Example 1
The lipstick cap filling equipment shown in figure 1 comprises a workbench, a box cap feeding device 1, a box cap blanking device 2 and a box cap pushing device 3, wherein the box cap feeding device 1, the box cap blanking device 2 and the box cap pushing device 3 are fixed on the workbench; the box cover feeding devices 1 are multiple, the box cover feeding devices 1 are respectively positioned at two sides of the box cover pushing device 3, and discharge ports of the box cover feeding devices 1 are respectively connected with feed ports of the box cover blanking devices 2; the discharge hole of the box cover blanking device 2 is connected with the box cover pushing device 3.
The flow direction of the products of the lipstick box base and the lipstick box cover is as follows: a box cover feeding device 1, a box cover blanking device 2 and a box cover pushing device 3.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram showing the structure of the lipstick case base and cover. The lipstick box base a is in a cylindrical step shape, and the cylindrical outer surface at the upper end of the lipstick box base is sleeved in a box cover inner hole c of the box cover b. The box cover feeding device 1 is used for feeding the lipstick box cover b in a stepped manner; the box cover blanking device 2 is used for blanking the lipstick box cover b; the box cover pushing device 3 is used for feeding the lipstick box base a and pushing the lipstick box cover b and the lipstick box base a.

As shown in fig. 5, the box cover conveying mechanism 14 includes a box cover conveying rack 141, a box cover conveying driving assembly 142, a box cover conveying conveyor belt assembly 143, and a box cover conveying rib 144; the box cover conveying rack 141 and the box cover conveying driving assembly 142 are both fixed on the box cover feeding rack 11; the output end of the box cover conveying driving component 142 is connected with a box cover conveying conveyor belt component 143; the box cover conveying rib 144 is fixed on the box cover conveying rack 141, and the box cover conveying rib 144 is respectively connected with the box cover stepped feeding mechanism 13 and the box cover blanking device 2; the box cover conveying flange 144 comprises a feeding section flange 1441 and a discharging section flange 1442; the distance between the baffle 1441 of the feeding section and the front end face of the foremost step feeding movable plate 135 is larger than the diameter of the outer cylinder of one lipstick box cover and smaller than the diameter of the outer cylinders of two lipstick box covers; one end of the discharging section rib 1442 is connected with the feeding section rib 1441, and the other end of the discharging section rib 1442 is connected with the box cover blanking device 2.
Lid loading attachment 1 in the course of the work: 1) placing a plurality of lipstick cases into the case cover feeding box 12; 2) the lipstick box cover slides downwards along the inclined plane of the box cover feeding box 12 to the position where the lowest part of the box cover feeding box 12 is connected with the stepped feeding movable plate 135; 3) the stepped upper top cylinder assembly 131 contracts, the top end of the inclined surface of the stepped feeding movable plate 135 at the last side is in contact with the lowest part of the box cover feeding box 12, and the lipstick box cover slides into the stepped feeding movable plate 135 at the last side along the inclined surface of the stepped feeding movable plate 135 at the last side from the lowest part of the box cover feeding box 12; 4) the step upper top cylinder assembly 131 extends out, and the last step feeding movable plate 135 moves upwards to a position connected with the last step feeding fixed plate 134; 5) the bottom end of the slope of the last-side step feeding movable plate 135 contacts with the top end of the slope of the last-side step feeding fixed plate 134, and the lipstick case cover slides into the last-side step feeding fixed plate 134 from the last-side step feeding movable plate 135 along the slope of the last-side step feeding fixed plate 134; 6) the step upper top cylinder assembly 131 contracts and extends to complete the moving of the lipstick box cover from the step feeding movable plate 135 to the step feeding fixed plate 134, so that the lipstick box cover is conveyed to the conveying port of the box cover conveying mechanism 14, and the lipstick box cover falls into the box cover conveying mechanism 14 after the poke rod 1362 is contacted with the upper end of the lipstick box cover to complete the feeding process of the lipstick box cover.
