Specifically, the manager at the conference management platform side sends the two-dimensional code carrying the conference configuration information to the mobile terminal device of the user participating in the conference in a short message, email, or WeChat manner, which may be a smart phone, a tablet computer, or the like. When the user needs to participate in the conference, the user participating in the conference displays the received two-dimensional code on the mobile terminal device so as to scan the image acquisition device of the conference terminal.
Furthermore, the image acquisition device arranged at the conference terminal can be an internal or external camera, the conference configuration information carried by the two-dimensional code is obtained by calling the camera to scan and identify the two-dimensional code, and the conference configuration information is imported into the conference terminal to complete configuration.
According to the terminal configuration method based on the two-dimensional code, conference configuration information corresponding to a newly-built conference room is obtained, the corresponding two-dimensional code is generated according to the conference configuration information, the two-dimensional code is fed back to the conference terminal, the conference terminal is enabled to call the image acquisition equipment to scan and identify the two-dimensional code, and the conference configuration information corresponding to the two-dimensional code is imported to complete configuration. In the configuration process of the conference terminal, corresponding configuration information does not need to be manually filled by users participating in the conference, automatic configuration is directly realized in a mode that the conference terminal scans and identifies the two-dimensional code, the configuration mode is very convenient, and the configuration efficiency of the conference terminal is further improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, a two-dimensional code-based terminal configuration method is provided, and includes:
step S602, when the meeting initiating request is detected, responding to the meeting initiating request and establishing a corresponding meeting room.
Specifically, when a conference initiation request is detected on the conference management platform, a corresponding conference room is newly established according to the detected conference initiation request. The management personnel can log in the conference management platform by using the account password information of the login conference management platform, and trigger the conference initiating operation, so that the conference management platform responds to the triggered conference initiating operation to establish a corresponding conference room.
Further, a schematic diagram of a newly-built conference room on the conference management platform is shown in fig. 7, referring to fig. 7, when a conference room is added, information such as an organization to which the conference room belongs, a conference room name call protocol, an accessed resource pool, and the like needs to be input, and since the call protocol usually selects h.323, a switch of a corresponding GK and SIP protocol needs to be set to be turned on. The IP address and the port number of the conference management platform can be directly and automatically acquired without input, and meanwhile, authentication information for accessing the conference room is also required to be input, wherein the authentication information comprises an authentication name and a corresponding authentication password. The system is characterized in that an original path return switch, a switch for changing the size of the head.
Step S604, acquiring authentication information for accessing the newly-built conference room.
Step S606, obtaining the attribute information of the conference management platform and the user login information accessed to the conference management platform.
Specifically, the authentication information for accessing the newly-built conference room is acquired, wherein the authentication information comprises an authentication name and an authentication password, and the attribute information of the conference management platform is acquired, wherein the attribute information comprises an IP address and a port number of the conference management platform, and the user login information for accessing the conference management platform comprises a user account and a user password.
Step S608, generating meeting configuration information corresponding to the newly-built meeting room according to the authentication information for accessing the newly-built meeting room, the attribute information of the meeting management platform, and the user login information for accessing the meeting management platform.
Specifically, the conference configuration information corresponding to the newly-built conference room is generated according to the authentication name and the authentication password for accessing the newly-built conference room, the IP address and the port number of the conference management platform, and the user account and the user password for accessing the conference management platform.
In the terminal configuration method based on the two-dimensional code, when a conference initiating request is detected, the conference initiating request is responded, a corresponding conference room is newly built, and authentication information for accessing the newly built conference room is obtained. And then acquiring attribute information of the conference management platform and user login information accessed to the conference management platform, and generating conference configuration information corresponding to the newly-built conference room according to the authentication information for accessing the newly-built conference room, the attribute information of the conference management platform and the user login information accessed to the conference management platform. The conference configuration information is rapidly generated, users participating in the conference do not need to manually acquire or fill in the conference, and the configuration efficiency of the conference terminal can be improved to a certain extent.
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2-3 and 5-6 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-3 and fig. 5-6 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, which are not necessarily performed in sequence, but may be performed alternately or at least partially with other steps or with at least some of the other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, there is provided a two-dimensional code-based terminal configuration device, including: a two-dimensional code scanning module 802, a conference configuration information obtaining module 804, and a conference configuration information importing module 806, where:
and a two-dimension code scanning module 802, configured to invoke an image acquisition device of the terminal to scan a two-dimension code carrying conference configuration information.
