In addition, environmental information, video information and vital sign information are monitored in operation, early warning or alarming is timely carried out when abnormality occurs, and the defect that emergency response is not timely when accidents happen in a limited space is effectively overcome.
In another embodiment of the invention, the environment detection equipment at least comprises a gas sensor, a light sensor, a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor, wherein the sensors are arranged in the limited space and used for measuring the concentration of gases such as carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, oxygen, combustible gas and the like in the limited space in real time; and measuring the conditions of illumination intensity, temperature, humidity and the like in the limited space in real time. Further, the gas sensor may use a four-in-one gas sensor. The illumination intensity in the limited space is monitored, so that various accidents caused by insufficient light can be effectively avoided.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the vital sign monitoring device is a vital sign bracelet, which is worn on the wrist of the operator, and can monitor the heartbeat and pulse of the operator in real time, and the wireless communication device 600 is in wireless communication connection with the restricted space operation safety supervision platform 100, and sends the monitored vital sign information to the restricted space operation safety supervision platform 100, so that the supervision operator can monitor the vital sign information.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the intelligent security supervision system for operation in a restricted space further comprises a hard isolation, the hard isolation surrounds the periphery of the restricted space and forms an isolation area with the restricted space, a security access control system is arranged at an entrance of the hard isolation, the security access control system is connected with the restricted space operation security supervision platform 100 through a wireless communication device 600, the security access control system comprises a gate machine, an access control card reader and an alarm, the access control card reader is connected with the gate machine, the gate machine is opened according to a card reading verification result, a person without authority cannot pass through the verification of the access control card reader and cannot enter the isolation area, and therefore cannot enter the restricted space, an operator firstly needs to swipe a card through the access control card reader at the security access control system, and opens the gate machine to enter the isolation area after the identity is verified; if persons without authority damage the security access control system and break the isolated area, the alarm gives an alarm. On the other hand, the security access control system also has a personnel counting function, the number of the personnel entering and exiting is counted, and once an accident occurs, the number of the trapped personnel in the limited space can be determined.
A supervisor can be arranged in the isolation area, the supervisor can be used for manually verifying the operating personnel entering the isolation area, and after the identity is verified, the manhole sealer is opened, so that the situation that people and cards do not accord with each other is avoided. When entering the limited space, the operator needs to pass through two authentication procedures to ensure the identity of the operator entering the limited space. Specifically, the hard isolation may be an isolation rail, etc., which is not limited in the present invention.
The invention also provides an intelligent safety supervision method for the operation in the limited space, as shown in fig. 4, the method comprises the following steps:
step S401: the video monitoring equipment, the environment detection equipment and the vital sign monitoring equipment collect video information, environment information and vital sign information in the limited space and send the video information, the environment information and the vital sign information to the operation safety supervision platform in the limited space;
step S402: the operation safety supervision platform in the limited space analyzes video information, environmental information and vital sign information according to a preset analysis strategy, generates early warning or alarm information and pushes the early warning or alarm information to terminals of operating personnel and supervision personnel.
Specifically, thresholds of various pieces of information are preset, for example, thresholds of temperature, humidity, and concentrations of various types of gases are respectively set, and once the temperature, humidity, or concentrations of various types of gases are found to exceed the preset thresholds, an early warning or alarm message is generated.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the method for intelligently and safely supervising the operation in the restricted space further includes the following steps:
step S501: the safety access control system verifies the identity of the operator, and sends the identity information of the operator who enters and exits the limited space and the entering and exiting time to a statistical analysis module of the operation safety supervision platform of the limited space;
step S502: the statistical analysis module stores video information, environmental information, operator vital sign information, early warning or alarm information, operator identity information and access time, and performs statistics on the operation information according to a preset statistical strategy to generate a statistical analysis report.
Specifically, the operation information includes information such as risk level conditions of the limited space, emergency events occurring in the limited space, switch conditions of the limited space, hazard factor conditions of the limited space, operation conditions of the limited space, access records of personnel in the limited space, retention time, operation safety inspection conditions, operation safety observation conditions and the like.
According to the operation safety monitoring system and the monitoring method for the limited space, the video monitoring device, the environment detection device and the vital sign monitoring device are arranged in the limited space, so that video images, environment information and vital sign information of operating personnel in the limited space can be monitored in real time, once abnormal conditions occur, rapid alarm can be given, the operating personnel can be evacuated or rescued in time, and the operation safety of the operating personnel is ensured.

