the one end of guiding axle (6) with first fixed plate (1) is connected, the other end of guiding axle (6) with second fixed plate (2) are connected, be provided with walking beam (5) on guiding axle (6), be provided with on walking beam (5) a plurality of wire harness support (9), walking beam (5) through first bearing (7) with guiding axle (6) sliding connection.
2. The wire harness bending tester according to claim 1, wherein the material of the first fixing plate (1) and the second fixing plate (2) is aluminum alloy.
3. The wire harness bending tester according to claim 1, wherein the movable beam (5) is provided with a joint bearing (8), one end of the joint bearing (8) is connected with the driving device (11), and the other end of the joint bearing (8) is connected with the movable beam (5).
4. The wire harness bending tester according to claim 1, wherein the fixed beam (4) and the movable beam (5) are sheet metal parts.
5. The wire harness bending tester according to claim 1, wherein the fixed column (3) is provided with a plurality of first threaded holes, and the first threaded holes are used for adjusting the heights of the fixed beam (4) and the movable beam (5).
6. A machine according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that said fixed beam (4) is provided with a plurality of second threaded holes for adjusting the position of said wire harness support (9).
7. A machine according to claim 1, wherein there are two guide shafts (6).
8. A machine according to claim 1, wherein the first bearing (7) is a linear bearing adapted to reciprocate at high speed.
9. The wire harness bending tester according to claim 1, wherein the plurality of wire harness supports (9) are solid vehicle parts, and the installation angles of the plurality of wire harness supports (9) are the same as the installation angles of the vehicle internal supports.
10. A machine according to claim 3, wherein said drive means (11) operates at a frequency of 2.5 HZ.
