Step 3, namely, the 6 th path, the upper knitting needle 7 does not go out of the needle, the lower knitting needle 4 and the sinker 6 go out of the needle and return the needle, and the knitting action of the first base fabric is completed, so that the connection between the pile yarn 30 and the first base fabric is firmer in the process.
Step 4, 7 th, 8 th and 9 th paths, the process is consistent with the first part.
Step 5, for the 10 th and 11 th paths, the process is consistent with the second part.
Step 6, path 12, is consistent with the third part.
And 7, for the 13 th path, the cutting knife 5 does not go out of the needle, the lower knitting needle 4, the sinker 6 and the upper knitting needle 7 do half-needles, and the first base fabric and the second base fabric are connected and knitted, so that the first base fabric with the plush structure, which is matched and manufactured by the lower disc assembly 1 and the middle disc assembly 2, and the second base fabric with the stripe pattern, which is manufactured by the upper disc assembly 3, are knitted and compounded, the knitted fabric formed by one-time knitting is realized, and the outside base fabric is provided with the ground pattern technological organization realized by a jacquard technology.
