The determining unit 240 is adapted to perform a step of determining whether each first search result reaches a preset user satisfaction according to the obtained search log for the first search result whose matching degree is greater than or equal to the preset threshold.
The processing unit 250 is adapted to directly determine that the first search result does not reach the preset user satisfaction for the first search result corresponding to the matching degree smaller than the preset threshold, and execute a step of performing a preset operation on the first search result not reaching the preset user satisfaction.
In this embodiment, the matching degree between each first search result and the search term is first calculated, and if the matching degree is smaller than the first search result corresponding to the preset threshold, which indicates that the correlation between the first search result and the search order is low, the step of determining whether the preset user satisfaction is achieved is not required, and the corresponding operation is directly performed. Therefore, the waste of system resources can be reduced, and the processing efficiency is ensured.
And for the first search results with the matching degree larger than or equal to the preset threshold, executing a step of judging whether each first search result reaches the preset user satisfaction degree according to the obtained search logs, further filtering the search results which are irrelevant to the search terms or have low relevance and do not meet the user requirements in the first search results, and checking the first search results in the matching degree mode and the user satisfaction degree, so as to further ensure that the search results displayed to the user meet the user requirements.
For example, the first search result corresponding to the obtained search term includes search result 1, search result 2, and search result 3, the matching degrees of the search term with search result 1, search result 2, and search result 3 are calculated to be 80%, 45%, and 65%, respectively, and the preset threshold value is 60%, then corresponding operations are directly performed on search result 2, and whether search result 1 and search result 3 reach the preset user satisfaction is determined according to the obtained search log for search result 1 and search result 3.
Specifically, the calculating unit is adapted to obtain a title and an abstract of each first search result; performing word segmentation processing on the obtained search word to obtain a word segmentation corresponding to the search word; and calculating the matching degree of each first search result and the search word according to the segmentation corresponding to the search word and the title and the abstract of each first search result.
In this embodiment, the matching degree between each first result and the search term is calculated in a manner of performing word segmentation on the search term and then performing matching with the title and the abstract of each first search result. For example, when calculating the degree of matching, the degree of matching may be calculated by determining the probability of each word appearing in the title and abstract of the search result.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the determining unit 240 shown in fig. 2 is adapted to calculate, according to the user click data in the obtained search log, a first user click ratio between the click rate of each first search result and the total click rate of all first search results; determining second search results corresponding to the keywords respectively, and when the second search result corresponding to one keyword comprises a first search result, calculating a second user click ratio of the click rate of the first search result to the total click rate of all second search results corresponding to the keyword according to the user click data in the search log corresponding to the acquired keyword; and judging whether each first search result reaches the preset user satisfaction degree or not according to the first user click ratio corresponding to each first search result and the second user click ratio corresponding to each first search result.
As explained above, there is the user's operational behavior in the search log during the search process. In this embodiment, the user behavior information in the search log is utilized to determine the user click ratios of the first search results based on the keywords and the user click ratios of all the first search results, so as to determine whether each first search result meets the preset user satisfaction. Because the search log comprises the data of the click position of the user, which search result the user clicks can be determined, and then the user click data of each search result can be determined.
Specifically, the determining unit is adapted to compare a first user click ratio corresponding to each first search result with a second user click ratio corresponding to the first search result; and if the second user click ratio is smaller than the first user click ratio, determining that the first search result does not reach the preset user satisfaction.
Considering that if the second user click ratio is smaller than the first user click ratio, the condition that the number of clicks of the search result is overlapped in the first search result is described, but based on the keywords, the search result cannot meet the user requirements, and the search result appearing in the first search result cannot meet the user requirements; if the second user click ratio is larger than or equal to the first user click ratio, the condition that the search result is not overlapped by the number of clicks is indicated, and the search result meets the user requirement based on the keywords, the search result appearing in the first search result also meets the user requirement, and the preset user satisfaction is determined to be achieved.
