When the feature tag indicates that the customer is a high-flow, high-memory customer and does not hold a cash management product, the customer manager is recommended to recommend the cash management product.
When the feature labels are low-flow and low-memory customers, the customer manager is recommended to strengthen the daily maintenance.
When the feature tag is a hierarchical marketing customer whose customer belongs to the general line level, the first level line level or the second level line level, and is a non-effective cash management customer, the customer manager is recommended to contact the product manager to go to the marketing cash management service.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the financial product recommendation method of the present invention at least achieves the following beneficial effects:
1. the method solves the problems of large workload, long time and inaccurate marketing target list analysis in the prior art. The marketing target client list is rapidly and efficiently extracted through the map exploration platform, financial products are recommended according to a certain calculation rule, other clients and trans-line homonymous fund transfer scenes are effectively mined, and targets of target account tabulation, business analysis scene modeling and marketing management closed-loop can be achieved. And (3) setting up a '3+1' mechanism customer marketing management system, namely a 'closed-loop marketing target list, business scene analysis, manager cockpit' + 'fund flow direction exploration', and further assisting the linkage development of the bank G2B2C business and the fund closed-loop management work. Powerful decision support is provided for foreground marketing and middle and background management, so that client marketing can be performed quickly and efficiently. The method is beneficial to increasing customer contribution and improving the income of customer plates.
2. The invention can comprehensively improve the overall efficiency of client marketing management, adopts the concept of hanging marketing and chain marketing to carry out marketing management, adopts artificial intelligence and big data means to intelligently generate a user list with marketing information, supports the direct issuing of a first-level bank and basic active claim marketing, simultaneously automatically identifies the marketing account opening condition, comprehensively replaces the original business modes of step-by-step issuing, step-by-step feedback and step-by-step auditing, and increases the flexibility of marketing management, thereby greatly improving the overall efficiency of client marketing management.
It should be noted that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order other than that illustrated herein.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the present invention also provides a financial product recommendation device, which can be used to implement the financial product recommendation method described in the above embodiment, as described in the following embodiment. Since the principle of the financial product recommendation device for solving the problem is similar to that of the financial product recommendation method, the embodiment of the financial product recommendation device can refer to the embodiment of the financial product recommendation method, and the repetition is omitted. As used below, the term "unit" or "module" may be a combination of software and/or hardware that implements the intended function. While the means described in the following embodiments are preferably implemented in software, implementation in hardware, or a combination of software and hardware, is also possible and contemplated.
FIG. 4 is a first block diagram of a financial product recommendation device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in FIG. 4, the financial product recommendation device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a target account acquisition unit 1, an upstream and downstream account searching unit 2 and a financial product recommending unit 3.
A target account obtaining unit 1, configured to obtain a plurality of preset target accounts, where the target accounts include: i line funds leak account, his line net inflow account, and his line net outflow account.
And the upstream and downstream account searching unit 2 is used for determining the corresponding transaction opponent account of each target account by adopting a fund flow direction exploration method and determining the business transaction classification of the target account and the corresponding transaction opponent account.
And the financial product recommending unit 3 is used for recommending financial products to the home clients of the counter accounts according to the business transaction classification.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the financial product recommendation device further includes:
a client information acquisition unit, configured to acquire client information of a home client of the transaction opponent account;
the financial product recommending unit is further used for recommending financial products to the home clients of the counter accounts according to the client information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the financial product recommendation device further includes:
an account type obtaining unit, configured to obtain an account type of the transaction opponent account;
the financial product recommending unit is further used for recommending financial products to the home clients of the counter accounts according to the account types.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the financial product recommendation device further includes:
a fund flow diagram obtaining unit, configured to obtain a fund flow diagram corresponding to each target account, where the fund flow diagram includes a plurality of points and edges, the points are used to represent an opponent account of the transaction corresponding to the target account, and the edges are used to represent the transaction between the target account and the corresponding opponent account of the transaction;
in an embodiment of the present invention, the upstream and downstream account searching unit 2 is specifically configured to determine an opponent account of the target account by using a funds flow exploration method according to the funds flow chart.
To achieve the above object, according to another aspect of the present application, there is also provided a computer apparatus. As shown in fig. 5, the computer device includes a memory, a processor, a communication interface, and a communication bus, where a computer program executable on the processor is stored on the memory, and when the processor executes the computer program, the steps in the method of the above embodiment are implemented.
