The enterprise user applies for enterprise account through the enterprise information input subsystem 2, inputs enterprise information, and joins the enterprise information base, and the policy matching subsystem 4 includes according to enterprise request or automatic matching policy information:
applying for an enterprise account through an enterprise information creation interface unit of the enterprise information entry subsystem 2, and receiving entry information of an enterprise, or establishing an enterprise manager through an enterprise information auxiliary creation interface unit of the enterprise information entry subsystem 2, and entering enterprise information through the enterprise manager, wherein the enterprise manager is an interface and is used for simultaneously managing a plurality of enterprises and is responsible for enterprise information entry and policy information acquisition requests of the plurality of enterprises;
the enterprise information updating interface unit receives updating data input by enterprise users or enterprise stewards in real time, and automatically updates the original enterprise information exceeding the time limit according to the time limit information of the enterprise information;
the enterprise element acquisition unit is used for arranging and standardizing enterprise data information and time limit information of the enterprise data and storing the data to an enterprise information base of the resource base subsystem 3;
the enterprise user puts forward a policy information acquisition request to acquire the policy information, or the policy matching subsystem 4 automatically matches the policy information according to the enterprise user information.
The policy matching subsystem 4 acquires enterprise request information or automatically acquires enterprise information, acquires policy matching elements of the policy information in the policy information base through the algorithm matching unit, acquires difference elements of the policy matching through the policy element aging policy unit, and outputs growth guidance information to the enterprise according to the aging information corresponding to the difference elements, wherein the growth guidance information comprises:
the policy matching unit acquires enterprise request information or automatically acquires enterprise information and extracts keywords;
matching policy matching elements in a policy information base in the resource base subsystem 3 through keywords through algorithm matching, and outputting information results of the policy matching elements to an output port;
the policy element aging strategy unit obtains the difference ortho corresponding to the policy matching element from the policy element aging library unit and sends the difference element to the growth guidance information output interface unit.

Claims (10)
1. An enterprise policy information matching method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the national government department or local government department, and association organization issue policy information through public network channels;
the network crawler system crawls government policy information data, inputs the government policy information data into the policy information input subsystem and generates temporary government policy information data, wherein the government policy information data comprise titles, contents, time, sources and policy mechanisms of the policy information, and the network crawler system automatically searches and sets network information of keywords by periodically executing a crawler script and searching the network;
the policy information input subsystem generates government policy information formal data by manually reading, sorting and editing policies, adds the government policy information formal data into a policy information base, and manages the aging information of the policy information through the time limit information processing unit;
enterprise users apply for enterprise accounts through the enterprise information input subsystem, input enterprise information, and join the enterprise information base, the policy matching subsystem matches policy information according to enterprise requests or automatically;
the policy matching subsystem acquires enterprise request information or automatically acquires enterprise information, acquires policy matching elements of the policy information in the policy information base through the algorithm matching unit, acquires difference elements matched with the policy through the policy element aging strategy unit, and outputs growth guidance information to the enterprise according to the aging information corresponding to the difference elements;
and the enterprise user acquires the matched policy information and the enterprise growth guidance information in a short message pushing mode, a website content presenting mode or an APP application program mode.
2. The enterprise policy information matching method according to claim 1, wherein the web crawler system crawls and enters government policy information data into a policy information entry subsystem, and generating temporary government policy information data comprises:
the policy information of national government departments or local government departments and association organizations is issued through a public network platform;
the policy information entry subsystem links a policy information access interface of the public network platform through a policy information creation interface unit;
the policy information input subsystem acquires policy information through the policy element acquisition unit and acquires government policy information data through the web crawler system;
and storing the government policy information data as temporary information into a policy information base of the resource base subsystem for manual sorting, editing and confirmation.
3. The enterprise policy information matching method according to claim 2, wherein the policy information entry subsystem generates government policy information official data by manually reading, sorting and editing policies, and adds the government policy information official data to the policy information base, and the managing of the aging information of the policy information by the time limit information processing unit includes:
the policy information input subsystem finishes sorting and editing the policy information by acquiring the interpretation information of policy personnel on the policy information and generates formal data of the government policy information;
the policy information input subsystem acquires policy information transaction time limit information through the time limit information processing unit;
the time limit information processing unit adds early warning information to the time limit condition of the policy information and deletes the policy information exceeding the time limit;
storing official data of the government policy information into a policy information base of a policy base subsystem, and storing time limit information and early warning information of the government policy information of a time limit information processing unit into a policy element aging base unit of the policy base subsystem;
and establishing mapping between the aging information elements in the policy element aging library unit and the policy information elements in the policy information library.

The enterprise policy information matching method according to claim 1, wherein the enterprise user applies for enterprise account through an enterprise information entry subsystem, enters enterprise information, and joins an enterprise information base, and the policy matching subsystem matches policy information according to enterprise requests or automatically includes:
applying for an enterprise account through an enterprise information creation interface unit of an enterprise information entry subsystem, and receiving entry information of an enterprise, or establishing an enterprise manager through an enterprise information auxiliary creation interface unit of the enterprise information entry subsystem, and entering enterprise information through the enterprise manager, wherein the enterprise manager is an interface and is responsible for simultaneously managing a plurality of enterprises and enterprise information entry and policy information acquisition requests of the plurality of enterprises;
the enterprise information updating interface unit receives updating data input by enterprise users or enterprise stewards in real time, and automatically updates the original enterprise information exceeding the time limit according to the time limit information of the enterprise information;
the enterprise element acquisition unit is used for arranging and standardizing enterprise data information and time limit information of the enterprise data and storing the data to an enterprise information base of the resource base subsystem;
the enterprise user puts forward a policy information acquisition request to acquire the policy information, or the policy matching subsystem automatically matches the policy information according to the enterprise user information.

