Referring to fig. 1-5, a waste recycling device for highway construction comprises a crushing recycling box 1, wherein the top of the crushing recycling box 1 is provided with a charging opening 2, the bottom of the crushing recycling box 1 is fixedly connected with four supporting legs 36 through screws, the bottom ends of the four supporting legs 36 are respectively and fixedly provided with a rubber pad 39, the rubber pads 39 can play a role of shock absorption, an inclined sieve plate 3 is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of one side of the crushing recycling box 1, a plurality of sieve holes 4 are arranged on the inclined sieve plate 3, one side of the crushing recycling box 1 is communicated with a large material outlet 5, the large material outlet 5 is matched with the inclined sieve plate 3, the inner wall of the bottom of the crushing recycling box 1 is obliquely arranged, the other side of the crushing recycling box 1 is provided with a fine material outlet 40, two crushing shafts 6 are rotatably arranged in the crushing recycling box 1 through bearings, the outer sides of the, the outer sides of the two crushing rollers 7 are fixedly provided with a plurality of crushing cutters 8 by welding, the inner walls of two sides of the crushing recovery box 1 are fixedly provided with sliding strips 18 by welding, one side of the two sliding strips 18 close to each other is provided with a sliding groove 19, the two sliding grooves 19 are internally provided with a screen 17 by sliding, the screen 17 is positioned below the two crushing rollers 7, the bottom of the crushing recovery box 1 is vertically and rotatably provided with a vertical shaft 16 by a bearing, the bottom of the crushing recovery box 1 is fixedly connected with a servo motor 13 by a screw, an output shaft of the servo motor 13 is fixedly provided with a driving shaft 11 by welding, the inner wall of the bottom of the crushing recovery box 1 is fixedly provided with an installation block 35 by welding, the driving shaft 11 is rotatably connected with the installation block 35, the vertical shaft 16 is matched with the driving shaft 11, the two crushing shafts 6 are both in transmission connection with the, the thrust structure is matched with the screen 17, the outer side of the vertical shaft 16 is fixedly provided with a plurality of fine material cutters 26 through welding, one side of the crushing recovery box 1 is rotatably provided with two linkage shafts 27, and the two linkage shafts 27 are respectively matched with the two crushing shafts 6.
In this embodiment, one side of smashing collection box 1 is rotated and is installed two round bars 30, and the one end of two round bars 30 all installs cam 31 through welded fastening, and two cams 31 all contact with the bottom of slope sieve 3, install a plurality of springs 32 through welded fastening between one side of slope sieve 3 and one side inner wall of smashing collection box 1, through the spring action of spring 32 for the reciprocal upset vibrations of slope sieve 3.

In this embodiment, a first bevel gear 14 is fixedly mounted at the bottom end of the vertical shaft 16 by welding, a second bevel gear 15 is fixedly mounted at the outer side of the driving shaft 11 by welding, and the first bevel gear 14 is engaged with the second bevel gear 15.

In the embodiment, when the waste crushing recovery box is used, waste is added into the crushing recovery box 1 through the feed inlet 2, the waste is screened and falls between the two crushing rollers 7 through the sieve holes 4 on the inclined sieve plate 3, larger waste is led out through the large material outlet 5 to be repeatedly collected and utilized, the servo motor 13 is started, the servo motor 13 drives the driving shaft 11 to rotate, the driving shaft 11 drives the two crushing shafts 6 to rotate through the second chain wheel 12, the two first chain wheels 9 and the chain 10, the two crushing shafts 6 respectively drive the two crushing rollers 7 to rotate, the two crushing rollers 7 drive the plurality of crushing cutters 8 to rotate to primarily cut and crush the waste, meanwhile, the crushing shafts 6 drive the linkage shaft 27 to rotate through the corresponding fourth umbrella-shaped gear 34 and the third umbrella-shaped gear 33, the linkage shaft 27 drives the round rod 30 to rotate through the first umbrella-shaped gear 28 and the second umbrella-shaped sieve plate gear 29, the round rod 30 drives the cam 31 to rotate, and the cam 31 extrudes, through the elastic action of the spring 32, the inclined sieve plate 3 is made to overturn and vibrate in a reciprocating manner, the screening effect of the inclined sieve plate 3 can be improved, the primary crushed waste falls into the top of the screen 17, meanwhile, the driving shaft 11 drives the vertical shaft 16 to rotate through the second bevel gear 15 and the first bevel gear 14, the vertical shaft 16 drives the plurality of fine material knives 26 to rotate to perform secondary crushing on the waste, the waste falls into the inner wall of the bottom of the crushing recovery box 1 through the screening of the screen 17 and is led out through the fine material outlet 40, the driving shaft 11 drives the elliptical plate 21 to rotate, the elliptical plate 21 extrudes the thrust rod 22, so that the screen 17 slides in the sliding grooves 19 on the two sliding strips 18, through the elastic action of the plurality of reset springs 20, the screen 17 can vibrate in a reciprocating manner, the screening effect of the waste is improved, the blocking cover 24 and the blocking ring 25 are arranged to block the powder, the servo motor 13 is stopped, and the door 37 is provided to facilitate maintenance of the inside.
