The leveling device according to claim 2, wherein a column (123) is convexly arranged in the middle of the upper end of the supporting seat (12), the column (123) is a cylinder or a regular prism, the first stud (122) is convexly arranged at the upper end of the column (123), the center line of the column (123), the axis of the first stud (122) and the axis of the supporting seat (12) are coincided with each other in three lines, and the plumb line (14) is arranged on the side wall of the column (123).

The leveling device according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the plumb line instrument (14) comprises a housing (141), a hanging block (142) and a hanging line (143), the housing (141) is a straight-bar-shaped groove body which is vertically installed on the side wall of the column body (123) and the notch of the groove body is away from the column body (123), the hanging line (143) and the hanging block (142) are both arranged in the housing (141), one end of the perpendicular line is fixedly connected with the middle part of the top end in the housing (141), and the lower end of the perpendicular line is fixedly connected with the hanging block (142) and suspends the hanging block (142) in the housing (141).

The leveling device according to claim 1, further comprising a plurality of flexible elastic members (15), wherein the plurality of flexible elastic members (15) are disposed between the base (11) and the supporting base (12) and are spaced around the periphery of the rotating head (111), and two ends of each flexible elastic member (15) are respectively connected with one end of the supporting base (12) and one end of the base (11) close to each other.
8. Levelling device according to claim 7 characterized in that the flexible elastic member (15) is a spring.

The leveling device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, 7 and 8, wherein the locking member (13) comprises a connecting block (131) and locking bolts (132), the connecting block (131) is mounted at the lower end edge of the support base (12) and is provided with a first screw hole in threaded engagement with the locking bolt (132), the first screw hole penetrates through the corresponding connecting block (131) and faces the rotating head (111), each locking bolt (132) penetrates through the corresponding first screw hole and is in threaded engagement with the corresponding connecting block (131), and the threaded end of the locking bolt (132) faces the rotating head (111), a plurality of the locking bolts (132) are tightened until the threaded end thereof contacts the rotating head (111) and clamps the rotating head (111) at the lower end of the support base (12), loosening a plurality of said locking bolts (132) to a threaded end thereof away from said rotor head (111), and loosening said rotor head (111).
10. GNSS equipment, which is characterized in that it comprises a GNSS support (2), a GNSS receiver (3) and a leveling device (1) as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the lower end of the base (11) is concavely provided with a second screw hole (112), the upper end of the GNSS support (2) is convexly provided with a second screw bolt (21) matched with the second screw hole (112) and is in threaded connection with the second screw hole and is in threaded connection with the first screw bolt (122), and the lower end of the GNSS receiver (3) is provided with a third screw hole (31) matched with the first screw bolt (122) and is in threaded connection with the first screw bolt and the second screw bolt.