The enterprise policy information matching method according to claim 1, wherein the policy matching subsystem acquires enterprise request information or automatically acquires enterprise information, acquires policy matching elements of policy information in a policy information base through an algorithm matching unit, acquires difference elements of policy matching through a policy element aging policy unit, and outputs growth guidance information to an enterprise according to aging information corresponding to the difference elements includes:
the policy matching unit acquires enterprise request information or automatically acquires enterprise information and extracts keywords;
matching policy matching elements in a policy information base in the resource base subsystem through keywords through algorithm matching, and outputting information results of the policy matching elements to an output port;
the policy element aging strategy unit obtains the difference ortho corresponding to the policy matching element from the policy element aging library unit and sends the difference element to the growth guidance information output interface unit.
6. An enterprise policy information matching system, comprising:
the system comprises a policy information input subsystem, an enterprise information input subsystem, a resource library subsystem and a policy matching subsystem;
the policy information input subsystem is used for crawling a national government department or a local government department and an association organization to release policy information data through a public network channel through a network crawler system, acquiring time limit information of policy handling, establishing association between the policy information data and corresponding time limit information, and sending the acquired policy information data and the time limit information to the resource library subsystem for storage respectively;
the enterprise information input subsystem acquires enterprise user information in an enterprise user registration or enterprise housekeeping mode, updates the enterprise information according to the aging condition of the enterprise user information, and sends the enterprise information to the resource library subsystem for storage;
the resource library subsystem is connected with the policy information entry subsystem, the enterprise information entry subsystem and the policy matching subsystem and is used for storing the policy information data and the policy handling time limit information of the policy information entry subsystem and the enterprise information data of the enterprise information entry subsystem and allowing the policy matching subsystem to access the stored data;
and the policy matching subsystem acquires the policy matching elements of the policy information and the difference elements of the policy matching in the policy information base through the algorithm matching unit according to the enterprise request information or automatically acquires the enterprise information, and outputs the policy matching elements and the difference elements to the enterprise.
7. The enterprise policy information matching system of claim 6, wherein the policy information entry subsystem comprises:
the system comprises a policy information creating interface unit, a policy element acquiring unit and a time limit information processing unit;
the policy information creating interface unit is used for connecting a national government department or a local government department and an association organization to issue a policy information data interface through a public network channel and establish a data connection channel;
the policy element acquisition unit is used for crawling the national government department or the local government department and the association organization through a network crawler system to release policy information data through a public network channel;
the time limit information processing unit acquires the time limit information of the policy information data, is used for judging the validity of the policy information data, is associated with the policy information data, and automatically filters and clearly updates the policy information data exceeding the time limit information.
8. The enterprise policy information matching system of claim 6, wherein the enterprise information entry subsystem comprises:
the enterprise information updating system comprises an enterprise information creating interface unit, an enterprise information auxiliary creating interface unit, an enterprise information updating interface unit and an enterprise element acquiring unit;
the enterprise information creating structure unit is used for completing user registration of enterprise users and inputting enterprise information;
the enterprise information auxiliary creation interface unit is used for an enterprise manager to input enterprise information, the enterprise manager is a registered user for simultaneously managing a plurality of enterprise user information, and the enterprise information input by the enterprise manager comprises enterprise information provided by a managed enterprise object and enterprise information obtained by the enterprise manager from a non-enterprise channel;
the enterprise information updating interface unit acquires the aging information of enterprise information elements in the enterprise information creating interface unit and the enterprise information auxiliary creating interface unit, and updates the enterprise information according to the aging condition and a set period;
the enterprise element acquisition unit is connected with the enterprise information creation interface unit, the enterprise information auxiliary creation interface unit and the enterprise information updating interface unit and is used for acquiring enterprise information elements and time limit information and sending the enterprise information elements and the time limit information to the resource library subsystem for storage.
9. The system of claim 6, wherein the repository subsystem comprises:
the system comprises a policy information resource library unit, an enterprise information resource library unit and a policy element aging library unit;
the policy information resource library unit is used for storing policy information data;
the enterprise information resource library unit is used for storing enterprise information data and time limit information;
the policy element aging library unit is used for storing aging information of policy information, and the aging information of the policy element aging library unit is associated with corresponding policy information data of the policy information resource library unit.
10. The enterprise policy information matching system of claim 6, wherein the policy matching subsystem comprises:
the system comprises a policy matching unit, a matching result output interface unit, a policy element aging policy unit and a growth guidance information output interface unit;
the policy matching unit is connected with the resource library subsystem, acquires the policy matching elements of the policy information in the policy information library through the algorithm matching unit according to enterprise request information or automatically acquires enterprise information, and outputs the policy matching elements to the matching result output interface unit;
the matching result output interface unit generates a relevant matching result from the acquired policy matching element and outputs the relevant matching result to an enterprise user for display;
the policy element timeliness strategy unit is used for acquiring the difference elements matched with the policies, outputting growth guidance information to the enterprise according to timeliness corresponding to the difference elements, and sending the growth guidance information to the growth guidance information output interface unit;
the growth guidance information output interface unit is used for outputting the growth guidance information output by the policy element aging strategy unit to generate a relevant result, and outputting the result to an enterprise user for display.
