Thirdly, after casting and forming, the output pipe B176 is communicated with the cylinder B18 through the conversion column 25, the belt 6 is pulled to be lifted by negative pressure, the connecting rod 30 drives the top surface of the sliding column 32 to be contacted with the inner wall of the top surface of the guide groove 31, the upper C-shaped frame 81 cannot be lifted continuously, then the belt 6 drives the lower C-shaped frame 82 to be lifted continuously, the left end of the upper C-shaped frame 81 rotates downwards along the axial direction by using the round rod B27 and the rotary ring 28, the connecting rod 30 drives the sliding column 32 to slide in the fan-shaped groove of the guide groove 31, the template 13 is pulled to be lifted from the lower C-shaped frame 82 by the bolt 9 and is in an inclined state after the upper C-shaped frame 81 rotates, then the aluminum alloy is pulled out from the mold groove 14 by a tool (due to casting, part of the aluminum alloy is left in the semi-cylindrical pipe 15, and the aluminum alloy in the semi-cylindrical pipe 15 can be easily pulled out from the mold groove 14), then the aluminum alloy slides, then discharged to the storage box 24 along with the discharging hole 23 for storage.
Fourthly, when the rotation of the motor 16 is not stopped after the cylinder B18 is filled with air to the limit, the hemispherical protrusion 1711 contacts the piston rod B36 and the piston a173 is pushed by the air pressure to slide, the slidable piston C34 is pushed to slide to the right, the air in the piston rod a174 is pushed into the S-shaped hole 41 through the output pipe D40, and then the air flows through the S-shaped hole 41 to the vicinity of the stencil frame 8 and the stencil 13, thereby accelerating the heat exchange between the stencil 13 and the stencil frame 8 and the outside by the air flow.
