Abstract
The invention provides a road berth patrol system and a method, and aims to solve the problem that in the prior art, manual license plate copying or a hand-held POS machine is adopted to carry out photographing, timing and charging, so that the operation is difficult. The road berth patrol system comprises a patrol car; the license plate recognition unit is used for recognizing data information of a license plate; the parking number identification unit is used for identifying data information of the parking number; the geomagnetic controller is used for judging whether the berth is occupied or not. The method for inspecting the road berth comprises the steps of inspecting and acquiring license plate information and corresponding parking space number information of all vehicles through a license plate identification unit and a berth number identification unit; acquiring parking data information of a newly-entered vehicle and parking data information of a driven-away vehicle and uploading the parking data information to a cloud service platform; and (4) patrolling to obtain and upload license plate number information of the newly entered vehicle and corresponding parking space number information. The patrol car patrol system is used for replacing the traditional manpower, the occupation state of the berth can be monitored in real time, more berths are managed, and the labor cost is reduced.

The technical solution in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the disclosure without inventive step, are within the scope of the disclosure.
The first embodiment is as follows:
referring to fig. 1 and 2, a road berth patrol system includes a patrol car; the license plate recognition unit is carried on the patrol car and used for recognizing the data information of the license plate and uploading the data information to the cloud service platform; the parking number identification unit is carried on the patrol car and used for identifying data information of the parking number and uploading the data information to the cloud service platform; and the geomagnetic controller is used for judging whether the berth is occupied or not and uploading the data information to the cloud service platform.
The patrol car is preferably a light car type such as a bicycle and a tricycle, and is the most convenient to use, and the patrol car is the battery car 6.
On the basis of the scheme, the road berth patrol system further comprises an operation control unit which is in wireless connection with the cloud service platform and carried on a handle of the patrol car, and the license plate recognition unit and the berth number recognition unit are in communication connection with the operation control unit. The operation control unit comprises a touch screen computer 5 arranged at the handle of the patrol car and an operation controller 4 positioned on one side of the touch screen computer 5, and the operation controller 4 comprises a shooting button. The touch screen computer 5 is in communication connection with the cloud server through 4G or other wireless communication modes. The license plate recognition unit and the parking number recognition unit are in communication connection with the touch screen computer 5 through TCP/IP. The operation controller 4 is connected with the touch screen computer 5 through TCP/IP communication.
On the basis of any scheme, the road berth patrol system further comprises a vehicle-mounted mounting frame arranged at the rear end of the patrol car, and the license plate identification unit and the berth number identification unit are both arranged on the vehicle-mounted mounting frame. The vehicle-mounted mounting frame is characterized in that the license plate recognition unit is a license plate recognition camera 3. The parking number identification unit is a parking number identification camera 2.
The number and the angle of the license plate recognition cameras 3 and the parking number recognition cameras 2 are set correspondingly according to actual requirements, so that effective shooting can be performed. In order to facilitate the shooting of both sides of a road, a parking number recognition camera 2 and a license plate recognition camera 3 can be arranged on each side of the left side and the right side of the vehicle-mounted mounting rack.
On the basis of any one of the above schemes, the road berth patrol system further comprises a panoramic photo shooting camera carried on the vehicle-mounted mounting rack. The panoramic photography camera may consist of a wide-angle camera or of several cameras at different angles.
And the vehicle-mounted mounting frame is provided with shades 1 which correspond to the license plate recognition unit and the parking number recognition unit one by one.

when a manager starts working in the first morning, firstly, a patrol car is driven to pass through the license plate recognition unit and the parking space number recognition unit, and license plate number information and corresponding parking space number information of all vehicles are obtained through patrol.
When a new vehicle enters, the geomagnetic controller can know that the corresponding parking position has the new vehicle and uploads the new vehicle to the cloud service platform, the cloud service platform transmits the parking position information corresponding to the new vehicle to the touch screen computer, a manager can know relevant information through the touch screen computer and drive the patrol vehicle to an appointed parking position, the license plate recognition unit and the parking position number recognition unit are triggered through the operation controller 4, the license plate number and the corresponding parking position number of the new vehicle are obtained and uploaded to the cloud service platform, and then data are updated repeatedly.

the embodiment discloses a road berth patrol method of the road berth patrol system in any scheme of the first embodiment, which comprises the following steps:
inspecting and acquiring license plate information and corresponding parking space number information of all vehicles through a license plate identification unit and a parking space number identification unit;
acquiring berth data information of a newly-entered vehicle and berth data information of a driven vehicle through a geomagnetic controller and uploading the berth data information to a cloud service platform;
and the license plate information and the corresponding parking space number information of the newly entered vehicle are acquired and uploaded through patrol by the license plate identification unit and the parking space number identification unit.
The present disclosure is not limited to the above alternative embodiments, and any other various forms of products may be obtained by anyone in the light of the present disclosure, but any changes in shape or structure thereof fall within the scope of the present disclosure, which is defined by the claims of the present disclosure.
Claims (10)
1. A road berth inspection system, comprising:
a prowl car;
the license plate recognition unit is carried on the patrol car and used for recognizing the data information of the license plate and uploading the data information to the cloud service platform;
the parking number identification unit is carried on the patrol car and used for identifying data information of the parking number and uploading the data information to the cloud service platform;
and the geomagnetic controller is used for judging whether the berth is occupied or not and uploading the data information to the cloud service platform.
2. The road berth patrol system according to claim 1, further comprising an operation control unit wirelessly connected with the cloud service platform and carried at a handle of the patrol car, wherein the license plate recognition unit and the berth number recognition unit are both in communication connection with the operation control unit.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the operation control unit comprises a touch screen computer provided at a handle of the patrol car and an operation controller provided at one side of the touch screen computer, and the operation controller comprises a photographing button.
4. The road berth patrol system according to claim 1, further comprising a vehicle-mounted mounting rack arranged at the rear end of the patrol car, wherein the license plate recognition unit and the berth number recognition unit are both arranged on the vehicle-mounted mounting rack.
5. The road berth patrol system of claim 4, further comprising a panoramic photograph taking camera carried on a vehicle mount.
6. The road berth patrol system according to claim 1, wherein the patrol car is an electric battery car.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the license plate recognition unit is a license plate recognition camera.
8. The road berth patrol system according to claim 1, wherein the berth number identification unit is a berth number identification camera.
9. The road berth patrol system according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle-mounted mounting rack is provided with masks corresponding to the license plate recognition unit and the berth number recognition unit one to one.
10. A road berth patrol method of the road berth patrol system according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the steps of:
inspecting and acquiring license plate information and corresponding parking space number information of all vehicles through a license plate identification unit and a parking space number identification unit;
acquiring berth data information of a newly-entered vehicle and berth data information of a driven vehicle through a geomagnetic controller and uploading the berth data information to a cloud service platform;
and the license plate information and the corresponding parking space number information of the newly entered vehicle are acquired and uploaded through patrol by the license plate identification unit and the parking space number identification unit.
