A hollow placing disc A4 is detachably mounted at the lower part of the water receiving cavity; a water receiving groove A41 communicated with the inner cavity of the placing plate is formed on the placing plate towards the drainage channel; and a drainage outlet A192 for accommodating the water receiving groove is formed at the lower end of the drainage channel. After the placement tray is installed, the water receiving groove is inserted into the drainage outlet, water in the drainage channel enters the inner cavity of the placement tray through the water receiving groove, and accumulated water in the placement tray is not poured out without using.
The water tank is arranged at the rear part of the rear mounting cavity; the water tank is provided with a fixed clapboard 8 which is vertically arranged and fixedly connected between the controllers; the fixed clapboard is also provided with an inserting pipe 81 used for communicating the water inlet end of the water pump with the water tank; the water outlet of the water tank is communicated after the insertion pipe is communicated; namely, a one-way valve is arranged at the water outlet of the water tank, and after the water tank is arranged, a valve core of the one-way valve is pressed to conduct the one-way valve, such as an air tap of a tire; the upper end of the fixed clapboard extends to the lower end of the transverse clapboard; a lifting plate 51 is formed at the upper end of the water tank corresponding to the ventilation cavity; a lifting opening 511 is formed in the middle of the lifting plate. The lifting opening can be used as an air inlet of a ventilation cavity when a user installs and removes the water tank, so that the water tank can be extended to the lower end of the transverse partition plate, and the water storage capacity in the water tank is maximized.
The ventilation cavity is internally detachably and slidably connected with a filter plate 6. The filtering by the filter plate reduces the harmful substances in the air entering the mixer along with the air flow.
A rotating electrode A121 for supplying power to the water tank is mounted at the bottom of the rear mounting cavity; and a heater, a liquid level sensor and a temperature sensor are also arranged in the water tank. The rotating electrode is a rotating plug of the prior art, such as a rechargeable shaver. The water tank is connected to the shell through rotation after being connected with the rotating electrode, so that the lifting opening and the outlet located in the ventilation cavity are formed. The connection of the water tank to the housing is made in the same way as in the prior art in which the water tank or the part in which the water tank is placed is rotatably mounted in the housing.
A handle 212 for mounting and dismounting the powder box is formed on the upper part of the periphery of the powder box; a positioning groove A115 is formed in the powder box containing groove corresponding to the handle; the shell is positioned at the upper end of the powder box and is also provided with an upper cover A2.
The mixer is installed in the mixer installation cavity along the horizontal direction; the installation, clamping and connection of the mixer and the spray pipe are the prior art, and the connection mode of the water collecting pipe and the water collecting connecting port is the same as that of the spray pipe and the mixer; the front of the mixer is also mounted with an operation panel a3 electrically connected to the controller.
The water pump, the driving motor, the electromagnetic valve, the heater, the liquid level sensor and the temperature sensor are electrically connected with the controller.
Before use, the mixer and the placing disc are installed, and corresponding milk powder or other brewed powder is added into the powder box; placing a feeding bottle or other container on the resting tray below the corresponding mixer outlet; a user adds warm boiled water into the water tank and connects the water tank with the shell; the heater is controlled by the controller to make the water temperature in the water tank constant in the temperature range set by the user.
When the powder discharging device is used, the driving motor is controlled to rotate reversely, the transposition plate moves up and down, the driving gear is in transmission connection with the driven gear below the corresponding powder box through the fixed gear, and the rotating position of the driving motor is determined through the rotating angle, so that the powder box to be discharged is determined and fed back to a user through the operation panel; then the controller controls the driving motor to rotate forwards, controls the water pump to work and opens the electromagnetic valve at the corresponding spray pipe; then the powder outlet box and the water spray pipe uniformly discharge powder and water, so that the milk powder and the water are fully mixed in the mixer; simultaneously along with driving motor corotation, under the effect of the fan that corresponds the powder box below, external air current gets into the water conservancy diversion chamber from the ventilation chamber and goes out the clearance department between the powder mouth, forms the air curtain, and guide milk powder gets into the blender from advancing powder mouth department, prevents that milk powder from wafting, prevents simultaneously that the vapor that rises from condensing in the blender from going out powder mouth department, causes out powder mouth department caking to block up.