And the conference configuration information acquisition module 804 is configured to identify the two-dimensional code and acquire the conference configuration information carried by the two-dimensional code.
The conference configuration information importing module 806 imports the conference configuration information to complete configuration, and accesses the conference management platform to which the conference room corresponding to the conference configuration information belongs.
In the terminal configuration device based on the two-dimensional code, the two-dimensional code which is scanned by the image acquisition equipment of the conference terminal and carries conference configuration information is called, the conference configuration information corresponding to the two-dimensional code is obtained and imported, and then the configuration of the conference terminal is completed, and a user can access a conference management platform to which a conference room corresponding to the conference configuration information belongs through the configured conference terminal to participate in a conference. In the configuration process of the conference terminal, a user does not need to manually fill in the configuration information of the conference terminal, the conference configuration information is conveniently imported and configured by scanning the two-dimensional code, the complex operation which needs to be executed by the user in the traditional configuration process is reduced, and the configuration efficiency of the conference terminal is further improved.
In one embodiment, a two-dimensional code-based terminal configuration device is provided, which further includes a conference configuration information verification module, configured to:
matching and checking the configuration name according to the preset configuration key words; when the conference configuration information is detected to pass the matching verification, validity verification is carried out on the configuration parameter values; when the conference configuration information is detected to pass the validity check, determining the conference configuration information passing the validity check as the conference configuration information to be imported;
still include the warning module for:
when detecting that the conference configuration information fails the matching verification or the validity verification, sending prompt information of conference configuration information import failure; and generating and displaying prompt information for rescanning the two-dimensional code or regenerating the two-dimensional code according to the prompt information of the conference configuration information import failure.
In the terminal configuration device based on the two-dimensional code, the preset configuration keywords are used for carrying out matching verification on the configuration names, when the conference configuration information is detected to pass the matching verification, validity verification is carried out on the configuration parameter values, and when the conference configuration information is detected to pass the validity verification, the conference configuration information passing the validity verification is determined to be the conference configuration information to be imported. When the verification fails, prompt information is sent in time, so that the situation that the conference configuration information under the condition that the configuration item is lost or the corresponding configuration parameter value is wrong is directly imported into the conference terminal, the whole configuration process needs to be executed again when the terminal configuration fails is avoided, unnecessary repeated operation is further reduced, and the configuration success rate and the configuration working efficiency of the conference terminal can be further improved.
In one embodiment, the conference configuration information import module is further configured to:
importing and analyzing conference configuration information; extracting configuration items for registering the conference terminal from the conference configuration information; the configuration item comprises a configuration name and a configuration parameter value; and according to the configuration name and the configuration parameter value, completing the configuration of the conference terminal and the registration in the conference management platform, and accessing the conference management platform to which the conference room corresponding to the conference configuration information belongs.
In the conference configuration information importing module, the conference configuration information is imported and analyzed, and then the configuration name and the configuration parameter value used for registering the conference terminal are extracted from the conference configuration information. According to the configuration name and the configuration parameter value, the configuration of the conference terminal and the registration of the conference terminal on the conference management platform can be completed, and then the conference management platform to which the conference room corresponding to the conference configuration information belongs is accessed. The conference configuration information of the conference terminal is not required to be manually filled in by a user, the direct introduction and automatic identification modes are very convenient, the complex steps of executing the traditional configuration process without consuming resources are not required, and the configuration efficiency of the conference terminal is further improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, another two-dimensional code-based terminal configuration device is provided, including: conference room configuration information acquisition module 902, two-dimensional code generation module 904 and two-dimensional code feedback module 906, wherein:
a conference room configuration information obtaining module 902, configured to obtain conference configuration information corresponding to the newly created conference room.
And a two-dimension code generating module 904, configured to generate a corresponding two-dimension code according to the conference configuration information.
And the two-dimension code feedback module 906 is configured to feed the two-dimension code back to the conference terminal, so that the conference terminal calls the image acquisition device to scan and identify the two-dimension code, and introduces conference configuration information corresponding to the two-dimension code to complete configuration.
