes of the brim after passing through the airflow channel, external air on the face of a person is blown to two sides, and a clean air curtain isolated from the external air is formed.
Further, the air filtering structure comprises a bacterium inhibiting layer arranged on the upper layer and an isolation filtering layer made of spray-melting cloth arranged on the lower layer.
Furthermore, a circle of groove is arranged on the outer cap body; the shape of the air filtering structure is a flexible cover body structure, and the lower end of the cover body is provided with a circle of rubber ring used for connecting an outer cap body; the air filtering structure covers the holes, and meanwhile, the rubber ring is tightly bound in the groove.

the top of the outer cap body 11 is provided with a hole, and the air filtering structure covers the hole; preferably, the air filtering structure comprises a bacteria inhibiting layer arranged on the upper layer and an isolation filtering layer made of spray-melt cloth arranged on the lower layer; because the air filtering structure is not directly contacted with the skin, the skin-friendly layer of the conventional mask can be omitted; preferably, the shape of the air filtering structure is a flexible cover body structure, and the lower end of the cover body is provided with a circle of rubber ring 31 used for connecting an outer cap body; a circle of groove is arranged on the outer cap body; the air filtering structure covers the holes, and simultaneously the rubber ring is tightly bound in the grooves, so that the filtering layer is convenient to install and replace.
The air suction device 4 is fixed on the inner side of the outer cap body close to the brim; the air suction device sucks outside air into the inner side of the outer cap body through the hole, and the air is filtered by the air filtering structure when passing through the hole.
The air supply module comprises an air flow channel 51 which is arranged at the inner side of the outer cap body 11 and is communicated with the air suction device 4.
The brim 2 is arranged right in front of the head and is connected with the outer cap body 11; the whole cap brim is of a shell structure with a curved surface and a downward opening, and a plurality of air holes 21 are formed in the position, 1 cm away from the human face, of the lower end of the shell; the inner space of the shell is communicated with the airflow channel 51, so that filtered air is blown out from the hood wind hole after passing through the airflow channel 51, and external air on the face of a person is blown to two sides, and a clean air curtain isolated from the external air is formed. Preferably, the gap in the housing is gradually reduced in the flow direction of the air flow, so that the wind force blowing out of the wind holes is sufficiently large.
In order to further enhance protection, the outer cap body 11 is provided with a rotatable curved surface protection face screen 6, and the protection face screen 6 is made of transparent materials and has a certain gap with the face; the protective face screen 6 can be erected when not needed, and can be rotated enough to shield the face in rainy days or occasions needing to strengthen protection.

The invention also discloses a working method of the protective headgear capable of replacing the mask, which comprises the following steps:
s1, before use, the air filtering structure is sleeved in the groove of the outer cap body to cover the hole;
s2, opening the air suction device 4 to filter the outside air through the air filtering structure;
s3, the filtered air enters the brim through the lower air flow channel, the clean air is blown out downwards through the air holes, and an air curtain isolated from the outside air is formed on the face of a person;
s4, rotating the shield face 6 downward as necessary enough to block the face portion.