In one specific example, the search term corresponds to keyword 1 and keyword 2. Corresponding to the keyword 1, there are a search result 1, a search result 2 and a search result 3; corresponding to keyword 2 are search result 2, search result 4, and search result 5. According to the obtained search logs of the keyword 1, counting that the click rate of a search result 1 is 100, the click rate of a search result 2 is 200, and the click rate of a search result 3 is 500; based on the total number of clicks of keyword 1 being 800, the corresponding search result 1 corresponds to a second user click ratio of 0.125, the search result 2 corresponds to a second user click ratio of 0.25, and the search result 3 corresponds to a second user click ratio of 0.625. According to the obtained search logs of the keywords 2, counting that the click rate of the search result 2 is 200, the click rate of the search result 4 is 400, and the click rate of the search result 5 is 200; based on that the total number of clicks of the keyword 2 is 800, the second user click ratio corresponding to the corresponding search result 2 is 0.25, the second user click ratio corresponding to the search result 4 is 0.5, and the second user click ratio corresponding to the search result 5 is 0.25. The acquired first search result includes search result 2 (click rate 200+200), search result 3 (click rate 500), and search result 4 (click rate 400), and the total click rate based on the search word is 1300, the first user click ratio of the corresponding search result 2 is 0.31, the first user click ratio of the search result 3 is 0.38, and the first user click ratio of the search result 4 is 0.31. As can be seen, the second user click ratio (0.25) of search result 2 is less than the first user click ratio (0.31), the second user click ratio (0.625) of search result 3 is greater than the first user click ratio (0.38), and the second user click ratio (0.0.5) of search result 4 is greater than the first user click ratio (0.31). The search result 2 here is determined not to have reached the preset user satisfaction.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the processing unit 250 shown in fig. 2 is adapted to delete the first search result that does not reach the preset user satisfaction; or reducing the display sequence of the first search results which do not reach the preset user satisfaction degree on the search result display page; or, according to a processing device configured by the user, performing corresponding operation on the first search result which does not reach the preset user satisfaction.
In order to ensure that the search results displayed to the user meet the user requirements, in the embodiment, the search results which do not reach the preset user satisfaction degree are processed in one of three ways. Including deletion, i.e., not presenting the search result; or, the display order is reduced, for example, the search result is originally displayed in the third place, and if the search result is judged not to reach the preset user satisfaction, the search result is displayed in the 10 th place. Alternatively, the user may define the processing manner, for example, in the form of a tag, and add a word "low in matching degree" to the title of the search result, so that the user may ignore the search result.
Further, the processing unit is adapted to randomly sort the first search results that do not reach the preset user satisfaction degree and arrange the first search results behind the search results that reach the preset user satisfaction degree.
For example, the first search result includes 13 search results, and if the search result 1, the search result 2, and the search result 3 are determined not to reach the preset user satisfaction, the search result 1, the search result 2, and the search result 3 are randomly ordered into the search result 2, the search result 3, and the search result 1, and are respectively arranged at the 11 th position, the 12 th position, and the 13 th position for displaying.
In summary, according to the technical solution of the present invention, a search word and a first search result pre-displayed on a search result page corresponding to the search word are obtained; determining one or more keywords corresponding to the search terms; acquiring search logs corresponding to the keywords respectively; judging whether each first search result reaches the preset user satisfaction degree or not according to the acquired search logs; and if not, performing preset operation on the first search result which does not reach the preset user satisfaction. Therefore, in the technical scheme, whether the search result meets the user satisfaction is determined through the search log of the keyword corresponding to the search word, the use experience of the user is ensured through the result unrelated to the search word or related to the search word in the search result, and the reduction of the user experience caused by the fact that the search result contains the content unrelated to the input search word or low in correlation is avoided.