In the terminal configuration device based on the two-dimensional code, conference configuration information corresponding to a newly-built conference room is obtained, the corresponding two-dimensional code is generated according to the conference configuration information, and then the two-dimensional code is fed back to the conference terminal, so that the conference terminal calls the image acquisition equipment to scan and identify the two-dimensional code, and the conference configuration information corresponding to the two-dimensional code is imported to complete configuration. In the configuration process of the conference terminal, corresponding configuration information does not need to be manually filled by users participating in the conference, automatic configuration is directly realized in a mode that the conference terminal scans and identifies the two-dimensional code, the configuration mode is very convenient, and the configuration efficiency of the conference terminal is further improved.
In one embodiment, a two-dimensional code-based terminal configuration device is provided, which further includes a conference configuration information generation module, configured to:
when a conference initiating request is detected, responding to the conference initiating request and establishing a corresponding conference room; acquiring authentication information for accessing a newly-built conference room; acquiring attribute information of a conference management platform and user login information accessed to the conference management platform; and generating conference configuration information corresponding to the newly-built conference room according to the authentication information for accessing the newly-built conference room, the attribute information of the conference management platform and the user login information for accessing the conference management platform.
According to the terminal configuration device based on the two-dimensional code, when a conference initiating request is detected, the conference initiating request is responded, a corresponding conference room is newly built, and authentication information for accessing the newly built conference room is obtained. And then acquiring attribute information of the conference management platform and user login information accessed to the conference management platform, and generating conference configuration information corresponding to the newly-built conference room according to the authentication information for accessing the newly-built conference room, the attribute information of the conference management platform and the user login information accessed to the conference management platform. The conference configuration information is rapidly generated, users participating in the conference do not need to manually acquire or fill in the conference, and the configuration efficiency of the conference terminal can be improved to a certain extent.
For specific limitations of the two-dimensional code-based terminal configuration device, reference may be made to the above limitations of the two-dimensional code-based terminal configuration method, which is not described herein again. All or part of each module in the terminal configuration device based on the two-dimensional code can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 10. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI, an operator network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a two-dimensional code based terminal configuration method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 10 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having a computer program stored therein, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
calling image acquisition equipment of the conference terminal to scan the two-dimensional code carrying the conference configuration information;
identifying the two-dimension code, and acquiring conference configuration information carried by the two-dimension code;
and importing the conference configuration information to complete configuration, and accessing a conference management platform to which the conference room corresponding to the conference configuration information belongs.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
importing and analyzing conference configuration information;
extracting configuration items for registering the conference terminal from the conference configuration information; the configuration item comprises a configuration name and a configuration parameter value;
and according to the configuration name and the configuration parameter value, completing the configuration of the conference terminal and the registration in the conference management platform, and accessing the conference management platform to which the conference room corresponding to the conference configuration information belongs.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
matching and checking the configuration name according to the preset configuration key words;
when the conference configuration information is detected to pass the matching verification, validity verification is carried out on the configuration parameter values;
and when the conference configuration information is detected to pass the validity check, determining the conference configuration information passing the validity check as the conference configuration information to be imported.

generating a corresponding two-dimensional code according to the conference configuration information;
and feeding back the two-dimension code to the conference terminal, so that the conference terminal calls the image acquisition equipment to scan and identify the two-dimension code, and importing conference configuration information corresponding to the two-dimension code to complete configuration.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
when a conference initiating request is detected, responding to the conference initiating request and establishing a corresponding conference room;
acquiring authentication information for accessing a newly-built conference room;
acquiring attribute information of a conference management platform and user login information accessed to the conference management platform;
and generating conference configuration information corresponding to the newly-built conference room according to the authentication information for accessing the newly-built conference room, the attribute information of the conference management platform and the user login information for accessing the conference management platform.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
calling image acquisition equipment of the conference terminal to scan the two-dimensional code carrying the conference configuration information;
identifying the two-dimension code, and acquiring conference configuration information carried by the two-dimension code;
and importing the conference configuration information to complete configuration, and accessing a conference management platform to which the conference room corresponding to the conference configuration information belongs.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
importing and analyzing conference configuration information;
extracting configuration items for registering the conference terminal from the conference configuration information; the configuration item comprises a configuration name and a configuration parameter value;
and according to the configuration name and the configuration parameter value, completing the configuration of the conference terminal and the registration in the conference management platform, and accessing the conference management platform to which the conference room corresponding to the conference configuration information belongs.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:

In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
when a conference initiating request is detected, responding to the conference initiating request and establishing a corresponding conference room;
acquiring authentication information for accessing a newly-built conference room;
acquiring attribute information of a conference management platform and user login information accessed to the conference management platform;
and generating conference configuration information corresponding to the newly-built conference room according to the authentication information for accessing the newly-built conference room, the attribute information of the conference management platform and the user login information for accessing the conference management platform.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.

