The invention solves the technical problems of slurry leakage, unfirm connection and complex operation of the existing fabricated concrete member steel bar sleeve pouring connection, which cause construction difficulty. The product is as follows: the pouring paste slurry is prepared from cement, quartz sand, water, a thickening agent, silica fume, an expanding agent and a water reducing agent. The method comprises the following steps: sequentially adding quartz sand, cement, silica fume and an expanding agent into a stirrer, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed dry material; uniformly mixing water, a thickening agent and a water reducing agent to obtain a mixed liquid; and thirdly, adding the mixed liquid into the mixed dry materials in batches, and stirring to obtain the perfusion paste.