When needing to switch to another powder box, control the reversal of driving motor and switch can.
After use, each detachable component can be removed and cleaned.
Different powders or particles such as infant milk powder, old people milk powder, solid beverage and the like can be filled in the two different powder boxes, so that the requirements of different members are met.
According to the invention, the powder discharging of different powder box assemblies is switched through the driving motor, and the powder discharging assembly discharges powder, so that different requirements of different individuals in the same family are met; the driving motor also controls the fan to rotate, and an air curtain can be generated at the corresponding powder outlet while powder is discharged, so that powder is prevented from flying and the powder outlet is prevented from caking.

With reference to fig. 11 to 13, the present embodiment is modified from embodiment 1 as follows: the center of the inner bottom surface of the powder box is conical; the powder box assembly also comprises a rotary disc 22 which is rotatably arranged at the center of the inner bottom surface of the powder box; the powder box is positioned at the powder outlet and is fixedly connected with an elastic powder blocking plate 24; one end of the powder blocking plate is welded on the side wall of the powder box through ultrasonic waves; a stop block 242 with the same size as the powder outlet is formed at the lower end of the powder blocking plate corresponding to the powder outlet; the turntable comprises a plurality of radial plates 221 which are distributed at equal intervals along the axis; the radial plate is arranged along the inner bottom surface of the powder box and extends to a side wall close to the powder box, so that when the powder blocking plate is tilted upwards, the radial plate can completely cover the powder outlet after rotating; a guide strip 241 for tilting the powder blocking plate is formed at the lower end of the powder blocking plate far away from the fixed end; a wedge 2211 is formed at the upper end of the spoke plate corresponding to the guide strip; when the carousel rotates, through the voussoir with the effect messenger of guide strip hinders the powder board perk confession that makes progress the radials passes through to sweep into powder mouthful department with the powder in the powder box, work as the radials passes through behind the powder mouth, hinder the powder board and reply.
The upper end of the driven gear is fixedly connected with a polygonal inserting column 191; the turntable penetrates through the bottom plate of the powder box to form a sleeve connection column 222 matched with the insertion column; the driven gear drives the rotary disc to rotate, so that the powder in the powder box is discharged from the powder outlet.
A powder sweeping disc 23 which synchronously rotates with the rotary disc is inserted above the rotary disc; a box cover 25 is detachably arranged at the upper end of the powder box; a thimble 252 which is propped against the upper end of the powder sweeping disc is formed downwards at the lower end of the box cover; the side wall of the box cover is provided with a rubber ring 251 used for sealing the powder box.
The conical powder box bottom can be used up to the maximum extent under the condition that the powder in the powder box is insufficient; when powder in the powder box is discharged from the powder outlet every time, the powder blocking plate is reset after upwards tilting, and when the powder in the powder box is granular, the elastic force for resetting after tilting of the powder blocking plate can prevent the granules from blocking the powder blocking plate.