Claims (10)

1. A terminal configuration method based on two-dimension codes is characterized by comprising the following steps:
calling image acquisition equipment of the conference terminal to scan the two-dimensional code carrying the conference configuration information;
identifying the two-dimension code, and acquiring the conference configuration information carried by the two-dimension code;
and importing the conference configuration information to complete configuration, and accessing a conference management platform to which the conference room corresponding to the conference configuration information belongs.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the importing the conference configuration information completes configuration and accesses a conference management platform to which a conference room corresponding to the conference configuration information belongs, and the method comprises:
importing and analyzing the conference configuration information;
extracting configuration items for conference terminal registration from the conference configuration information; the configuration item comprises a configuration name and a configuration parameter value;
and according to the configuration name and the configuration parameter value, completing the configuration of the conference terminal and the registration of the conference terminal on a conference management platform, and accessing the conference management platform to which the conference room corresponding to the conference configuration information belongs.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein before the importing the conference configuration information completes configuration and accesses a conference management platform to which a conference room corresponding to the conference configuration information belongs, the method further comprises:
matching and checking the configuration name according to preset configuration keywords;
when the conference configuration information is detected to pass the matching verification, validity verification is carried out on the configuration parameter value;
and when the conference configuration information is detected to pass the validity check, determining the conference configuration information passing the validity check as the conference configuration information to be imported.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
when detecting that the conference configuration information does not pass the matching check or the validity check, sending prompt information of conference configuration information import failure;
and generating prompt information for rescanning the two-dimensional code or regenerating the two-dimensional code according to the prompt information of the conference configuration information import failure and displaying the prompt information.
5. A terminal configuration method based on two-dimension codes is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring meeting configuration information corresponding to the newly-built meeting room;
generating a corresponding two-dimensional code according to the conference configuration information;
and feeding back the two-dimension code to a conference terminal, so that the conference terminal calls an image acquisition device to scan and recognize the two-dimension code, and importing conference configuration information corresponding to the two-dimension code to complete configuration.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising, before obtaining meeting configuration information corresponding to the newly created meeting room:
when a conference initiating request is detected, responding to the conference initiating request, and establishing a corresponding conference room;
acquiring authentication information for accessing the newly-built conference room;
acquiring attribute information of a conference management platform and user login information accessed to the conference management platform;
and generating meeting configuration information corresponding to the newly-built meeting room according to the authentication information for accessing the newly-built meeting room, the attribute information of the meeting management platform and the user login information accessed to the meeting management platform.
7. A terminal configuration device based on two-dimensional code is characterized in that the device comprises:
the two-dimension code scanning module is used for calling image acquisition equipment of the terminal to scan the two-dimension code carrying the conference configuration information;
the conference configuration information acquisition module is used for identifying the two-dimension code and acquiring the conference configuration information carried by the two-dimension code;
and the conference configuration information importing module is used for importing the conference configuration information to complete configuration and accessing a conference management platform to which the conference room corresponding to the conference configuration information belongs.
8. A terminal configuration device based on two-dimensional code is characterized in that the device comprises:
the conference room configuration information acquisition module is used for acquiring conference configuration information corresponding to the newly-built conference room;
the two-dimension code generating module is used for generating a corresponding two-dimension code according to the conference configuration information;
and the two-dimension code feedback module is used for feeding the two-dimension code back to the conference terminal, so that the conference terminal calls image acquisition equipment to scan and identify the two-dimension code, and conference configuration information corresponding to the two-dimension code is imported to complete configuration.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