The processor may be a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU). The processor may also be any other general purpose processor, digital signal processor (Digital Signal Processor, DSP), application specific integrated circuit (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), field programmable gate array (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, or any combination thereof.
The memory is used as a non-transitory computer readable storage medium for storing non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer executable programs, and units, such as corresponding program units in the above-described method embodiments of the invention. The processor executes the various functional applications of the processor and the processing of the composition data by running non-transitory software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory, i.e., implementing the methods of the method embodiments described above.
The memory may include a memory program area and a memory data area, wherein the memory program area may store an operating system, at least one application program required for a function; the storage data area may store data created by the processor, etc. In addition, the memory may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, the memory may optionally include memory located remotely from the processor, the remote memory being connectable to the processor through a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The one or more units are stored in the memory, which when executed by the processor, performs the method in the above embodiments.
The details of the computer device may be correspondingly understood by referring to the corresponding relevant descriptions and effects in the above embodiments, and will not be repeated here.
To achieve the above object, according to another aspect of the present application, there is also provided a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program which, when executed in a computer processor, implements the steps of the above-described financial product recommendation method. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that implementing all or part of the above-described embodiment method may be implemented by a computer program to instruct related hardware, where the program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and the program may include the above-described embodiment method when executed. Wherein the storage medium may be a magnetic Disk, an optical Disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (RandomAccessMemory, RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard Disk (HDD), a Solid State Drive (SSD), or the like; the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the invention described above may be implemented in a general purpose computing device, they may be concentrated on a single computing device, or distributed across a network of computing devices, or they may alternatively be implemented in program code executable by computing devices, such that they may be stored in a memory device for execution by the computing devices, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple modules or steps within them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Claims (10)

1. A financial product recommendation method, comprising:
obtaining a plurality of preset target accounts, wherein the target accounts comprise: the account is leaked by the funds of the other line, the account is flown into the other line, and the account is flown out of the other line; the my lost funds account is: funds flow to the I-line account of the other-line account in large quantity; the net inflow account of other lines is: a plurality of other bank accounts for receiving the outgoing funds of the banks; the net outflow account of other lines is: funds flow into other accounts of the I's accounts in large quantities; firstly, determining all the lost funds accounts, the net inflow accounts and the net outflow accounts of other lines meeting the rule according to a preset threshold calculation rule, further screening the accounts, removing invalid accounts, and finally obtaining a plurality of target accounts;
determining the corresponding transaction opponent account of each target account by adopting a fund flow direction exploration method, determining the business transaction classification of the target account and the corresponding transaction opponent account, screening the transaction through a preset threshold value when determining the transaction opponent account, eliminating the small-amount transaction, and only determining the transaction opponent account corresponding to the transaction meeting the preset threshold value;
according to the business transaction classification, recommending financial products for the home client of the transaction opponent account, specifically, presetting a corresponding relation between a target business transaction classification and the financial products, judging whether the business transaction classification is the target business transaction classification, if so, directly determining the corresponding financial products, and further sending financial product recommendation information to the home client of the transaction opponent account.
2. The financial product recommendation method according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring client information of a home client of the transaction opponent account;
recommending financial products to the home clients of the transaction opponent accounts according to the client information.
3. The financial product recommendation method according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
acquiring the account type of the transaction opponent account;
recommending financial products to the home clients of the counter accounts according to the account types.
4. The financial product recommendation method according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a corresponding fund flow diagram of each target account, wherein the fund flow diagram comprises a plurality of points and edges, the points are used for representing the corresponding transaction opponent accounts of the target accounts, and the edges are used for representing the transactions between the target accounts and the corresponding transaction opponent accounts;
the determining the transaction opponent account of the target account by adopting the fund flow direction exploration method comprises the following steps:
and determining the counter account of the target account by adopting a fund flow direction exploration method according to the fund flow chart.
5. A financial product recommendation device, comprising:

a fund flow diagram obtaining unit, configured to obtain a fund flow diagram corresponding to each target account, where the fund flow diagram includes a plurality of points and edges, the points are used to represent an opponent account of the transaction corresponding to the target account, and the edges are used to represent the transaction between the target account and the corresponding opponent account of the transaction;
the upstream and downstream account searching unit is specifically configured to determine an opponent account of the target account by adopting a funds flow direction searching method according to the funds flow chart.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method of any of claims 1 to 4 when executing the computer program.
