Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of packaging paper, relates to a production process of paperboard, and particularly relates to a production process of highlight paperboard, which comprises the following steps: coating a transfer glue layer on a BOPP film after surface corona pretreatment, compounding the BOPP film with board paper, drying at 90-120 ℃ for 4-7 s, and then standing and balancing for not less than 24 h; and stripping the BOPP film at a constant speed, putting the stripped board card paper into a printer, and printing a coating on the surface of the transfer adhesive layer to form a protective layer. Another object of the present invention is to apply the prepared high-gloss board card paper as frame paper. The invention does not need to additionally purchase equipment and devices such as an aluminum plating machine, an aluminum foil and the like, is simple to operate, can be repeatedly put into use after the stripped BOPP film is finished, and has the advantages of low cost and the like. The highlight board card paper prepared by the process disclosed by the invention adopts different colors in the patterns of the protective layer, so that the decorative effect is excellent and difficult to imitate; the frame paper is used for product packaging, and can meet the higher requirements of consumers on internal packaging.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of packaging paper, relates to a production process and application of paperboard, and particularly relates to a production process of high-gloss paperboard and frame paper made of the high-gloss paperboard.
Background
The inside frame paper of traditional product package has two main effects mostly, and one is that separate the product of difference in same packing, or divide into different groups with the product of inside, and its second utilizes the intensity of frame paper itself when separating the interior product of packing carton, does further protection to the interior product of packing carton to play the effect of two faces about supporting the packing carton inside the packing carton. The frame paper is widely used for packaging products such as medicines, stationery, cosmetics, tobacco and the like.
Frame paper can be generally divided into three types according to the production process: white card printing type frame paper, transfer printing frame paper and composite printing frame paper. The white card printing frame paper is characterized in that the white card printing frame paper is manufactured by printing (or coating) raw paper of common frame paper by ink (or paint) and then carrying out subsequent processing such as slitting, embossing and the like; the transfer printing frame paper is characterized in that a PET or BOPP transfer film is coated with a transfer coating, the transfer coating is compounded with base paper after vacuum aluminum plating, then the coating (or printing) coating (or coating) is stripped, and then the transfer printing frame paper is manufactured by subsequent processing such as slitting, embossing and the like; the composite printing frame paper is made up by using base paper and aluminium foil (or PET/BOPP aluminium-plated film) through the processes of direct compounding, printing (or coating) by means of printing ink (or paint), cutting and embossing, etc. The defects of the prior frame paper production process are as follows: the white card printing type frame paper has a common decorative effect, the decorative effects of the transfer printing frame paper and the composite printing frame paper are good, but the production process of the transfer printing frame paper is complex, and the consumption of resources of the composite printing frame paper is large.
The development and development of safe and green frame paper with good decorative effect is one of the technical problems to be solved urgently in the packaging industry.

A production process of highlight board card paper comprises the following steps of coating a transfer glue layer on the surface of a BOPP film, compounding the BOPP film with board card paper, peeling off the BOPP film, and printing a protective layer, wherein the production process comprises the following steps:
A. after the surface of the BOPP film is subjected to corona pretreatment, uniformly coating a water-based transfer adhesive on a rubber roller, and drying to form a transfer adhesive layer, wherein the water-based transfer adhesive comprises 10-20 parts by mass of styrene-butyl acrylate copolymer, 10-20 parts by mass of styrene-acrylate copolymer, 40-60 parts by mass of ammonia water, 10-20 parts by mass of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5-1 part by mass of simethicone and 1-3 parts by mass of water-based hydrophobing agent;
B. compounding the coated BOPP film and the board card paper, drying at 90-120 ℃ for 4-7 s, and then standing and balancing for not less than 24 h;
C. transferring the balanced board card paper into a stripping machine to strip the BOPP film at a constant speed of 140-160 m/min;
D. putting the stripped board card paper into a printing machine, printing a coating on the surface of the transfer glue layer to form a protective layer, and drying at 90-130 ℃ for 9-15 s to obtain the high-gloss board card paper, wherein the dry coating amount of the coating is 1.5-2.5 g/m2。
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the dry coating amount of the aqueous transfer adhesive in the step A is 1.5-2.5 g/m2。
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the water transfer glue in the step A comprises, by mass, 17 parts of styrene-butyl acrylate copolymer, 20 parts of styrene-acrylate copolymer, 45 parts of ammonia water, 15 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 1 part of simethicone and 2 parts of water-based hydrophobing agent.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the machine speed in step C is 150 m/min.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the printing machine in step D is an intaglio printing machine.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the paint in step D is gloss oil, or resin is used as solvent, and coating materials of dyes or pigments with different colors are added, or any one of gold, silver, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple and black or ink mixed in any ratio is added.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in step D, the protective layer is divided into two layers, the upper layer is a pattern layer, and the lower layer is a full-tone silver layer; further, the pattern layer is printed by ink mixed with any one or more of gold, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple and black in any proportion.
