背景技术
潜水泵是一种用途非常广泛的水处理工具,与普通的抽水机不同的是它工作在水下,而抽水机大多工作在地面上,潜水泵包括立式潜水泵和卧式潜水泵,卧式潜水泵相对于立式潜水泵,其吸干效果更好,卧式潜水泵通常包含泵体、电机、叶轮,所述泵体上设置有进水口和出水口,电机启动带动叶轮转动,带动水从进水口进入,然后从出水口排出,水流通道是通过泵体内部的中空部分形成的通道,开泵前,吸入管和泵内必须充满液体开泵后,叶轮高速旋转,其中的液体随着叶片一起旋转,在离心力的作用下,飞离叶轮向外射出,射出的液体在泵壳扩散室内速度逐渐变慢,压力逐渐增加,然后从泵出水口、排出管流出,在叶片中心处由于液体被甩向周围而形成既没有空气又没有液体的真空低压区,液池中的液体在池面大气压的作用下,经吸入管流入泵内,液体就是这样连续不断地从液池中被抽吸上来又连续不断地从排出管流出。
普通卧式潜水泵需要人工控制电源开关去控制潜水泵工作与停止,否则潜水泵会连续工作,当抽水的水位降低到一定的高度时,会出现干运转,导致密封件受损,水渗透到入电机内部,使电机烧坏,为了解决该问题,现在也出现了一些自动潜水泵,可以根据液位高低自动控制潜水泵工作和停止,提高了安全性和可靠性。
但现有的自动卧式潜水泵,是根据浮球上升和下降的高度,来控制潜水泵开始工作和停止,当水位上升至一定的高度时,浮球带动转子,转子带动开关,使开关的两银触点相接触导通,潜水泵得电,开始抽水,当水位下降至一定的高度时,浮球带动转子,转子带动开关,使开关的两银触点断开,水泵停止工作,此种控制结构的开关弹片易发热出现变形而失效,且水位在上升和下降的过程中浮球存在卡死风险,安全性和可靠性低,且结构较复杂,不易实现,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种卧式自动潜水泵用以解决上述存在的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种卧式自动潜水泵,包括电容式液位传感器、电路板和电机,电容式液位传感器设置在该卧式自动潜水泵的壳体内,电容式液位传感器用于检测该卧式自动潜水泵的壳体外的液位高度,电容式液位传感器的输出端接电路板的输入端,电机的控制端接电路板的输出端,电路板用于根据电容式液位传感器的检测信号相应地控制电机工作或停止。
进一步的,所述电容式液位传感器的数量为两个,分别用于检测停止水位和启动水位,电容式液位传感器设置在电路板上。

为进一步说明各实施例,本发明提供有附图。这些附图为本发明揭露内容的一部分,其主要用以说明实施例,并可配合说明书的相关描述来解释实施例的运作原理。配合参考这些内容,本领域普通技术人员应能理解其他可能的实施方式以及本发明的优点。图中的组件并未按比例绘制,而类似的组件符号通常用来表示类似的组件。
现结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进一步说明。
如图1-7所示,一种卧式自动潜水泵,包括过滤吸头组件100、泵腔组件200和电机组件300,泵腔组件200设有连通泵腔的第一进水口2011、第一出水口2013和安装口2012,过滤吸头组件100设置在泵腔组件200的第一进水口2011上,电机组件300密封设置在安装口2012上,且电机组件300的叶轮304伸入到泵腔2014内。
本具体实施例中,电机组件300包括电容式液位传感器301、电路板302、电机303、电机罩305和电机后壳306,电机罩305的后端(图1中的右端)开口设置,电机后壳306密封盖设在电机罩305的开口上。
优选的,本实施例中,电机后壳306与电机罩305采用双超声线结构307进行超声焊接而固定在一起,防水效果更好,但并不限于此,在其它实施例中,电机后壳306与电机罩305也可以采用其它固定方式进行密封固定在一起。
电容式液位传感器301、电路板302和电机303均设置在电机后壳306与电机罩305内部,电容式液位传感器301用于检测该卧式自动潜水泵的壳体外的液位高度,电容式液位传感器301的输出端接电路板302的输入端,电机303的控制端接电路板302的输出端,电路板302用于根据电容式液位传感器301的检测信号相应地控制电机303工作或停止,从而自动控制该卧式自动潜水泵工作和关闭,使用便捷,安全性高,且采用电容式液位传感器,结构简单,易于实现,成本低,可靠性高,使用寿命长;此外,将电容式液位传感器301设置在电机组件300内部,线路结构简单,易于组装和密封,降低成本,但并不限于此,在其它实施例中,电容式液位传感器301也可以设置在该卧式自动潜水泵的其它合适位置。电容式液位传感器301可以采用市面上现有的各种电容式液位传感器,此是本领域技术人员可以轻易实现的,不再细说。