Claims (6)

1. An infant milk powder milk mixing device comprises a shell, a mixer and a water tank, wherein the mixer and the water tank are detachably arranged in the shell; the shell is also internally provided with a controller and a water pump communicated with the water tank; the method is characterized in that: two powder box components are arranged in the shell; a driving assembly for driving the powder box assembly to rotate is arranged below the powder box assembly; the two powder box components are switched and discharged by the driving component;
a powder box containing groove for installing the powder box component is formed at the upper end of the shell; a driving component mounting cavity for mounting the driving component is formed at the lower end of the powder box containing groove;
the driving assembly comprises a driving motor; a second connecting disc and a first connecting disc are fixedly mounted on the output shaft of the driving motor along the vertical direction respectively; elastic pawls or ratchets are respectively arranged on the first connecting disc and the second connecting disc; the direction of the pawl or ratchet on the first connecting disc is opposite to that of the pawl or ratchet on the second connecting disc; the output shaft of the driving motor is also coaxially provided with a driving gear and a cylindrical cam; the driving gear is positioned above the cylindrical cam; a first inner ratchet wheel in transmission connection with a pawl or a ratchet on the first connecting disc is formed on the cylindrical cam corresponding to the first connecting disc; the driving gear corresponds to a second inner ratchet wheel in transmission connection with a pawl or a ratchet on the second connecting disc;
a powder box positioning block for filling the space between the two powder boxes is arranged between the two powder boxes in the powder box containing groove; an annular clamping ring is formed at the upper end of the driving gear; the lower end of the powder box positioning block is fixedly connected with a buckle which is used for being clamped in the clamping ring corresponding to the clamping ring;
the cylindrical cam is sleeved with a transposition plate; a guide groove with two closed ends is formed on the periphery of the cylindrical cam; the guide slot has an upper limit position and a lower limit position; the inner side of the transposition disc facing towards is fixedly connected with a guide post which is connected in the guide groove in a sliding manner; a plurality of positioning holes are formed in the periphery of the transposition plate; a positioning column is fixedly connected to the inner bottom surface of the driving component mounting cavity corresponding to the positioning hole;
a positioning boss is fixedly connected to the centers of the lower parts of the two powder boxes in the driving component mounting cavity; the upper end of the positioning boss is rotatably connected with a driven gear; the driven gear and the driving gear are positioned on the same horizontal plane; two fixed gears are fixedly connected to the upper end of the transposition plate at one end of each of the two driven gears respectively; the two fixed gears are positioned on different horizontal planes; when the transposition plate moves up and down to the limit position, one fixed gear is meshed with the driving gear and the driven gear positioned on the same side; when the transposition plate moves to the other limit position, the other fixed gear is meshed with the driving gear and the other driven gear simultaneously;
the water pump and the driving motor are electrically connected with the controller;
the lower part of the powder box containing groove is formed with an installation bottom plate for positioning the installation depth of the powder box component;
a rear mounting cavity positioned below the driving assembly mounting cavity is formed at the rear end of the shell; an output shaft of the driving motor penetrates through a partition plate formed between the driving assembly mounting cavity and the rear mounting cavity;
the upper part of the rear mounting cavity is fixedly connected with a transverse clapboard which separates the rear mounting cavity from top to bottom; a motor mounting part for mounting the driving motor is formed on the diaphragm plate; the rear mounting cavity is positioned at the upper part of the diaphragm plate to form a ventilation cavity; the lower end of the driven gear is fixedly connected with a fan; the fan is a cross-flow fan; a through hole penetrating to the ventilation cavity is formed in the bottom of the driving component mounting cavity and is positioned below the fan;
the compact assembly comprises a compact; a powder outlet which is convex downwards is formed at the lower end of the powder box towards the front part of the shell; the mixer is arranged below the powder outlet; a mixer installation cavity for installing the mixer is formed at the front end of the upper part of the shell below the powder box containing groove; a flow guide cavity is formed downwards on the mounting bottom plate corresponding to the powder outlet; the powder outlet is inserted in the flow guide cavity; a gap is formed between the side wall of the flow guide cavity and the side wall of the powder outlet;
a communicating hole communicated with the diversion cavity is formed in the side wall of the driving motor installation cavity corresponding to the diversion cavity;
the center of the inner bottom surface of the powder box is conical; the powder box component also comprises a rotary disc which is rotatably arranged at the center of the inner bottom surface of the powder box; the powder box is positioned at the powder outlet and is fixedly connected with an elastic powder blocking plate; one end of the powder blocking plate is welded on the side wall of the powder box through ultrasonic waves; a stop block with the same size as the powder outlet is formed at the lower end of the powder blocking plate corresponding to the powder outlet; the turntable comprises a plurality of radial plates which are distributed at equal intervals along the axis; the radial plate is arranged along the inner bottom surface of the powder box and extends to a side wall close to the powder box, so that when the powder blocking plate is tilted upwards, the radial plate can completely cover the powder outlet after rotating; a guide strip used for tilting the powder blocking plate is formed at the lower end of the powder blocking plate far away from the fixed end; a wedge block is formed at the upper end of the spoke plate corresponding to the guide strip; when the turntable rotates, the powder blocking plate is enabled to upwarp upwards under the action of the wedge block and the guide strip for the web plate to pass through, so that powder in the powder box is swept to the powder outlet, and after the web plate passes through the powder outlet, the powder blocking plate returns;
the upper end of the driven gear is fixedly connected with a polygonal inserting column; the rotary disc penetrates through the bottom plate of the powder box to form a sleeving column matched with the inserting column; the driven gear drives the rotary table to rotate, so that powder in the powder box is discharged from a powder outlet;
a powder sweeping disc which synchronously rotates with the rotary disc is inserted above the rotary disc; a box cover is detachably arranged at the upper end of the powder box; a thimble which is propped against the upper end of the powder sweeping plate is formed downwards at the lower end of the box cover; the lateral wall of lid is installed and is used for making the sealed rubber circle of powder box.