The box cover feeding device 1 solves the problem that a large number of lipstick box covers are placed on an inclined plane to be blanked in an inclined plane sliding mode when the lipstick box covers are fed; in the blanking process of the lipstick boxes, because the placement angles and positions of the lipstick boxes are irregular, the motion states of the lipstick boxes can be changed by mutual collision and friction in the sliding process of the lipstick boxes, so that the lipstick boxes cannot fall regularly and even can be stacked and block a material channel; and when the lipstick box cover is not regularly loaded, the lipstick box cover needs to be correctly placed manually, so that the loading time is prolonged. By arranging the box cover stepped feeding mechanism 13 and the stepped feeding stirring assembly 136, when the lipstick box covers are fed, a large number of lipstick box covers slide down to the stepped feeding movable plate 135 along the inclined plane of the box cover feeding box 12, and then are conveyed to the inclined plane at the top end of the stepped feeding movable plate 135 in batches by utilizing the height connection between the stepped feeding movable plate 135 and the stepped feeding fixed plate 134; the inclined planes of the step feeding movable plate 135 and the step feeding fixed plate 134 can just fall into one lipstick box cover to be horizontally placed, when a plurality of lipstick box covers are irregularly placed or stacked to fall into the inclined planes at the top ends of the step feeding movable plate 135 and the step feeding fixed plate 134, only a small part of the irregularly placed lipstick box covers is in contact with the step feeding movable plate 135 and the step feeding fixed plate 134 and cannot fall into the inclined planes completely; when the step feeding movable plate 135 moves up and down, the lipstick case cover placed irregularly falls into the case cover feeding box 12 because of insufficient supporting position; before the lipstick box cover falls into the box cover conveying mechanism 14, the shifting rod 1362 is in contact with the lipstick box cover, and the tilted lipstick box cover can be further pressed to be in a horizontal state by adjusting the contact height of the shifting rod 1362 and the lipstick box cover, so that the lipstick box cover is guaranteed to be loaded neatly.
As shown in fig. 6, the box cover blanking device 2 includes a box cover blanking frame 21, and a box cover material shifting mechanism 22 and a box cover blanking slideway mechanism 23 fixed on the box cover blanking frame 21; the box cover blanking frame 21 is fixed on the workbench; a plurality of box cover material shifting mechanisms 22 are arranged, the box cover material shifting mechanisms 22 are respectively positioned at two sides above the box cover blanking slide rail mechanism 23, and a discharge hole of the box cover material shifting mechanism 22 is connected with a feed hole of the box cover blanking slide rail mechanism 23; the discharge hole of the box cover blanking slideway mechanism 23 is connected with the box cover pushing device 3.
As shown in fig. 7, the box cover setting mechanism 22 includes a setting motor assembly 221, a setting sensing piece 222, a setting sensor 223, a feeding wheel 224 and a box cover sensor; the material shifting motor assembly 221, the material shifting sensor 223 and the box cover sensor are all fixed on the box cover blanking rack 21; the material shifting induction sheet 222 is fixed on the material shifting motor component 221, and the material shifting induction sheet 222 is connected with the material shifting sensor 223; the feeding wheel 224 is fixed at the output end of the motor assembly 221, and the feeding wheel 224 is connected with the box cover blanking slideway mechanism 23; the box cover sensor is positioned below the feeding wheel 224; the material shifting motor assembly 221 comprises a material shifting motor 2211, a material shifting coupler 2212, a material shifting motor shaft 2213 and a material shifting bearing 2214; the material shifting motor 2211 is fixed on the box cover blanking rack 21; one end of the material shifting coupling 2212 is connected with the output end of the material shifting motor 2211, and the other end of the material shifting coupling 2212 is connected with a material shifting motor shaft 2213; two ends of the material shifting motor shaft 2213 are embedded into the material shifting bearing 2214, and the middle section of the material shifting motor shaft 2213 is matched with the feeding wheel 224; a plurality of material shifting bearings 2214 are arranged, and the plurality of material shifting bearings 2214 are respectively embedded in corresponding hole positions of the box cover blanking frame 21.