It should be noted that:
the algorithms and displays presented herein are not inherently related to any particular computer, virtual machine, or other apparatus. Various general purpose devices may be used with the teachings herein. The required structure for constructing such a device will be apparent from the description above. Moreover, the present invention is not directed to any particular programming language. For example, fig. 3 shows a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the invention. The electronic device 300 conventionally comprises a processor 310 and a memory 320 arranged to store computer-executable instructions (program code). The memory 320 may be an electronic memory such as a flash memory, an EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read only memory), an EPROM, a hard disk, or a ROM. Memory 320 has storage space 330 for storing program code 340 for performing the method steps shown in fig. 1 and in any of the embodiments. For example, the storage space 330 for the program code may comprise respective program codes 340 for implementing respective steps in the above method. The program code can be read from or written to one or more computer program products. These computer program products comprise a program code carrier such as a hard disk, a Compact Disc (CD), a memory card or a floppy disk. Such a computer program product is generally a computer-readable storage medium 400 such as described in fig. 4. The computer-readable storage medium 400 may have memory segments, memory spaces, etc. arranged similarly to the memory 320 in the electronic device of fig. 3. The program code may be compressed, for example, in a suitable form. In general, the memory unit stores a program code 410 for performing the steps of the method according to the invention, i.e. a program code readable by a processor such as 310, which program code, when executed by an electronic device, causes the electronic device to perform the individual steps of the method described above.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments illustrate rather than limit the invention, and that those skilled in the art will be able to design alternative embodiments without departing from the scope of the appended claims. In the claims, any reference signs placed between parentheses shall not be construed as limiting the claim. The word "comprising" does not exclude the presence of elements or steps not listed in a claim. The embodiment of the invention discloses A1 and a processing method of search results, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring a search word and a first search result which is pre-displayed on a search result page and corresponds to the search word;
determining one or more keywords corresponding to the search terms;
acquiring search logs corresponding to the keywords respectively;
judging whether each first search result reaches the preset user satisfaction degree or not according to the acquired search logs;
and if not, performing preset operation on the first search result which does not reach the preset user satisfaction.
A2, the method of a1, wherein the method further comprises:
calculating the matching degree of each first search result and the search word;
executing a step of judging whether each first search result reaches the preset user satisfaction degree or not according to the acquired search logs for the first search results corresponding to the matching degree greater than or equal to the preset threshold value;
and directly determining the first search result with the matching degree smaller than the corresponding first search result of the preset threshold as the first search result without reaching the preset user satisfaction, and executing the step of carrying out preset operation on the first search result without reaching the preset user satisfaction.
A3, the method as in A2, wherein the calculating the matching degree of each first search result and the search word comprises:
acquiring the title and the abstract of each first search result;
performing word segmentation processing on the obtained search word to obtain a word segmentation corresponding to the search word;
and calculating the matching degree of each first search result and the search word according to the segmentation corresponding to the search word and the title and the abstract of each first search result.
The method of A4, as in A1, wherein the determining whether each first search result reaches a preset user satisfaction according to the obtained search logs includes:
calculating a first user click ratio of the click rate of each first search result to the total click rate of all first search results according to the user click data in the acquired search logs;
determining second search results corresponding to the keywords respectively, and when the second search result corresponding to one keyword comprises a first search result, calculating a second user click ratio of the click rate of the first search result to the total click rate of all second search results corresponding to the keyword according to the user click data in the search log corresponding to the acquired keyword;
and judging whether each first search result reaches the preset user satisfaction degree or not according to the first user click ratio corresponding to each first search result and the second user click ratio corresponding to each first search result.
A5, the method as in a4, wherein the determining whether each first search result reaches the preset user satisfaction according to the first user click ratio corresponding to each first search result and the second user click ratio corresponding to each first search result includes:
respectively comparing the first user click ratio corresponding to each first search result with the second user click ratio corresponding to the first search result;
and if the second user click ratio is smaller than the first user click ratio, determining that the first search result does not reach the preset user satisfaction.
A6, the method as in A1, wherein the presetting the first search result which does not reach the preset user satisfaction degree comprises:
deleting the first search result which does not reach the preset user satisfaction degree;
or,
reducing the display sequence of the first search results which do not reach the preset user satisfaction degree on the search result display page;
or,
and according to the processing method configured by the user, performing corresponding operation on the first search result which does not reach the preset user satisfaction.
