The lubricating oil on the scraper 42 falls down into the collecting funnel 91, then is filtered by the filter plate 92, and finally moves into the collecting bottle 93 through the collecting pipe 94 to be collected, so that the lubricating oil on the scraper 42 is collected, and the waste of the lubricating oil is reduced.