As shown in fig. 8, the loading wheel 224 includes a loading wheel main body 2241, a loading wheel groove 2242 and a loading wheel connecting hole 2243; the feeding wheel main body 2241 is cylindrical, and the thickness of the feeding wheel main body 2241 is the same as the length of a lipstick box cover; the plurality of feeding wheel grooves 2242 are uniformly distributed on the feeding wheel main body 2241 in a circumferential manner, and the feeding wheel grooves 2242 are matched with the outer surface of the lipstick box cover; the feeding wheel connecting hole 2243 is connected with the material shifting motor assembly 221; the loading wheel groove 2242 comprises a loading wheel groove bottom surface 22421, a loading wheel groove transition surface 22422, a loading wheel groove side surface 22423 and a loading wheel groove top surface 22424; the bottom surface 22421 of the groove of the feeding wheel and the side surface 22423 of the groove of the feeding wheel are planes, and the middle section of the side surface 22423 of the groove of the feeding wheel is of a hollowed structure; the transition surface 22422 of the feeding wheel groove is an arc surface; the groove top surface 22424 of the feeding wheel is of an inclined chamfer structure.
As shown in fig. 9, the setting motor shaft 2213 includes a motor shaft body 22131, a motor shaft dial ring clamp spring slot 22132, a motor shaft bearing clamp spring slot 22133 and a motor shaft key slot 22134; the motor shaft main body 22131 is cylindrical; a plurality of motor shaft thumb wheel clamp spring slots 22132 are arranged, and the plurality of motor shaft thumb wheel clamp spring slots 22132 are respectively positioned on the outer sides of the two end faces of the feeding wheel 224; a plurality of motor shaft bearing clamp spring slots 22133 are arranged, and the plurality of motor shaft bearing clamp spring slots 22133 are respectively positioned on the inner side of the material shifting bearing 2214; the motor shaft key slot 22134 is aligned with the loading wheel attachment holes 2243.
The box cover material shifting mechanism 22 is characterized in that in the working process: 1) the lipstick box cover is conveyed to a feeding hole of a box cover material stirring mechanism 22 through a box cover conveying mechanism 14; 2) the material shifting motor 2211 rotates to sequentially drive the material shifting motor shaft 2213, the material shifting induction sheet 222 and the feeding wheel 224 connected with the material shifting motor to rotate; 3) the feeding wheel 224 rotates to drive the lipstick box cover of the feeding hole to be clamped into the feeding wheel groove 2242; 4) the lipstick box cover clamped in the feeding wheel groove 2242 moves along with the rotation of the feeding wheel 224; 5) the feeding wheel 224 rotates to a certain angle and then is separated from the lipstick box cover, and the lipstick box cover falls into the feeding hole of the box cover blanking slideway mechanism 23 to complete the box cover material shifting process.
The box cover material shifting mechanism 22 solves the problem that the lipstick box cover is directly placed on a conveyor belt for conveying when the lipstick box cover is conveyed forwards; and when the conveying belt conveys the lipstick box covers, the lipstick box covers are placed on the conveying belt in any number and at any intervals, the number of the lipstick box covers conveyed by the conveying belt in the same time is different, namely the conveying belt can not control the number and the conveying speed of the conveying lipstick box covers. By arranging the material stirring motor assembly 221, the feeding wheel 224 and the box cover sensor, when the lipstick box cover is conveyed to the feeding hole of the box cover stirring mechanism 22, the feeding wheel 224 clamps the lipstick box cover of the feeding hole into the feeding wheel groove 2242 and drives the lipstick box cover to move to the feeding hole of the box cover blanking slide way mechanism 23 to complete the conveying of a single lipstick box cover; in the process of conveying the lipstick boxes to be clamped into the lipstick box covers, because the feeding wheel grooves 2242 are matched with the sizes of the single lipstick box covers, each feeding wheel groove 2242 can be clamped into only one lipstick box cover, so that the lipstick box covers are separated into single bodies in the conveying process, and the certainty of the feeding quantity of each feeding wheel groove 2242 at a time is guaranteed; whether lipstick box covers exist in the feeding wheel groove 2242 is confirmed through a box cover sensor, so that the number of the lipstick box covers can be accurately known; finally, the rotation speed of the feeding wheel 224 can be controlled by controlling the rotation of the material poking motor assembly 221, so that the feeding amount and the feeding speed of the lipstick box covers clamped into the feeding wheel groove 2242 are controlled, and the feeding amount and the conveying speed of the lipstick box covers of the whole mechanism are controlled.
