The invention discloses a control system for steering column self-adaptive crushing in automobile collision, which comprises an air bag controller, a whole automobile data communication bus, a steering column crushing control unit, a steering column crushing force sensor, a steering column crushing motor and a steering column, wherein the air bag controller is connected with the whole automobile data communication bus; the safety air bag controller is in communication connection with the whole vehicle data communication bus and the steering column collapse control unit; the steering column crushing control unit is in communication connection with the whole vehicle data communication bus 1, the safety air bag controller and the steering column crushing force sensor, and the steering column crushing control unit 5 is simultaneously electrically connected with the steering column crushing motor; the steering column crushing motor is connected with the inner column of the steering column; the steering column crushing force sensor is connected with the inner wall of the steering column sleeve. The invention also discloses a control method of the steering column self-adaptive crushing control system in the automobile collision.
Description
Technical Field

the steering column inner column is arranged in the steering column sleeve;
the steering column crushing force sensor is connected with the inner wall of the steering column sleeve through a connecting line of the steering column crushing force sensor.
Further, the safety airbag controller unit sends a safety system ignition instruction to the whole vehicle data communication bus and the steering column crushing control unit respectively.
Further, the steering column crushing control unit acquires detection data of the steering column crushing force sensor after receiving a safety system ignition instruction of the full-airbag controller, and adjusts the steering column crushing motor in real time according to the detection data of the steering column crushing force sensor.
Furthermore, when the crushing force detected by the crushing force sensor of the steering column is greater than a preset upper limit value, the crushing control unit of the steering column controls the crushing motor of the steering column to rotate forwards to provide tension; when the crushing force detected by the crushing force sensor of the steering column is smaller than the preset lower limit value, the crushing control unit of the steering column controls the crushing motor of the steering column to rotate reversely to provide thrust.

A control system for self-adaptive crushing of a steering column in automobile collision comprises an air bag controller 2, a whole automobile data communication bus 1, a steering column crushing control unit 5, a steering column crushing force sensor 9, a steering column crushing motor 6 and a steering column;
the safety air bag controller 2 is in communication connection with the whole vehicle data communication bus 1 and the steering column crushing control unit 5;
the steering column crushing control unit 5 is in communication connection with the whole vehicle data communication bus 1, the safety air bag controller 2 and the steering column crushing force sensor 9, and the steering column crushing control unit 5 is simultaneously electrically connected with the steering column crushing motor 6;
the steering column crushing motor 6 is connected with the steering column inner column connecting piece 7 and the steering column inner column 4 through the steering column crushing motor;
the steering column inner column 4 is installed in the steering column sleeve 3;
the steering column crushing force sensor 9 is connected with the inner wall of the steering column sleeve 3 through a steering column crushing force sensor connecting wire 8.
Further, the safety airbag controller unit sends a safety system ignition instruction to the whole vehicle data communication bus and the steering column crushing control unit respectively.
Further, the steering column crushing control unit acquires detection data of the steering column crushing force sensor after receiving a safety system ignition instruction of the full-airbag controller, and adjusts the steering column crushing motor in real time according to the detection data of the steering column crushing force sensor.
Furthermore, when the crushing force detected by the crushing force sensor of the steering column is greater than a preset upper limit value, the crushing control unit of the steering column controls the crushing motor of the steering column to rotate forwards to provide tension; when the crushing force detected by the crushing force sensor of the steering column is smaller than the preset lower limit value, the crushing control unit of the steering column controls the crushing motor of the steering column to rotate reversely to provide thrust.

when the crushing force detected by the steering column crushing force sensor is greater than a preset upper limit value, the steering column crushing control unit controls the steering column crushing motor to rotate forwards to provide tension and reduce the crushing force of the steering column; when the crushing force detected by the crushing force sensor of the steering column is smaller than a preset lower limit value, the crushing control unit of the steering column controls the crushing motor of the steering column to rotate reversely, so that thrust is provided, and the crushing force of the steering column is improved;
through the control process, the crushing force of the steering column is always kept in a stable set range.

the safety air bag controller is in communication connection with the whole vehicle data communication bus and the steering column collapse control unit;
the steering column crushing control unit is in communication connection with the whole vehicle data communication bus, the safety air bag controller and the steering column crushing force sensor, and is simultaneously electrically connected with the steering column crushing motor;
the steering column crushing motor is connected with the inner column of the steering column;
the steering column crushing force sensor is connected with the steering column sleeve.

The system for controlling adaptive collapse of a steering column during an automobile collision as claimed in claim 1, wherein said airbag controller unit sends a safety system ignition command to the entire vehicle data communication bus and the steering column collapse control unit, respectively.

The system for controlling adaptive collapse of a steering column during an automobile collision as claimed in claim 1, wherein said steering column collapse control unit receives the firing command of the safety system of the all-air bag controller, acquires the detection data of the steering column collapse force sensor, and adjusts the steering column collapse motor in real time according to the detection data of the steering column collapse force sensor.

The system for controlling adaptive collapse of the steering column during automobile collision as claimed in claim 3, wherein when the collapse force detected by the collapse force sensor is greater than the preset upper limit value, the steering column collapse control unit controls the steering column collapse motor to rotate forward to provide the pulling force; when the crushing force detected by the crushing force sensor of the steering column is smaller than the preset lower limit value, the crushing control unit of the steering column controls the crushing motor of the steering column to rotate reversely to provide thrust.

The system for controlling adaptive collapse of a steering column in an automobile collision as claimed in claim 1, wherein said steering column collapse motor is connected to the steering column inner column by a steering column collapse motor and a steering column inner column connecting member.
7. A control method of a steering column adaptive crush control system in an automobile collision as recited in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
firstly, when an automobile is collided, an air bag safety controller unit respectively sends a safety system ignition instruction to a whole automobile data communication bus and a steering column crushing control unit;
secondly, the steering column crushing control unit receives a safety system ignition instruction of the safety air bag controller and starts the control system;
thirdly, the steering column crushing control unit receives the detection data of the steering column crushing force sensor and compares the crushing force detected by the steering column crushing force sensor with a preset upper limit value;
step four, when the crushing force detected by the crushing force sensor of the steering column is greater than a preset upper limit value, the crushing control unit of the steering column controls the crushing motor of the steering column to rotate forwards, so as to provide tension and reduce the crushing force of the steering column; when the crushing force detected by the steering column crushing force sensor is smaller than a preset lower limit value, the steering column crushing control unit controls the steering column crushing motor to rotate reversely, so that thrust is provided, and the crushing force of the steering column is improved.
