Embodiment 2 of the grain condition detection system provided by the invention:

Embodiment 3 of the grain condition detection system provided by the invention:
the difference from example 1 is that: as shown in fig. 6, the upper part of the insect trap 101 (corresponding to the insect trap 1 in example 1) has a turned edge along the radial direction outwards, and four bolt holes are arranged on the turned edge and are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the insect trap 101; the plugging cover 102 (corresponding to the plugging cover 3 in embodiment 1) is not provided with a connecting pipe section, but is provided with a turned edge extending outwards along the radial direction of the connecting pipe section at the lower part of the force application pipe section, the turned edge is provided with four bolt holes, and the four bolt holes are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the plugging cover 102; when the blocking cover 102 is assembled with the insect attracting pipe 101, the bolt holes on the blocking cover 102 correspond to the bolt holes on the insect attracting pipe 101, then the blocking cover 102 is fixedly connected with the insect attracting pipe 101 through the fastening bolts 103 and the matched nuts, and after the blocking cover 102 is fixedly connected with the insect attracting pipe 101, glue is applied to the connecting part of the blocking cover 102 and the insect attracting pipe 101 so as to seal the connecting part of the blocking cover and the insect attracting pipe; the turned edge on the insect trap 101 and the turned edge on the blocking cover 102 form corresponding flanges respectively.
In the above examples 1, 2 and 3, the trap pipe is screwed with the insect collector. In other embodiments, the insect attracting pipe and the insect collector can be connected in other detachable manners, for example, a circle of bulges are arranged on the peripheral surface of the lower part of the insect attracting pipe, a circle of grooves are arranged on the inner wall of the upper part of the insect collector, and then the insect attracting pipe and the insect collector are connected by the matching of the bulges and the grooves; the insect trap pipe and the insect collector can be integrally formed, and only under the condition, the fixed sealing plate is inconvenient to install.
In the above examples 1, 2 and 3, the distance from the lower port of the pest sucking pipe to the side wall and the bottom surface of the lower inner cavity is 4-5 mm. In other embodiments, the distance from the lower port of the pest suction pipe to the side wall and the bottom surface of the lower inner cavity can be larger than 5mm, and only when the distance is too large, the negative pressure effect generated at the bottom of the lower inner cavity is poor when the suction device sucks; the distance between the lower port of the pest suction pipe and the side wall and the bottom surface of the lower side inner cavity can be smaller than 4mm, and only the distance is too small, so that pests with the size exceeding the distance can not enter the bottom of the lower side inner cavity, and the pests can not be sucked away by the pest suction pipe.
In the above-described embodiments 1, 2 and 3, the urging pipe section and the coupling pipe section are integrally formed. In other embodiments, the force application pipe section and the connecting pipe section can also be arranged separately and then fixedly connected together.
In the above embodiments 1, 2 and 3, the force application pipe section is corresponding to the middle part of the connecting pipe section, i.e. the force application pipe section is located at the middle part of the blocking cover. In other embodiments, the force application pipe section may not be arranged in the middle of the connecting pipe section, and may be arranged eccentrically to the connecting pipe section.
In the above-described embodiments 1, 2 and 3, the force application pipe section has a hollow tubular structure, and the suction pipe is inserted into the force application pipe section. In other embodiments, the force application pipe section may be of solid construction, and the suction pipe may be inserted into the connection pipe section, in which a through-hole is provided for the suction pipe to pass through.
In the embodiments 1, 2 and 3, the lower cavity of the insect trap is in the shape of a truncated cone with a small lower part and a large upper part. In other embodiments, the shape of the lower cavity can be other shapes, such as an inverted cone or a cylinder with a thick upper part and a thin lower part, and the suction pipe and the pest suction pipe have poor effect of sucking pests away in the case of the cylinder.
In the above examples 1, 2 and 3, the trap holes on the trap are uniformly distributed on the wall of the trap. In other embodiments, the insect attracting holes of the insect attracting pipe are not uniformly distributed and can be used as well.
In the above examples 1, 2 and 3, the suction pipe is a single-piece hose. In other embodiments, the suction tube may also be a single piece of rigid tubing; or the suction pipe is arranged into two sections, the upper section is a hard pipe, the lower section is a hose, the hard pipe is arranged in the blocking cover in a penetrating way and extends into the insect attracting pipe, one end of the hose is connected with the hard pipe, and the other end of the hose is connected with the insect sucking pipe.
In the above examples 1, 2 and 3, the insect attracting holes of the insect attracting pipe penetrate through the pipe wall of the insect attracting pipe along the radial direction of the insect attracting pipe. In other embodiments, the insect attracting holes of the insect attracting pipe can be arranged to be inclined by 45 degrees from top to bottom and from inside to outside.
In the above examples 1, 2 and 3, the aperture of the trap hole was 4 mm. In other embodiments, the aperture of the insect trap hole may be larger than 4mm or smaller than 4mm, only when the aperture is larger than 4mm, grain may leak into the insect trap hole, and when the aperture is smaller than 4mm, pests with a size of 4mm may not enter the insect trap hole.
In the embodiments 1, 2 and 3, the insect collecting chamber is formed by the lower inner chamber in the insect collector. In other embodiments, the insect collecting cavity may also be an inner cavity formed by a structure installed in the insect collector, for example, a funnel is installed in the insect collector, and the inner cavity of the funnel may form the insect collecting cavity.
In the above embodiments 1, 2 and 3, the insect trap is an integral tubular structure. In other embodiments, the insect collector can also be formed by combining a plurality of sections of structures, and the arrangement only causes the assembly of the insect-attracting probe rod of the granary to be troublesome.
In the above embodiment 1, embodiment 2 and embodiment 3, the fixed seal plate is provided with four fixed seal plate insect trapping holes, and the four fixed seal plate insect trapping holes are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the fixed seal plate. In other embodiments, the insect trapping holes of the fixed sealing plate can be arranged on the fixed sealing plate randomly without being uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction, which is only unfavorable for pests falling on the fixed sealing plate to enter the insect collecting cavity at the lower side; in addition, the number of the insect trapping holes of the fixed sealing plate can be not four, and the number can be increased or decreased according to actual requirements, such as two, five, six and the like.
In the above embodiments 1, 2 and 3, the gap between the suction pipe and the force application pipe section is subjected to glue coating treatment to realize the fixation of the suction pipe and the sealing between the suction pipe and the force application pipe section. In other embodiments, the suction tube may be fixed to the force application tube section in other manners, for example, the inner diameter of the through hole in the force application tube section is set to be slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the suction tube, so that the suction tube can be fixed after being installed on the force application tube section; the suction tube may not be fixed with the force application tube section; the gap between the suction tube and the force application tube section may be used without sealing.
In the above embodiments 1, 2 and 3, the lower end of the insect trap is in the structure of the inverted cone tip. In other embodiments, the lower end of the insect collector can be in other shapes, such as a round table with a thick upper part and a thin lower part, which is only inconvenient for the granary insect-attracting probe to be inserted into the grain.
In the above examples 1, 2 and 3, the fixing seal plate is fixed in the trap by glue. In other embodiments, the fixing sealing plate may be fixed in other forms, for example, the diameter of the fixing sealing plate is set to be slightly larger than the inner diameter of the insect trap at the position where the fixing sealing plate is installed, and the fixing of the fixing sealing plate may also be realized by forcibly extruding the fixing sealing plate into the insect trap.
The invention also provides a granary insect-attracting probe, which has the same structure as the granary insect-attracting probe in the grain condition detection system and is not repeated herein.

