Background
In the packaging process of a general battery, the top sealing edge of the battery cell and part of side sealing edges connected with the top sealing edge are folded towards the top surface of the battery cell, and the circuit board is arranged on the top surface of the battery cell, so that the packaging space of the battery in the length direction is reduced, and the battery capacity is improved. However, when the above-mentioned packaging method is applied to a double-folded battery (i.e. a battery with the side edge being folded twice), since the side edge is folded twice, the original single-layer structure of the side edge is changed into a double-layer structure, so that the side edge connected with the top edge is not easily folded toward the top surface and is easily rebounded, which causes the damage to the aluminum-plastic film. In addition, the side sealing edge of the double-layer structure is folded on the top surface of the battery core, so that the waste of battery space is caused, and the battery capacity is influenced.
