Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and specific embodiments. The present embodiment is implemented on the premise of the technical solution of the present invention, and a detailed implementation manner and a specific operation process are given, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.
Example one
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a switching-on/off handle mechanism of a plug-in circuit breaker, which is installed in a certain plug-in circuit breaker. The plug-in circuit breaker further comprises a shell and an operating mechanism. The switching-on and switching-off handle mechanism specifically comprises a handle rocker arm 1 and a connecting rod 2, wherein the handle rocker arm 1 is hinged on a shell of the plug-in circuit breaker through a rotating shaft 4. The connecting rod 2 is a rod piece with two bent ends, the right end of the connecting rod is bent to form a connecting end 21 and is used for being connected with the handle rocker arm 1, and the end part of the connecting end 21 is further provided with a bent part 22. The left end of the connecting rod 2 is connected with an operating mechanism in a bent mode, and the operating mechanism is driven to deform by stirring the handle rocker arm 1, so that the opening and closing states of the circuit breaker are changed.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the handle swing arm 1 is provided with a first elongated shaft hole 11 and a second elongated shaft hole 12 which are parallel to each other. The side wall of one side of the handle rocker arm 1 is provided with a braking part, and after the connecting end 21 passes through the second long shaft hole 12, the bending part 22 is positioned on the side wall with the braking part. The braking portion in this embodiment includes a limiting protrusion 13 and a yielding groove 14, and the yielding groove 14 is an axial extension of the second elongated shaft hole 12. Specifically, the receding groove 14 is a sector groove, an upper side edge of the sector groove and an upper long side edge of the second elongated shaft hole 12 are collinear, and a lower side edge of the sector groove and a lower long side edge of the second elongated shaft hole 12 form the limit projection 13. On the handle rocker arm 1, a reinforcing block 16 is further arranged on the side wall opposite to the braking part, and the reinforcing block 16 is used for contacting the bending part of the connecting end 21 and the connecting rod 2 body in the connecting rod 2, so that the stability of the connecting rod 2 in rotation is improved. When the plug-in circuit breaker is switched on, the axis of the bending part 22 and the long central line of the second long shaft hole 12 mutually form an included angle larger than a first set angle, so that the bending part 22 abuts against the braking part to limit the position of the connecting end 21 in the second long shaft hole 12; when the plug-in circuit breaker is opened, the axis of the bending part 22 and the long central line of the second elongated shaft hole 12 mutually form an included angle smaller than a second set angle, so that the bending part 22 is away from the braking part by a distance, and the connecting end 21 of the connecting rod 2 can slide in the second elongated shaft hole 12. The first setting angle is generally 60 to 80 degrees, preferably 80 degrees in the embodiment. The second setting angle is generally 0 to 20 degrees, and preferably 10 degrees in the present embodiment. The handle swing arm 1 also has a handle portion protruding in a direction parallel to the extending direction of the first elongated shaft hole 11.
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment further includes a locking member 3, and the handle rocker arm 1 is further provided with a locking portion 15. The locking member 3 comprises an interlocking part 31 and a boss part 32 connected to each other, and the joint of the interlocking part 31 and the boss part 32 is hinged in the housing by a locking shaft 33 and a spring member 34. The locking member 3 is located at the upper rear of the handle rocker 1. The spring member 34 is typically a torsion spring or a tension and compression spring, and a torsion spring is used in this embodiment. The torsional spring nests in on locking axle 33, and one end fixed connection is on locking piece 3, and the other end is fixed on the inside wall of casing. An opening is provided at the top end of the housing, and the locking member 3 is normally under the action of the spring member 34 such that the boss portion 32 always protrudes from the housing through the opening and is fixed to the cabinet. When the plug-in circuit breaker is in the open state, the handle rocker arm 1 is rotated to a position such that the locking portion 15 contacts the interlocking portion 31 on the locking member 3 while the first elongated shaft hole 11 and the second elongated shaft hole 12 are both in a horizontal state. When the handle rocker arm 1 is pulled in the outward direction of the cabinet, the first elongated shaft hole 11 and the rotating shaft 4 slide relatively, the second elongated shaft hole 12 and the connecting end 21 of the connecting rod 2 slide relatively, the locking part 15 drives the linkage part 31 to move, so that the locking part 3 rotates around the locking shaft 33 against the restoring force of the spring part 34, and the boss part 32 retracts into the housing from the opening at the top end of the housing.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows:
when the circuit breaker is normally switched on and off, the locking piece 3 enables the boss part 32 to always extend out of the shell from the opening under the action of the spring piece 34, and the circuit breaker is fixed with the cabinet. The rotating shaft 4 is located at the rightmost end of the first elongated shaft hole 11, and the connecting end 21 of the connecting rod 2 is also located at the rightmost end of the second elongated shaft hole 12. The handle rocker arm 1 rotates by taking the rightmost end of the first long shaft hole 11 as a circle center.
