Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The present embodiment provides an adapter, as shown in fig. 1, including a housing 11, a sleeve 12, a control assembly 13, and a tab 14. The plug bush 12 is located in the housing 11, and the plug bush 12 is electrically connected with the plug sheet 14. The inserting sheet 14 is fixedly connected with the control component 13. The control assembly 13 is configured to control the extension and retraction of the blade 14 at the first side wall 111 of the housing 11.
The housing 11 is a housing portion of the adapter, and is used for accommodating and protecting internal components. As shown in fig. 2, the housing 11 includes a first side wall 111, two second side walls 112, a bottom wall 113, a third side wall 114, and a top wall 115. The first side wall 111 is provided with a blade hole for the blade 14 to pass through. The top wall 115 is provided with jacks for inserting plugs of an electrical appliance, and the jacks may include three-hole jacks and two-hole jacks, and the jacks are positioned corresponding to the plug sockets 14. When the electric appliance is powered, the plug of the electric appliance is inserted into the jack and contacts with the plug bush 14 inside the shell 11.
The plug housing 12 is used to receive a plug of an electrical appliance and to supply power to the electrical appliance. The number of the plug bushes 12 can be 3, namely an L pole plug bush, an N pole plug bush and an E pole plug bush.
The inserting pieces 14 are inserted into the rail inserting sleeves of the rails and take electricity from the rail inserting sleeves. Meanwhile, the insert 14 is electrically connected with the plug bush 12, so that the insert 14 can supply power to the plug bush 12. The number of the inserting pieces 14 can also be 3, namely an L pole inserting piece, an N pole inserting piece and an E pole inserting piece. The three insertion pieces 14 are electrically connected with the insertion sleeves 12 with the same poles respectively. In one possible implementation, the three blades 14 may be arranged in a diagonal manner, so that the adapter is stable when the three blades 14 are inserted into the rail sockets of the rail.
The control component 13 is used for controlling the extension and retraction of the inserting sheet 14 on the first side wall 111 of the housing 11, and the control component 13 can have various implementation forms.
In addition, the adapter provided by the embodiment of the application can further comprise a protection door assembly 17 so as to improve the safety of the adapter.
The present embodiment provides an adapter whose control assembly 13 can control the extension and retraction of the blades 14 on the first side wall 111 of the housing 11, as shown in fig. 2. Thus, as shown in the left sub-figure of fig. 2, when it is desired to slide the adapter on the track, the control assembly 13 can be operated to retract the tabs 14 so that the tabs 14 disengage from the track sleeves and then slide the adapter again, enabling uncharged sliding of the adapter in the track. When the adapter is needed, as shown in the right sub-drawing in fig. 2, the control assembly 13 can be operated to extend the insertion sheet 14, so that the insertion sheet 14 contacts with the rail plug bush, and the insertion sheet 14 takes power from the rail plug bush and supplies power to the plug bush 12. At this time, when a plug of an appliance is inserted into the socket 12, the socket 12 may supply power to the appliance.
Since the insert 14 can extend and retract on the first side wall 111 and the insert 12 is fixed inside the housing 11, the distance between the insert 14 and the insert 12 changes during the movement of the insert. In order to keep the insert 14 electrically connected to the sleeve 12 during the movement, the sleeve 12 and the insert 14 are electrically connected by a flexible connecting wire 15 in a possible implementation manner.
The two ends of the flexible connecting line 15 can be welded on the insert 14 and the insert sleeve 12 respectively. The flexible connection line 15 may also be called a flexible wire, and the length thereof needs to be specially designed so as to support the tab 14 to move to any position without the flexible connection line 15 being broken. The number of the flexible connecting lines 15 can be 3, and the flexible connecting lines are respectively used for connecting the L-pole inserting sheets and the L-pole inserting sleeves, the N-level inserting sheets and the N-pole inserting sleeves, and the E-pole inserting sheets and the E-pole inserting sleeves.
In the following, a possible implementation form of the control assembly 13 is provided:
in one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the control assembly 13 includes a support bracket 131 and two control buttons 132. The support bracket 131 is located inside the housing 11. Two control buttons 132 are respectively located at two sides of the supporting frame 131, the control buttons 132 pass through the second side wall 112 of the housing 11, one end of the control button 132 is located in the supporting frame 131, the other end is located outside the second side wall 112, and the second side wall 112 is perpendicular to the first side wall 111.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the second sidewall 112 has a guiding hole 1121, and the guiding hole 1121 is disposed along the moving direction of the inserting sheet 14. The control button 132 passes through the guide hole 1121 and is slidable in the guide hole 1121.