Another object of the present invention is to apply the prepared high-gloss board card paper as frame paper.
Advantageous effects
The production process disclosed by the invention has the advantages that an aluminum plating machine, an aluminum foil and other equipment and devices are not required to be additionally purchased, the operation is simple, the stripped BOPP film can be repeatedly put into use after being finished, the cost is low and the like. The highlight board card paper prepared by the process disclosed by the invention adopts different colors in the patterns of the protective layer, so that the decorative effect is excellent and difficult to imitate; the frame paper is used for product packaging, and can meet the higher requirements of consumers on internal packaging.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
Example 1
A production process of highlight board card paper is realized through the following steps:
(1) after carrying out surface corona pretreatment on a BOPP original film with the thickness of 16 microns, coating a layer of uniform water-based glue on the surface of the BOPP film, coating the water-based glue with the dry weight of 2.5g, compounding the water-based glue with cigarette white cardboard with the gram weight of 225 g/square meter, at the machine speed of 110m/min and the drying temperature of 120 ℃, wherein the water-based glue consists of 18 parts of styrene-butyl acrylate copolymer, 15 parts of styrene-acrylate copolymer, 50 parts of ammonia water, 15 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 1 part of dimethyl silicone oil and 1 part of water-based hydrophobic agent;
(2) carrying out balance treatment on the dried paperboard of the composite board for 24 hours, and then peeling the paperboard at a constant speed of 150m/min by using peeling equipment;
(3) the stripped highlight white cardboard is extruded by three rollers through a gluing part of a compound machine, a layer of gloss oil is uniformly coated on the surface, the coating dry weight is 1 g/square meter, the machine speed is 70m/min, and the drying temperature is 120 ℃;
(4) and cooling the semi-finished product for 12h, peeling and cutting to obtain a reel product, wherein the surface of the reel product is pure white high-gloss white cardboard, and the cutting width is determined according to a cigarette case and can be 75mm, 95mm and the like.
And (3) putting the prepared reel highlight white cardboard into a cigarette packaging machine, and automatically die-cutting and sticking to obtain the hard box cigarette frame paper.
Example 2
A production process of highlight board card paper is realized through the following steps:
(1) after carrying out surface corona pretreatment on a BOPP original film with the thickness of 16 microns, coating a layer of uniform water-based glue on the surface of the BOPP film, coating the water-based glue with the dry weight of 2.5g, compounding the water-based glue with cigarette white cardboard with the gram weight of 225 g/square meter, and drying at the temperature of 120 ℃, wherein the water-based glue consists of 17 parts of styrene-butyl acrylate copolymer, 20 parts of styrene-acrylate copolymer, 45 parts of ammonia water, 15 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 1 part of dimethyl silicone oil and 2 parts of water-based hydrophobic agent;

(3) printing a silver ink layer on the stripped highlight board card paper by a printer by using a 200-line 40-micron screen roller, drying for 9s at the temperature of 90 ℃, wherein the dry coating amount is 3.5g/m2Printing a red ink layer on a pattern roller, drying for 9s at 130 ℃, wherein the dry coating amount is 0.8g/m2;
(4) And cooling the semi-finished product for 12 hours, peeling and cutting to obtain a finished product, wherein the surface of the finished product is the white cardboard with high gloss patterns.