An intelligent safety supervision system for operation in a limited space is characterized by comprising a safety supervision platform for operation in the limited space, video monitoring equipment, environment detection equipment, vital sign monitoring equipment, a handheld terminal and wireless communication equipment, wherein the safety supervision platform for operation in the limited space is connected with the video monitoring equipment, the environment detection equipment, the vital sign monitoring equipment and the handheld terminal through the wireless communication equipment;
the video monitoring equipment is arranged in the limited space and used for acquiring video information in the limited space and sending the video information to the operation safety supervision platform in the limited space;
the environment detection equipment is arranged in the limited space and used for detecting environment information and sending the environment information to the operation safety supervision platform of the limited space;
the vital sign monitoring equipment is used for monitoring vital sign information and sending the vital sign information to the restricted space operation safety supervision platform;
the operation safety supervision platform in the limited space is used for receiving and storing the video information, the environmental information and the vital sign information, analyzing the video information, the environmental information and the vital sign information according to a preset analysis strategy, and pushing early warning or alarm information;
and the handheld terminal is connected to the limited space operation safety supervision platform to acquire the video information, the environmental information, the vital sign information and the early warning or alarm information.

The intelligent safety supervision system for the operation in the restricted space according to claim 1, wherein the safety supervision platform for the operation in the restricted space at least comprises an operation safety management and control module, a safety monitoring module, a statistical analysis module and an alarm information pushing module;
the operation safety control module is connected with the statistical analysis module and the alarm information pushing module, and comprises an operation safety plan unit, an operation permission approval unit, an operation condition confirmation unit and an operation process safety observation unit, and is used for making an operation safety plan, performing operation condition confirmation, operation permission approval and operation process safety observation, acquiring operation safety behavior information and operation safety state information, analyzing the operation safety behavior information and the operation safety state information according to a preset analysis strategy, and generating early warning or alarm information;
the safety monitoring module is connected with the statistical analysis module and the alarm information pushing module, comprises an environmental information monitoring unit, a video information monitoring unit and a vital sign information monitoring unit, and is used for receiving, displaying and analyzing the video information, the environmental information and the vital sign information according to a preset analysis strategy to generate early warning or alarm information;
the statistical analysis module is used for storing the video information, the environmental information, the vital sign information and the early warning or alarm information, counting the operation information according to a preset statistical strategy and generating a statistical analysis report;
and the alarm information pushing module is used for pushing the early warning or alarm information to a terminal of an operator or a guardian.
3. The confined space operation intelligent safety supervision system according to claim 1, wherein the environment detection equipment comprises at least a gas sensor, a light sensor, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor.
4. The intelligent safety supervision system for work in a restricted space according to claim 1, wherein the video monitoring device comprises a camera and a network video recorder connected with the camera.

The intelligent safety supervision system for operation in a restricted space according to claim 4, further comprising an audio and video recorder, wherein the audio and video recorder is connected with the safety supervision platform for operation in a restricted space through the wireless communication device.

The intelligent restricted space operation safety supervision system according to claim 1, further comprising a broadcast talkback terminal, wherein the broadcast talkback terminal is arranged in the restricted space and connected with the restricted space operation safety supervision platform through the wireless communication device.

The intelligent safety supervision system for operation in a restricted space according to claim 1, further comprising a manhole sealer and a manhole swipe machine connected with the manhole sealer, wherein the manhole sealer and the manhole swipe machine are arranged at an inlet of the restricted space.

The intelligent safety supervision system for operation in a restricted space according to claim 7, further comprising a hard isolation ring surrounding the periphery of the restricted space to form an isolation area with the restricted space, wherein a safety access control system is arranged at an entrance of the hard isolation ring, and the safety access control system is connected with the safety supervision platform for operation in the restricted space through the wireless communication device.
9. An intelligent safety supervision method for operation in a limited space, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the video monitoring equipment, the environment detection equipment and the vital sign monitoring equipment collect video information, environment information and vital sign information in the limited space and send the video information, the environment information and the vital sign information to the operation safety supervision platform in the limited space; the operation safety supervision platform in the limited space analyzes the video information, the environmental information and the vital sign information according to a preset analysis strategy, generates early warning or alarm information and pushes the early warning or alarm information to terminals of operating personnel and supervision personnel.
10. The intelligent safety supervision method for limited space operations according to claim 9, further comprising:
the safety access control system verifies the identity of the operator, and transmits the identity information and the access time of the operator who enters and exits the limited space to a statistical analysis module of the operation safety supervision platform of the limited space;
the statistical analysis module stores the video information, the environmental information, the vital sign information, the early warning or warning information, the identity information of the operating personnel and the access time, and performs statistics on the operating information according to a preset statistical strategy to generate a statistical analysis report.