本具体实施例中,所述电容式液位传感器301的数量为两个,上下间隔设置,分别用于检测停止水位和启动水位,采用两个电容式液位传感器301来分别检测停止水位和启动水位,使得自动控制更合理可靠,效果更好,但并不限于此。
本具体实施例中,两个电容式液位传感器301固定设置在电路板302上,结构简单、紧凑、简洁,便于组装,但并不限于此。
叶轮304设置在电机罩305外部的前端(图3的左端),电机303的转轴穿过电机罩305而与叶轮304固定连接,电机303的转轴采用油封结构308进行密封,密封效果好,防水性好,但并不限于此。
当然,在其它实施例中,电机组件300也可以采用其它结构来实现。
本具体实施例中,泵腔组件200包括泵腔壳体201和泵座202,泵腔壳体201设有连通泵腔2014的第一进水口2011、第一出水口2013(即该卧式自动潜水泵的出水口)和安装口2012,过滤吸头组件100设置在泵腔组件200的第一进水口2011上,电机组件300密封设置在安装口2012上,且电机组件300的叶轮304伸入到泵腔2014内,泵腔壳体201设置在泵座202上,且可相对于泵座202转动以调整第一出水口2013的朝向,泵座202设有安装孔,用于将该卧式自动潜水泵进行固定安装,安装后,可以通过转动泵腔壳体201来调整第一出水口2013的朝向,使用便捷。
本具体实施例中,泵腔壳体201大致呈圆筒状结构,第一进水口2011和安装口2012分别设置在沿其轴向的两个端面(图3的左右端面)上,第一出水口2013设置在周面上,结构简单紧凑,但并不限于此。
具体的,本实施例中,所述泵座202设有一两端(图3的左右端)贯通的安装腔2021,泵腔壳体201的右端可360°转动地安装在安装腔2021内,使得第一出水口2013的朝向可以360°旋转,结构简单紧凑,但并不限于此。
优选的,本实施例中,所述泵腔壳体201与泵座202采用卡扣连接进行可360°转动连接,易于实现,且拆装便捷,但并不以此为限,在其它实施例中,也可以采用现有的其它可转动的连接结构来实现。
具体的,本实施例中,泵腔壳体201的右端设有卡勾2014,安装腔2021设有环形的卡环2022,泵腔壳体201通过卡勾2014卡勾在卡环2022上而可360°转动连接,但并不以此为限,在其它实施例中,泵腔壳体201与泵座202也可以采用现有的其它卡扣结构来实现。
本具体实施例中,卡勾2014的数量为多个,间隔设置形成环形状,使得连接更稳定。
本具体实施例中,泵腔壳体201与安装腔2021之间还设有密封圈203进行密封,提高防水性能。
电机组件300的左端穿过安装腔2021从安装口2012伸入,使叶轮304伸入到泵腔2014内,电机组件300与泵座202采用卡扣连接而实现可拆卸,方便装配、拆卸清洗和更换配件,且结构简单,易于实现,但并不限于此。
具体的,本实施例中,电机罩305设有卡块3051,安装腔2021设有相对应的卡槽2023,电机罩305通过转动使卡块3051卡设在卡槽2023而与泵座202可拆卸连接,但并不以此为限。
电机罩305与泵腔壳体201之间通过密封圈309进行密封,提高防水效果,且电机罩305与泵腔壳体201可相对转动,而电机罩305与泵座202被卡块3051卡设在卡槽2023而限制转动,从而泵腔壳体201的转动,不会带动电机组件300转动而影响电容式液位传感器301的水位检测。
所述过滤吸头组件100包括吸头壳体101和过滤网102,吸头壳体101设有第二出水口1012和第二进水口1011(该卧式自动潜水泵的进水口),第二出水口1012设置在吸头壳体101的右端面,第二进水口1011设置在吸头壳体101的底面,过滤网102设置在第二进水口1011上,过滤吸头组件100的第二出水口1012与泵腔组200件的第一进水口2011密封连接,过滤吸头组件100可相对于泵腔组件200转动以调整第二进水口1011的朝向,使用便捷。
进一步的,所述过滤吸头组件100与泵腔组件200可拆卸连接,方便装配、拆卸清洗和更换配件。
优选的,本实施例中,所述过滤吸头组件100与泵腔组件200采用卡扣连接,结构简单,易于拆装,但并不限于此,在其它实施例中,过滤吸头组件100与泵腔组件200也可以采用现有的其它可拆卸结构来连接。