Claims (10)

1. Granary lures worm probe rod, characterized by includes:
the wall of the insect attracting pipe is provided with a large number of insect attracting holes penetrating through the wall of the pipe;
the upper end of the insect collector is connected with the insect attracting pipe, and an insect collecting cavity is arranged in the insect collector;

2. The pest-luring probe of claim 1, wherein the force-applying section is disposed in the middle of the cap.
3. The pest-luring probe of the granary according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the force application section is a hollow tubular structure, and the suction pipe is arranged in the force application section in a penetrating way.
4. The pest-luring probe of claim 3, wherein the suction tube is fixedly connected with the force application section in a sealing manner.
5. The pest-luring probe of claim 4, wherein the suction tube is a flexible tube.

The pest-trapping feeler lever for granaries of claim 1 or 2, wherein the blocking cover is inserted at the upper end of the pest-trapping pipe and is connected with the pest-trapping pipe in a sealing way through a bolt which radially penetrates through the blocking cover and the pipe wall of the pest-trapping pipe.
7. The pest-luring probe of claim 1 or 2, wherein the blocking cover and the pest-luring pipe are hermetically connected through a flange.
8. The pest-luring probe of the granary according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the blocking cover and the pest-luring pipe are hermetically connected through threads, the threaded connection section of the blocking cover and the pest-luring pipe is provided with radial through holes, after the threads are screwed in place, the radial through holes are aligned, and the blocking cover and the pest-luring pipe are stopped rotating through a pin penetrating in the radial through holes.
9. The pest trapping feeler lever for the granary according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the pest collector is a tubular structure with an open upper end and a closed lower end, the upper end is connected with the pest trapping pipe, the lower end is an inverted cone-shaped tip structure, a fixed sealing plate is fixed in the pest collector, an inner cavity of the pest collector is divided into an upper part and a lower part by the fixed sealing plate, and the inner cavity on the lower side of the fixed sealing plate forms the pest collecting cavity.
10. Grain condition detecting system includes:
the granary insect-attracting probe is used for catching and collecting pests in grains;
the grain condition detection device is used for counting and detecting pests;
the suction device is communicated with the granary insect-attracting probe rod and generates negative pressure in the granary insect-attracting probe rod through air suction;
the granary pest-trapping probe is characterized in that the granary pest-trapping probe is the granary pest-trapping probe in any one of claims 1-9.