The prepared white cardboard with high gloss patterns can be used as frame paper.
Example 3
A production process of highlight board card paper comprises the following steps:
A. after the surface of the BOPP film is subjected to corona pretreatment, uniformly coating a water-based transfer adhesive on a rubber roller, and drying to form a transfer adhesive layer, wherein the water-based transfer adhesive comprises 20 parts by mass of styrene-butyl acrylate copolymer, 20 parts by mass of styrene-acrylate copolymer, 60 parts by mass of ammonia water, 20 parts by mass of polydimethylsiloxane, 1 part by mass of simethicone and 3 parts by mass of water-based hydrophobing agent;
B. compounding the coated BOPP film and the board card paper, drying at 110 ℃ for 7s, and then standing and balancing for not less than 24 h;
C. transferring the balanced board card paper into a stripping machine to strip the BOPP film at a constant speed of 160 m/min;
D. the peeled boardPutting the paperboard into a gravure printing machine, printing a coating on the surface of the transfer glue layer to form a protective layer, and drying at 130 ℃ for 9s to obtain the high-gloss paperboard, wherein the dry coating amount of the coating is 2.5g/m2。
The prepared highlight board card paper can be used as frame paper.
Example 4
A production process of highlight board card paper comprises the following steps of coating a transfer glue layer on the surface of a BOPP film, compounding the BOPP film with board card paper, peeling off the BOPP film, and printing a protective layer, wherein the production process comprises the following steps:
A. after the surface of the BOPP film is subjected to corona pretreatment, uniformly coating a water-based transfer adhesive on a rubber roller, and drying to form a transfer adhesive layer, wherein the water-based transfer adhesive comprises 15 parts by mass of styrene-butyl acrylate copolymer, 15 parts by mass of styrene-acrylate copolymer, 50 parts by mass of ammonia water, 15 parts by mass of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.8 part by mass of simethicone and 2 parts by mass of water-based hydrophobing agent;
B. compounding the coated BOPP film and the board card paper, drying at 110 ℃ for 6s, and then standing and balancing for not less than 24 h;
C. transferring the balanced board card paper into a stripping machine to strip the BOPP film at a constant speed of 150 m/min;
D. putting the stripped board card paper into a gravure printing machine, printing a coating on the surface of the transfer glue layer to form a protective layer, and drying at 100 ℃ for 14s to obtain the high-gloss board card paper, wherein the dry coating amount of the coating is 1.8g/m2。
The prepared highlight board card paper can be used as frame paper.
Example 5
A production process of highlight board card paper comprises the following steps of coating a transfer glue layer on the surface of a BOPP film, compounding the BOPP film with board card paper, peeling off the BOPP film, and printing a protective layer, wherein the production process comprises the following steps:
A. after the surface of the BOPP membrane is subjected to corona pretreatment, uniformly coating an aqueous transfer adhesive on a rubber roller, and drying to form a transfer adhesive layer, wherein the aqueous transfer adhesive comprises 18 parts by mass of styrene-butyl acrylate copolymer, 18 parts by mass of styrene-acrylate copolymer, 55 parts by mass of ammonia water, 18 parts by mass of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.8 part by mass of simethicone and 2 parts by mass of an aqueous hydrophobing agent;
B. compounding the coated BOPP film and the board card paper, drying at 110 ℃ for 6s, and then standing and balancing for not less than 24 h;
C. transferring the balanced board card paper into a stripping machine to strip the BOPP film at a constant speed of 150 m/min;
D. putting the stripped board card paper into a gravure printing machine, printing a coating on the surface of the transfer glue layer to form a protective layer, and drying at 110 ℃ for 13s to obtain the high-gloss board card paper, wherein the dry coating amount of the coating is 1.8g/m2。
The prepared highlight board card paper can be used as frame paper.
