Abstract

The invention provides a block chain-based patent securitization trading support system and a trading method thereof, which construct an ABS ecological trust mechanism by means of a block chain technology and combine a block chain and patent asset securitization to form a block chain-based patent securitization platform. The SPV platform is used as a special purpose company to isolate patent income from the operation condition of enterprises through real sale and bankruptcy isolation. The SPV evaluates and packages different patent assets, and then delivers the patent assets to underwriters for sale of securities through credit rating and credit increasing organization processing. Each time a patent is granted, funds flow into the SPV; the SPV then pays interest to the investor and pays principal to the investor periodically according to the preset rules. The related asset information and cash flow of the platform are written into a block chain, traceable and verifiable historical records and predictable and stable future cash flow can be obtained, the problem of opaque underlying assets is effectively solved, and online communication flow simplification and penetrating supervision of a supervision mechanism are realized.

The patent securities market itself also has many pain points, and mainly has the following four problems:
patent assets are poor in mobility and difficult to convert known products into assets. The process is complicated, and the operation period is long: in the process of securitization of assets, not only asset evaluation but also asset packaging involve the benefits of all participants, the traditional mode is to coordinate all the parties through negotiation, the whole business link relates to dozens of support files, the making process is repeatedly modified, time is consumed for auditing and issuing documents, and the efficiency is low. And (III) the information is not symmetrically transparent, and the basic property is not transparent. A patent securitization trading method of a block chain-based patent securitization trading support system comprises the following steps:
(1) creating a user node, an SPV platform node, a credit rating mechanism node, a credit increasing mechanism node and an underwriting mechanism node which are used for participating in patent transaction on a block chain;
(2) the user applies for future patent application permission to the SPV platform, the SPV platform returns price information to the user according to the rules of the patent pool, and the transaction record is linked up after agreement is reached; the SPV platform realizes real-time payment settlement by using a distributed account book technology, all information is stored in nodes owned and managed by benefit relatives, and the unification of data of each node is ensured through a block chain consensus mechanism;

2. A patent securitization transaction method based on the block chain-based patent securitization transaction support system of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