A7, the method as in A6, wherein the reducing the presentation order of the first search results that do not reach the preset user satisfaction in the search result presentation page comprises:
and after randomly ordering the first search results which do not reach the preset user satisfaction, arranging the first search results behind the search results which reach the preset user satisfaction.
The embodiment of the invention also discloses B8 and a processing device of search results, wherein the device comprises:
the search word acquisition unit is suitable for acquiring search words and first search results corresponding to the search words and pre-displayed on a search result page;
the determining unit is suitable for determining one or more keywords corresponding to the search terms;
the search log obtaining unit is suitable for obtaining search logs corresponding to the keywords respectively;
the judging unit is suitable for judging whether each first search result reaches the preset user satisfaction degree or not according to the acquired search logs;
and the processing unit is suitable for carrying out preset operation on the first search result which does not reach the preset user satisfaction degree if the first search result does not reach the preset user satisfaction degree.

Claims (10)

1. A method for processing search results, wherein the method comprises:
acquiring a search word and a first search result which is pre-displayed on a search result page and corresponds to the search word;
determining one or more keywords corresponding to the search terms;
acquiring search logs corresponding to the keywords respectively;
judging whether each first search result reaches the preset user satisfaction degree or not according to the acquired search logs;
and if not, performing preset operation on the first search result which does not reach the preset user satisfaction.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
calculating the matching degree of each first search result and the search word;
executing a step of judging whether each first search result reaches the preset user satisfaction degree or not according to the acquired search logs for the first search results corresponding to the matching degree greater than or equal to the preset threshold value;
and directly determining the first search result with the matching degree smaller than the corresponding first search result of the preset threshold as the first search result without reaching the preset user satisfaction, and executing the step of carrying out preset operation on the first search result without reaching the preset user satisfaction.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the calculating the degree of match of each first search result with a search term comprises:
acquiring the title and the abstract of each first search result;
performing word segmentation processing on the obtained search word to obtain a word segmentation corresponding to the search word;
and calculating the matching degree of each first search result and the search word according to the segmentation corresponding to the search word and the title and the abstract of each first search result.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining whether each first search result reaches a preset user satisfaction according to the obtained search log comprises:
calculating a first user click ratio of the click rate of each first search result to the total click rate of all first search results according to the user click data in the acquired search logs;
determining second search results corresponding to the keywords respectively, and when the second search result corresponding to one keyword comprises a first search result, calculating a second user click ratio of the click rate of the first search result to the total click rate of all second search results corresponding to the keyword according to the user click data in the search log corresponding to the acquired keyword;
and judging whether each first search result reaches the preset user satisfaction degree or not according to the first user click ratio corresponding to each first search result and the second user click ratio corresponding to each first search result.
5. The method as claimed in claim 4, wherein the determining whether each first search result reaches the preset user satisfaction according to the first user click ratio corresponding to each first search result and the second user click ratio corresponding to each first search result comprises:
respectively comparing the first user click ratio corresponding to each first search result with the second user click ratio corresponding to the first search result;
and if the second user click ratio is smaller than the first user click ratio, determining that the first search result does not reach the preset user satisfaction.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the presetting of the first search result that does not meet the preset user satisfaction comprises:
deleting the first search result which does not reach the preset user satisfaction degree;
or,
reducing the display sequence of the first search results which do not reach the preset user satisfaction degree on the search result display page;
or,
and according to the processing method configured by the user, performing corresponding operation on the first search result which does not reach the preset user satisfaction.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the reducing of the presentation order of the first search results that do not reach the preset user satisfaction on the search result presentation page comprises:
and after randomly ordering the first search results which do not reach the preset user satisfaction, arranging the first search results behind the search results which reach the preset user satisfaction.
8. An apparatus for processing search results, wherein the apparatus comprises:
the search word acquisition unit is suitable for acquiring search words and first search results corresponding to the search words and pre-displayed on a search result page;
the determining unit is suitable for determining one or more keywords corresponding to the search terms;
the search log obtaining unit is suitable for obtaining search logs corresponding to the keywords respectively;
the judging unit is suitable for judging whether each first search result reaches the preset user satisfaction degree or not according to the acquired search logs;