When the circuit breaker needs to be closed, the handle rocker 1 rotates along the rotating shaft 4 counterclockwise, so that the bent part 22 rotates clockwise in the abdicating groove 14 until abutting against the stop block 13, thereby locking the handle rocker 1 and the connecting rod 2 with each other, and no relative movement occurs.
As shown in fig. 6, when the circuit breaker needs to be opened, the handle rocker 1 rotates clockwise along the rotation shaft 4, so that the bent portion 22 rotates counterclockwise in the relief groove 14, the bent portion 22 is separated from the stop block 13, and thus the mutual locking of the link 2 and the handle rocker 1 is released, and the connecting end 21 can slide in the second elongated shaft hole 12.
As shown in fig. 7, when the circuit breaker needs to be disassembled, the handle rocker arm 1 of the circuit breaker is firstly shifted to an opening state. When the brake is off, the handle part of the handle rocker arm 1 is in a horizontal state with the first long shaft hole 11 and the second long shaft hole 12. The locking portion 15 and the interlocking portion 31 contact each other; the lever arm 1 is pulled outward, and at this time, the rotation shaft 4 moves to the leftmost end of the first elongated shaft hole 11, and the connection end 21 of the link 2 also moves to the leftmost end of the second elongated shaft hole 12 without interference with the stopper 13. Thereby, the locking portion 15 drives the interlocking portion 31 to move upward, specifically, the interlocking portion 31 slides along the inclined surface on the locking portion 15, the locking member 3 rotates around the locking shaft 33 against the restoring force of the spring member 34, and the boss portion 32 retracts into the housing from the opening at the top end of the housing. And then the handle rocker arm 1 is continuously pulled outwards, so that the whole circuit breaker can be conveniently pulled out of the cabinet.
Example two
As shown in fig. 8, the main differences between the present embodiment and the first embodiment are as follows: the braking part is only one limiting lug 13 in the embodiment, and the limiting lug 13 is arranged on the side wall of the handle rocker arm 1.
When the plug-in circuit breaker needs to be closed, the handle rocker 1 rotates clockwise along the rotating shaft 4, so that the bent part 22 rotates counterclockwise relative to the handle rocker 1 until the bent part abuts against the stop block 13, and therefore the handle rocker 1 and the connecting rod 2 are locked with each other and do not move relatively.
As shown in fig. 10, when the circuit breaker needs to be opened, the handle rocker 1 rotates counterclockwise along the rotation shaft 4, so that the bent portion 22 is separated from the stop block 13, thereby releasing the mutual limit between the link 2 and the handle rocker 1, and the connecting end 21 can slide in the second elongated shaft hole 12. At this time, as shown in fig. 11, the connecting end 21 is moved to the leftmost end of the second elongated shaft hole 12 by pulling the handle swing arm 1 in the outside direction of the cabinet, and the locking member (not shown) is unlocked without interfering with the connecting block 13.
The foregoing detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the invention has been presented. It should be understood that numerous modifications and variations could be devised by those skilled in the art in light of the present teachings without departing from the inventive concepts. Therefore, the technical solutions available to those skilled in the art through logic analysis, reasoning and limited experiments based on the prior art according to the concept of the present invention should be within the scope of protection defined by the claims.
