Description

Cold circulating water quality adjusting method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of power plant equipment circulating cooling, in particular to a cold circulating water quality adjusting method.
Background
In the thermal power generation industry, a circulating cooling system is an important link, and in the circulating cooling system, a condenser pipe is a stainless steel pipe, a circulating water pipe is carbon steel, and a radiator is an aluminum pipe. During the operation of the cooling system, the problem of corrosion and leakage of the aluminum pipe is found in most circulating water of the indirect air cooling circulating system. For example, 2 units of a power plant in inner Mongolia have a large amount of leakage of aluminum pipes soon after 168 hours of commissioning, and other power generation companies in China have more than 10 leakage units soon after commissioning. Relevant studies have shown that: aluminum is an amphoteric metal and undergoes significant corrosion at pH values below 6.5 and above 8.4; under the condition of pure water, when the pH value in water is increased from 7.5-8.0 to 8.5-9.0, the corrosion rate of aluminum is increased by more than 6 times, and the corrosion of aluminum is exponentially increased after the pH value is more than 9.0; the corrosion resistance of carbon steel is reduced along with the increase of pH value, and the operation experience of other domestic similar power plants shows that: even if ammonia water or other alkali is not added into the circulating water, the pH value of the air cooling circulating water rises along with the prolonging of the running time due to the corrosion of the carbon steel circulating water pipe and the aluminum pipe, the pH value rises to be close to 9.6 at the maximum, the corrosion of the aluminum pipe of the radiator is accelerated due to the increase of the pH value, and the corrosion and leakage of the aluminum pipe are caused.

Furthermore, an alarm device is arranged on the two carbon dioxide gas cylinders, and the alarm trigger is linked by the pressure in the carbon dioxide gas cylinder.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) according to the invention, carbon dioxide gas is introduced into circulating water in the water return pipeline and reacts with water to generate hydrogen ions, and alkaline ions in the circulating water are neutralized by the hydrogen ions to reduce the pH value of the circulating water, so that the corrosion rate of the circulating water aluminum pipe radiator is reduced, the service life of the aluminum pipe radiator is prolonged, and the normal operation of a cooling circulating system is ensured.
(2) According to the invention, the PH sensor is arranged, and the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve are controlled by the PH value of the return water tested by the PH sensor, so that the automatic adjustment of the PH value of the circulating water is realized, and the intelligence of the system operation is improved.
Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which include, but are not limited to, the following examples.
A method for adjusting the quality of cold circulating water is characterized in that the corrosion rate of a circulating water aluminum pipe radiator is reduced by reducing the PH value of the cold circulating water, the service life of the aluminum pipe radiator is prolonged, and the normal operation of a cooling circulating system is ensured. The specific implementation mode is as follows:
firstly, a small hole is formed in a water return pipeline of circulating water, an adjusting air pipeline is welded through the small hole, the adjusting air pipeline can be communicated with the water return pipeline in a three-way mode, and meanwhile, when the adjusting air pipeline is communicated, the position of an air outlet is located in the returning water in the water return pipeline, so that the introduced air is ensured to be fully contacted with the returning water.
Secondly, a carbon dioxide gas bottle is arranged beside the regulating gas pipeline and is fixed through a fixing device or a fixing base, the gas bottle is prevented from moving randomly and is communicated with the regulating gas pipeline, a control valve is arranged on the regulating gas pipeline for controlling the communication condition of the carbon dioxide gas bottle and a water return pipeline, and the control valve is used for controlling whether gas in the carbon dioxide gas bottle is introduced into the water return pipeline; or the carbon dioxide gas cylinder is set to be in a chargeable form, and after the carbon dioxide in the carbon dioxide gas cylinder is used up, the carbon dioxide gas is supplemented by filling the two kinds of carbon dioxide gas in the carbon dioxide gas cylinder.
After the carbon dioxide gas cylinder, the adjusting gas pipeline and the control valve are installed, the control valve is opened to enable the carbon dioxide gas in the carbon dioxide gas cylinder to be introduced into the return water of the return water pipeline, the specific time for opening the control valve can be determined by detecting the PH value of the cooling circulation return water in the return water pipeline, and when the PH value of the cooling circulation return water in the return water pipeline reaches the limited requirement, the control valve is closed. Meanwhile, in order to realize automatic control of the control valve, the control valve is set to be an electromagnetic valve, a PH value test sensor is arranged on the water return pipeline, the PH value test sensor is used for linking the PH value test with the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve through an intelligent chip (such as a single chip microcomputer and the like), when the PH value of the cooling circulating water in the water return pipeline rises to the upper limit of a preset value, the PH value test sensor feeds a PH value signal back to the intelligent chip, the intelligent chip sends an instruction, the control electromagnetic valve is opened to introduce two kinds of carbon gas into the water return pipeline, when the PH value of the cooling circulating water in the water return pipeline falls to the lower limit of the preset value, the PH value test sensor feeds the PH value signal back to the intelligent chip, the intelligent chip sends an instruction, the control electromagnetic valve is closed, the control electromagnetic valve is repeatedly circulated, intelligent addition.
Simultaneously, in order to facilitate in time to the change of carbon dioxide gas cylinder or to the replenishment of carbon dioxide gas, set up pressure sensor and alarm valve on two kinds of carbon gas cylinders to be correlated with intelligent chip, when the pressure value of carbon dioxide gas cylinder drops to the default, with signal feedback to intelligent chip, intelligent chip control alarm valve sends alarm sound, thereby reminds work in time to change the carbon dioxide gas cylinder or in time replenish carbon dioxide gas, effectively guarantees cold circulating water quality of water governing system's normal operating.
The theoretical basis applied by the invention is as follows:
in order to avoid the corrosion of the aluminum tube bundle, the PH value of the indirect cooling circulating water is required to be controlled to be 7.5-8.3, and CO is added into the indirect cooling circulating water in the specific control of the indirect cooling circulating water2The gas is introduced into the reaction kettle,
the principle is as follows: CO 22+H2O→H2CO3
H2CO3→H++HCO3 -
H2CO3→H++CO3 2-
The acidity of carbonic acid is utilized to neutralize alkaline materials in the circulating water so as to achieve the aim of controlling the pH of the intercooling circulating water to be 7.5-8.3 and avoid the corrosion of the aluminum tube bundle.
The carbon dioxide gas selected by the invention has the advantages of low price, convenient source and simple field implementation condition, obtains good technical effect, ensures the normal operation of the cooling circulation system and improves the benefit of the power plant.
The above-mentioned embodiment is only one of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and should not be used to limit the scope of the present invention, but all the insubstantial modifications or changes made within the spirit and scope of the main design of the present invention, which still solve the technical problems consistent with the present invention, should be included in the scope of the present invention.