As shown in fig. 10, the box cover blanking slide mechanism 23 includes a blanking sensor 231 and a blanking slide 232; the blanking sensors 231 are multiple, and the multiple blanking sensors 231 are respectively fixed at the feed inlet positions of the blanking slideways 232; the blanking slideway 232 is fixed on the box cover blanking rack 21, and two ends of the blanking slideway 232 are respectively connected with the box cover material shifting mechanism 22 and the box cover push-mounting device 3.
As shown in fig. 11, the blanking chute 232 includes a chute body 2321, a chute 2322, and a chute sensor hole 2323; the slide way body 2321 is fixed on the box cover blanking rack 21; the slide chutes 2322 are multiple, the slide chutes 2322 are all in the up-down direction, the slide chutes 2322 are all multi-section arc bending connection type chutes, and the radius of the lowest arc bending arc is the largest; the upper end of the slide chute 2322 is connected with the discharge hole of the box cover material shifting mechanism 22, and the lower end of the slide chute 2322 is connected with the feed hole of the box cover pushing device 3; a plurality of slide sensor holes 2323 are formed, and the slide sensor holes 2323 are respectively connected with the blanking sensor 231; the chute 2322 comprises a first chute arc 23221, a second chute arc 23222 and a third chute arc 23223; the first chute arc 23221 and the third chute arc 23223 are respectively positioned at the upper end and the lower end of the chute 2322; the second chute arc 23222 is in transition connection with the first chute arc 23221 and the third chute arc 23223 respectively; the arc groove directions of the first chute arc 23221 and the third chute arc 23223 are the same, and the arc groove direction of the second chute arc 23222 is opposite to that of the first chute arc 23221; the arc radius of the second chute arc 23222 is smaller than the arc radii of the first chute arc 23221 and the third chute arc 23223; the width of the slide chute 2322 is greater than the diameter of the outer surface of the column of the lipstick case cover, and the depth of the slide chute 2322 is greater than the length of the lipstick case cover; the slide body 2321 comprises a slide center block 23211 and slide sides 23212; the slide center block 23211 is located in the middle of the slide body 2321, a plurality of slide sides 23212 are provided, the plurality of slide sides 23212 are respectively located at two sides of the slide center block 23211, and the plurality of slide sides 23212 are fixed on the box cover blanking frame 21; the plurality of slide sides 23212 are symmetrically arranged corresponding to the slide center block 23211; the lowest end of the slide center block 23211 is of a vertically rectangular structure.
Lid blanking slide mechanism 23 in the course of the work: 1) the box cover material shifting mechanisms 22 respectively convey a plurality of lipstick box covers to the left and right side feeding ports of the box cover material falling slideway mechanism 23; 2) the lipstick case cover slides down along the first chute arc 23221 to enter the second chute arc 23222; 3) the lipstick case cover slides down along the second chute arc 23222 to enter the third chute arc 23223; 4) the lipstick box cover slides down along the third sliding groove arc 23223 and enters the box cover press-fitting jig 333 to complete the sliding process of the lipstick box cover.
The box cover blanking slide rail mechanism 23 solves the problem that when the lipstick box cover is blanked to the box cover jig, the inclined plane is respectively connected with the conveying device and the box cover jig for blanking; when the height of the conveying device from the box cover jig is higher, the required inclined plane is longer, and the occupied space is larger; and the lipstick box cover is always in the acceleration process when a longer inclined plane falls down, the speed at the bottom of the inclined plane is higher, and the lipstick box cover is easy to pop up when falling into a box cover jig, so that the accuracy of the feeding of the lipstick box cover is influenced.