The infant milk powder mixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the mixer comprises two mixing bins and a connecting bottom plate fixedly connected with the two mixing bins; the mixing bin is positioned below the powder outlets of the two powder boxes, so that the powder outlets correspond to the eccentric positions of the mixing bin; the upper part of the mixing bin is cylindrical, the lower part of the mixing bin is conical, and the lower end of the mixing bin is open;
one water outlet end of the water pump is connected with two water spraying pipes which are respectively connected with the mixing bin through a three-way connector; the two water spray pipes are respectively provided with an electromagnetic valve for controlling the opening and the closing of the water spray pipes; a water inlet pipe which is eccentrically arranged and connected with the water spray pipe is formed on the side wall of the upper part of the mixing bin;
the upper end of the mixing bin can be detachably provided with a baffle cover; a funnel-shaped powder inlet is formed at the upper end of the blocking cover corresponding to the powder outlet of the powder box; a guide plate for guiding water flow is formed in the baffle cover corresponding to the water inlet pipe;
each electromagnetic valve is electrically connected with the controller.
3. The infant milk powder mixing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the gap between the side wall of the flow guide cavity and the side wall of the powder outlet is 0.5-2 mm.

The infant milk powder mixing device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: a water receiving cavity is formed in the shell below the mixer installation cavity; the mixer is positioned between the two mixing bins, and a water condensation plate is vertically formed on the mixer; a plurality of bulges are uniformly distributed on the water condensation plate; a front baffle plate which is vertically arranged is formed at one end of the mixer far away from the water inlet pipe; a water collecting pipe is formed at the lower end of the water condensing plate; a water collecting opening is formed in the upper end face of the water collecting pipe, which is positioned on the connecting bottom plate;
a drainage channel is vertically formed on the shell corresponding to the water collecting pipe; a water collecting connecting port is formed on the drainage channel corresponding to the water collecting pipe;
a hollow placing disc is detachably mounted at the lower part of the water receiving cavity; a water receiving groove communicated with the inner cavity of the placing plate is formed in the placing plate towards the drainage channel; and a drainage outlet for accommodating the water receiving tank is formed at the lower end of the drainage channel.

The infant milk powder formula mixer as claimed in claim 1 or 3, wherein: the water tank is arranged at the rear part of the rear mounting cavity; the water tank is provided with a fixed clapboard which is vertically arranged and fixedly connected between the controllers; the fixed clapboard is also provided with an inserting pipe used for communicating the water inlet end of the water pump with the water tank; the upper end of the fixed clapboard extends to the lower end of the transverse clapboard; a lifting plate is formed at the upper end of the water tank corresponding to the ventilation cavity; a lifting opening is formed in the middle of the lifting plate;
the bottom of the rear mounting cavity is provided with a rotating electrode for supplying power to the water tank; a heater, a liquid level sensor and a temperature sensor are also arranged in the water tank;
the heater, the liquid level sensor and the temperature sensor are electrically connected with the controller.