When the control button 132 slides in the guiding hole 1121, the supporting bracket 131 is driven to synchronously slide along the guiding hole 1121. The inserting sheet 14 is fixed on the supporting frame 131, so the inserting sheet 14 will move synchronously with the control button 132.
As shown in the left sub-drawing of fig. 2, the control button 132 slides to the end of the guide hole 1121 away from the first side wall 111, and the insertion piece 14 is completely retracted into the housing 1. As shown in the right sub-view of fig. 2, when the control button 132 slides to the end of the guiding hole 1121 close to the first side wall 111, the inserting piece 14 is in the limit state of protruding out of the first side wall 111.
In the following, a possible implementation form of the supporting frame 131 is provided:
in one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 5, the support bracket 131 includes a support plate 1311 and two support arms 1312. The two support arms 1312 are respectively fixedly connected to two ends of the support plate 1311, and the support arms 1312 are perpendicular to the support plate 1311. The support plate 1311 is parallel to the first sidewall 111.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the inserting sheet 14 is fixed on the supporting plate 1311. And the non-extending end of the inserting piece 14 passes through the supporting plate 1311, thereby facilitating the electrical connection between the inserting piece 14 and the inserting sleeve 12 through the flexible connecting line 15. In one possible implementation, the insert 14 and the support bracket 131 may be a unitary component formed by an in-mold molding process.
In order to make the support bracket 131 more stable when sliding inside the housing 1, as shown in fig. 5, the support plate 1311 has a limit opening 1314. As shown in fig. 4, a limiting rib 1131 is provided at a corresponding position on the inner surface of the bottom wall 113 of the housing 1, and the limiting opening 1314 is engaged with the limiting rib 1131. Thus, when the supporting frame 131 slides, the supporting frame 131 slides along the limiting rib 1131, and is more stable.
In the following, a possible implementation of the control button 132 is provided:
in one possible implementation, as shown in FIG. 3, the control button 132 includes a button body 1321 and a first spring 1322. As shown in fig. 6, the button body 1321 includes a head 1321a, a neck 1321b, a stopper 1321c, and a catch 1321 d. The head 1321a of the button body 1321 is located outside the housing 11, the neck 1321b passes through the guide hole 1121, the stopper 1321c and the catch 1321d are located inside the housing 11, and the catch 1321d is located inside the support arm 1312.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 7, one end (which may be referred to as a first end) of the button body 1321 is located inside the groove 1313 of the support arm 1312. The side wall of the groove 1313 is provided with a sliding window 1315. The catch 1321d of the button body 1321 is restricted inside the sliding window 1315 and is movable in the sliding window 1315.
One end of the first spring 1322 abuts against the groove bottom of the groove 1313, the other end abuts against the button body 1321, and the first spring 1322 is a compression spring and is always in a compressed state. Thus, when the first spring 1322 is not applied with an external force, the button body 1321 is always in the extended state (i.e., the non-pressed state), that is, the state shown in fig. 6. When the button body 1321 is subjected to an external force, the button body 1321 can move toward the bottom of the groove 1313 until the catch 1321d abuts against the sliding window 1315.
In order to keep the insert 14 stable in the extending state and the retracting state, the insert 14 is prevented from shaking excessively when being subjected to external force. In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the inner surface of the second side wall 112 has a limiting protrusion 1122, and the limiting protrusions 1122 are located at both sides of the guiding hole 1121. When the control button 132 is in a non-pressed state, the control button 132 is engaged with the limit protrusion 1122, and the control button 132 locks the position of the insert sheet 14. When the control button 132 is pressed, the control button 132 is separated from the limit protrusion 1122, and the control button 132 can drive the inserting sheet 14 to extend and retract from the first side wall 111.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, the control button 132 is in a non-pressed state, the limit protrusion 1122 is engaged with the limit portion 1321c of the button body 1321, the control button 132 is limited between the limit protrusion 1122 and the end wall of the guide hole 1121 away from the first side wall 111, and the control button 132 cannot slide in the guide hole 1121, so that the insert sheet 14 cannot be driven to extend, and the insert sheet 14 is in a retraction limit state.
