Abstract
The invention discloses a polymerization heating method of a square capacitor, which comprises the following steps: cleaning the surface of a heating layer of the tray and the heater, checking a pressure gauge to ensure that the pressure gauge is positioned between 5 and 8.5Mpa, and checking the up-and-down sliding smoothness of a heating plate of the heater; adjusting the polymerization heating temperature to be 100-115 ℃; adjusting the polymerization heating time to be 500-800S, and adjusting according to the core volume of the battery core; the capacitors are orderly stacked on the tray and kept, and a distance more than half of the height of each capacitor is kept between every two capacitors; placing the tray on a heating plate, wherein the tray and the heating plate are both provided with multiple layers, and one layer of heating plate corresponds to one tray; and starting polymerization heating, installing a mold button, applying pressure to the heating plate by a driver to perform polymerization heating, comparing the temperature display of each layer of the heating plate with the temperature of the electric heating plate, checking whether the current is between 22 and 24A, stopping abnormally, and checking. Technical Field

s5, starting polymerization heating, pressing a mold closing button, applying pressure to a heating plate by a driver, performing polymerization heating, comparing the temperature display of each layer of the heating plate with the temperature of an electric heating plate, checking whether the current is between 22 and 24A, stopping abnormally, and checking;
and S6, after the polymerization heating is finished, automatically opening the heating plate, and taking out the tray for cooling.
