A method for spraying glue and binding edges of an automobile carpet is characterized by comprising the following steps: the automobile carpet glue spraying and covering machine comprises a frame, wherein an upper die lifting cylinder penetrates through a top frame of the frame, a telescopic end of the upper die lifting cylinder extends downwards to be connected with an upper die assembly, a lower die seat plate of which the edge is connected with the frame is arranged below the upper die assembly, a lower die assembly corresponding to the upper die assembly is arranged on the lower die seat plate, and a glue spraying module positioned above the lower die assembly is arranged on the lower die seat plate through supporting legs; the upper die assembly comprises an upper die plate, the top surface of the upper die plate is connected with the telescopic end of the upper die lifting cylinder, the bottom surface of the upper die plate is provided with a detection switch, and two sides of the upper die plate are provided with workpiece clamping pieces for clamping blanket blanks to be processed; the lower die assembly comprises a lower die plate, and a wrapping following block driven by a wrapping cylinder is arranged on the lower die base plate corresponding to the edge of the lower die plate; the lower die base plate is provided with a lower die plate lifting cylinder which extends upwards and is connected with the bottom surface of the lower die plate at the telescopic end, and the lower die base plate is provided with a top piece which penetrates through the lower die plate and pushes out a finished blanket; the glue spraying module comprises a longitudinal rail and a spray gun mounting bracket moving on the rail, and a spray gun moving transversely on the spray gun mounting bracket is arranged on the spray gun mounting bracket;
the glue spraying and edge covering method comprises the following steps:
1) starting a machine, placing a blanket blank to be processed on the upper template, and controlling a workpiece clamping piece to clamp the blanket blank after the blanket blank is detected to be in place by the detection switch;
2) placing the blanket blank fabric on a lower template;
3) spraying glue by a spray gun according to a preset path, wherein the glue melting temperature is 200 ℃, and the glue spraying amount is 50 g/min;
4) after the glue spraying is finished, the upper die lifting cylinder drives the upper die plate to press the blanket blank fabric on the blanket blank, and meanwhile, the edge covering follow-up block extrudes and covers the edge of the blanket blank under the driving of the edge covering cylinder; the pressure of the pressing is 15.68 MPa; the pressure of edge covering extrusion is 15.68 MPa;
5) maintaining the pressure for 10 seconds;
6) and the upper die lifting cylinder and the lower die plate lifting cylinder retract simultaneously to drive the upper die plate and the lower die plate to separate, and the top piece ejects the finished blanket to obtain the blanket.

The method for spraying glue and binding the automotive carpet according to claim 7, characterized in that: the workpiece clamping piece comprises a transverse clamping cylinder and a vertical clamping cylinder, the telescopic end of the transverse clamping cylinder is connected with a transverse clamping block, the telescopic end of the vertical clamping cylinder is connected with a vertical clamping block, and a positioning needle inserted into a blanket blank to be processed is arranged at the bottom end of the vertical clamping block.

The method for spraying glue and taping an automobile carpet as claimed in claim 7 or 8, wherein: and the top frame is provided with an upper die guide hole for penetrating and installing an upper die lifting guide rod, and the upper die lifting guide rod is penetrated and installed in the hole, and the lower end of the upper die lifting guide rod is fixedly connected with the upper die assembly.

The method for spraying glue and binding the automotive carpet according to claim 9, characterized in that: the lower die base plate is provided with a limiting column used when the lower die plate descends, and a lower die plate lifting guide column is arranged on the lower die base plate close to the limiting column.