When the control button 132 is slid as needed, the stopper 1321c of the button body 1321 is moved toward the inside of the housing 11 by pressing the control button 132. When the control button 132 is pressed, the limiting portion 1321c is separated from the limiting protrusion 1122, the control button 132 can slide in the guiding hole 1121, and the control button 132 can drive the inserting piece 14 to extend and retract on the first side wall 111.
As shown in fig. 9, when control button 132 slides to make support plate 1311 contact the inner surface of first sidewall 111, support plate 1311 is retained by first sidewall 111, and tab 14 cannot extend further. Then, when the control button 132 is released, the control button 132 is ejected by the elastic force, the limiting portion 1321c is again caught by the limiting protrusion 1122, and the control button 132 is limited between the limiting protrusion 1122 and the end wall of the guide hole 1121 close to the first side wall 111, so that the inserting sheet 14 cannot be retracted any more, and the inserting sheet 14 is in a stable extending limiting state.
In a possible implementation manner, as shown in fig. 4, a separation plate 1132 may be further disposed on the inner surface of the bottom wall 113, and the separation plate 1132 may separate the guide hole 1121 from the plug 12, so as to avoid the electric shock phenomenon caused by the user contacting the plug 12 through the guide hole 1121. The separation plate 1132 may have an L-shaped structure.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 10, the adapter further comprises a resilient catch 16. One end of the elastic buckle 16 is located inside the housing 1, and the other end is extendable and retractable on a third side wall 114 of the housing 1, the third side wall 114 being opposite to the first side wall 111. The elastic buckle 16 is matched with a slide way groove on the track.
The scheme shown in the embodiment of the application is that the elastic buckles 16 matched with the slide grooves are arranged, so that when the elastic buckles 16 are positioned in the slide grooves, the slide grooves can limit the elastic buckles 16 to shake, and the adapter is more stable on the track.
In the following, a possible realization of the elastic buckle 16 is provided:
as shown in fig. 11, the elastic buckle 16 includes a buckle body 161 and a second spring 162, the buckle body 161 includes a through square hole 161a, and a cylinder 161b for the second spring 162 to be sleeved on is disposed on a wall of the square hole 161 a.

Accordingly, three parallel rail insertion holes 2211 may be provided in the rail housing 22.
The track housing 22 is a housing portion of the track for containing and protecting the internal components. Track 22 is provided with track insertion holes 2211 for insertion of the tabs 14 of the adapter.
The scheme shown in the embodiment of the application is parallel to the mounting surface 220 of the rail housing 22 through the rail jack 2211 arranged on the rail housing 22, so that when the rail is mounted on a vertical wall surface, the mounting surface 220 is vertical, and the opening of the rail jack 2211 can be downward, so that external water, oil, dust and the like are not easy to enter the inside of the rail through the rail jack 2211. Also, even if entering the rail insertion hole 2211, it falls down by gravity, and thus, does not cause accumulation.
When the rail is installed on a horizontal plane, the installation surface 220 is parallel, and the opening direction of the rail insertion hole 2211 is horizontal, so that the possibility that external water, oil, dust, and the like enter the inside of the rail is reduced compared to the rail of the related art with an upward opening.
In the following, a possible implementation of the rail housing 22 is provided:
in one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 14, the rail housing 22 includes a socket portion 221 and a slide portion 222. The insertion hole portion 221 is located at one side of the slide way portion 222, and protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the slide way portion 222. The rail insertion hole 2211 is located in the insertion hole portion 221, and opens toward the other side of the slide rail portion 222.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 14, the rail housing 22 includes the above-mentioned insertion hole portion 221 and the slide way portion 222, so that the rail is more stable when being mounted on the mounting surface. Also, when the rail is installed on a vertical installation surface, the top wall of the insertion hole portion may shield external water, oil, dust, and the like, reducing the possibility of entering the insertion hole from the rail insertion hole 2221. The slide portion 222 also provides space for the adapter to slide.
In addition, the wall of the insertion hole 221 except the bottom wall of the rail insertion hole 2211 forms an integral surface, and after the integral surface is covered with oil and dust, the integral surface can be conveniently wiped.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 15, the portion of the slide way portion 222 corresponding to the rail insertion hole 2211 has a sliding surface 2221 on which the adapter slides. The sliding surface 2221 has a support protrusion 2222 on a side away from the insertion hole portion 221, the support protrusion 2222 has a slide groove 2223, and the opening of the slide groove 2223 faces the insertion hole portion 221. The slide groove 2223 is fitted with the elastic buckle 16 of the adapter.