具体的,本实施例中,泵腔壳体201设有卡扣2015,吸头壳体101的第二出水口1012内设有环形的卡环1013,滤吸头组件100通过卡扣2015转动卡设在卡环1013上而与泵腔组件200可拆卸连接,且可360°转动,但并不限于此。
本具体实施例中,卡勾2015的数量为多个,间隔设置形成环形状,使得连接更稳定,且易于加工。
优选的,本具体实施例中,所述过滤网102为弧面结构,吸干性能更好。
进一步的,本具体实施例中,所述过吸头壳体101具有连通第二出水口1012和第二进水口1011的腔体1014,腔体1014顶部的腔壁上设有排气孔103,排气孔103上设有单向出气阀结构,有效的解决困气问题,提高吸水性能。
本具体实施例中,单向出气阀结构由设置在排气孔103内的排气阀105以及活动设置在排气阀105上的排气珠104来实现,具体结构参见图3,结构简单,成本低,但并不限于此。
优选的,本具体实施例中,所述第一出水口2013上设有快接接头,便于排水管拆装,使用便捷。
具体的,本实施例中,快接接头包括接头205和锁母206,接头205与锁母206转动连接,锁母206与第一出水口2013螺纹连接,从而将接头205与第一出水口2013密封连接固定。接头205可以是各种接头。
进一步的,本实施例中,接头205内还设有单向止回阀207,防止潜水泵停止工作后管道内液体回流到泵腔内。
使用时,当电容式液位传感器301检测到水位达到启动水位时,电路板302控制电机303工作,从而该卧式自动潜水泵工作进行抽水;当电容式液位传感器301检测到水位降至停止水位后,电路板302延时一段时间(如15s,很好的保证了吸干性)后控制电机303停止,从而该卧式自动潜水泵停止工作,避免出现干运转,使用便捷,安全性高,且采用电容式液位传感器,结构简单,易于实现,成本低,可靠性高,使用寿命长。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种卧式自动潜水泵,其特征在于:包括电容式液位传感器、电路板和电机,电容式液位传感器设置在该卧式自动潜水泵的壳体内,电容式液位传感器用于检测该卧式自动潜水泵的壳体外的液位高度,电容式液位传感器的输出端接电路板的输入端,电机的控制端接电路板的输出端,电路板用于根据电容式液位传感器的检测信号相应地控制电机工作或停止。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卧式自动潜水泵,其特征在于:所述电容式液位传感器的数量为两个,分别用于检测停止水位和启动水位,电容式液位传感器设置在电路板上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卧式自动潜水泵,其特征在于:该卧式自动潜水泵包括过滤吸头组件、泵腔组件和电机组件,泵腔组件设有连通泵腔的第一进水口和安装口,过滤吸头组件设置在泵腔组件的第一进水口上,电容式液位传感器、电路板和电机设置在电机组件内,电机组件密封设置在安装口上,且电机组件的叶轮伸入到泵腔内,泵腔组件包括泵腔壳体和泵座,泵腔壳体上设有连通泵腔的第一出水口,泵腔壳体设置在泵座上,且可相对于泵座转动以调整第一出水口的朝向。
4.根据权利要求3所述的卧式自动潜水泵,其特征在于:所述泵座设有一两端贯通的安装腔,泵腔壳体的一端可转动地安装在安装腔内,泵腔壳体与泵座采用卡扣连接。
5.根据权利要求3所述的卧式自动潜水泵,其特征在于:所述过滤吸头组件设有第二出水口和第二进水口,过滤吸头组件的第二出水口与泵腔组件的第一进水口密封连接,过滤吸头组件可相对于泵腔组件转动以调整过第二进水口的朝向。
6.根据权利要求5所述的卧式自动潜水泵,其特征在于:所述过滤吸头组件与泵腔组件卡接而可拆卸连接,过滤吸头组件的进水口设有过滤网,过滤网为弧面结构。
7.根据权利要求5所述的卧式自动潜水泵,其特征在于:所述过滤吸头组件具有连通第二出水口和第二进水口的腔体,腔体顶部的腔壁上设有排气孔,排气孔上设有单向出气阀结构。
8.根据权利要求4所述的卧式自动潜水泵,其特征在于:所述电机组件可拆卸地密封设置在安装口上。
9.根据权利要求8所述的卧式自动潜水泵,其特征在于:所述电机组件与泵座卡扣连接而可拆卸地密封设置在安装口上。
10.根据权利要求3所述的卧式自动潜水泵,其特征在于:所述第一出水口上设有快接接头。