In the solution shown in the embodiment of the present application, a sliding space is provided for the adapter by providing the sliding surface 2221. By providing the support protrusions 2222 on the sliding surface 2221, the adapter can be supported, and the adapter is prevented from falling down by gravity.
Moreover, by providing the sliding groove 2223 on the support protrusion 2222 to match with the elastic buckle 16 of the adapter, when the elastic buckle 16 is located inside the sliding groove 2223, the sliding groove 2223 can limit the shake of the elastic buckle 16, thereby preventing the adapter from being separated from the rail.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 15, the rail insertion hole 2211 may have a certain distance from the sliding surface 2221, so that water, oil, and the like on the sliding surface 2221 are prevented from entering the rail insertion hole 2211.

Also, the rail 2 is made more beautiful by blocking the mounting hole 2226 with the plug 23.
Fig. 16 is an exploded view of a track according to an embodiment of the present application. As can be seen from the figure, the rail includes a rail socket 21, a rail seat 22a, a base 22b, a side cover 22c, a plug 23, a terminal 24, and a socket bracket 25. The rail seat 22a, the base 22b and the side cover 22c together form the rail housing 22. The input end of the connection terminal 24 is electrically connected to an external power supply line, and the output end is electrically connected to the rail plug bush 21, thereby supplying power to the rail plug bush 21. A sleeve support 25 is located inside the rail housing 22 for supporting the rail sleeve 21.
The embodiment of the present application also provides a rail socket, as shown in fig. 17, which includes the adapter 1 and the rail 2 provided in the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 18 to 21, the following describes the use of the rail socket, taking the rail 2 mounted on a wall surface as an example:
(1) installation process of the adapter 1:
first, the blade 14 needs to be retracted inside the housing 1. Then, the adapter 1 is moved toward the track in the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 18. The elastic buckle 16 of the adapter 1 first contacts with the support projection 2222, and since the contact surface is the guide inclined surface 161c, the elastic buckle 16 is gradually retracted, and the adapter 1 continues to move toward the sliding surface 2221. When the elastic buckle 16 moves into the slide groove 2223, since the elastic buckle 16 is no longer pressed, the elastic buckle 16 is extended by the elastic force, and the installation of the adapter 1 is completed.
At this time, the adapter 1 can slide in the rail 1.
(2) The electricity taking process of the adapter 1 is as follows:
first, after the adapter 1 is mounted on the rail 2, the two control buttons 132 are pressed simultaneously to release the engagement state between the control buttons 132 and the limit protrusions 1122, and the control buttons 132 slide upward in the guide holes 1121 to extend the insertion pieces 14, so that the insertion pieces 14 contact with the rail insertion sleeves 21 inside the rail 1 (as shown in fig. 19). After the control buttons 132 move to the upper target position, the two control buttons 132 are released, the two control buttons 132 are clamped with the limiting protrusions 1122 again under the action of the elastic force, and the inserting pieces 14 are in the extending limiting state. Because the inserting sheet 14 is electrically connected with the inserting sleeve 12, the inserting sleeve 12 can take power from the track inserting sleeve 21, and the adapter 1 is in a power taking state.
Furthermore, since the cross-sectional area of the blade 14 is large and the blade 14 and the rail bushing 21 are in double-sided contact, the electrical transmission performance between the rail bushing 21 and the blade 14 is good.
(3) Power-off process of the adapter 1:
when the user does not need to power on the adapter 1, the user presses the two control buttons 132 at the same time to release the engagement between the control buttons 132 and the limiting protrusions 1122, and the control buttons 132 slide downward in the guiding holes 1121 to retract the insertion sheet 14, so that the insertion sheet 14 is separated from the rail insertion sleeve 21, and the adapter 1 is powered off (as shown in fig. 20). After the control buttons 132 move to the lower target position, the two control buttons 132 are released, the two control buttons 132 are clamped with the limiting protrusions 1122 again under the action of the elastic force, and the inserting pieces 14 are in the retraction limiting state.
In the power-off state of the adapter 1, the user can move the adapter 1 arbitrarily on the track 2.
(4) Disassembly process of the adapter 1:
when the user needs to pull out the adapter 1, the adapter 1 is pulled out laterally (as shown in fig. 21) with the adapter 1 in the power-off state, so that the elastic buckle 16 and the sliding groove 2223 are gradually disengaged.
The above description is only exemplary of the present application and should not be taken as limiting, as any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present application should be included in the protection scope of the present application.
