the fifth gear 654-3 is a straight gear welded to one of the spur shafts 654-2 for meshing with the fourth gear 652;
the third motor 66 is of a common structure in the prior art, such as a common vertical motor, and is connected with a circular plate on the top of the hollow circular tube on the drill arm 62 by penetrating an outer hexagonal bolt through a section bar, so that the mounting and dismounting are convenient;

the rotary sampling piece 60 is arranged, the second motor 61 acts to enable other parts on the rotary sampling piece 60 to simultaneously rotate, the drill 63 and the spiral piece 64 continuously stir soil along with the downward movement of the screw rod assembly 50, the rotary sampling piece 60 is smoothly inserted into the ground, the third motor 66 acts to link the rotation of the arc-shaped rotating piece 654, the soil is retained between the arc-shaped concave piece 653 and the arc-shaped rotating piece 654, the purpose of soil exploration and sampling is achieved, then, the rotary sampling piece 60 rotates reversely, the third motor 66 is started again along with the upward movement of the screw rod assembly 50, the arc-shaped rotating piece 654 is opened, soil samples are taken out, the operation is convenient, the working intensity of operators is relatively small, at least three soil samples can be taken out simultaneously, and the sampling efficiency is relatively high;

as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 6; when in implementation, the method also comprises the following steps: the rotating handle 70 is connected to the first gear 30, is connected with the screw rod assembly 50, and is used for manually rotating the first gear 30 to link the rotating sampling piece 60 to move up and down; the rotary handle 70 is welded with the first gear 30 by a hand wheel, and the rotary handle 70 is in threaded connection or clearance fit with the screw rod assembly 50, so that the rotary handle 70 can be manually rotated to enable the screw rod assembly 50 to move up and down and to rotate the sampling piece 60 in a linkage manner to move up and down, the rotary sampling piece 60 cannot be operated when the first driving piece 20 is damaged, and the operation is relatively convenient;
the working principle is as follows: in practice, a support 10 is provided; connecting a first driving member 20, a first gear 30 and a guide bar 40 to the support member 10; the first driver 20 is engaged with the first gear 30; the screw rod assembly 50 is connected to the guide rod 40, is connected with the first gear 30 and can move up and down along the guide rod 40 and the first gear 30; a rotary sampling piece 60 is connected to the screw rod assembly 50, and the rotary sampling piece 60 is used for drilling a soil sample; when the rotary sampling device is used, the bottom of the supporting piece 10 is inserted into the ground and supported on the ground, a reliable supporting structure is formed on the ground, the rotary sampling piece 60 can be conveniently and vertically inserted into the ground, the inclination probability is reduced, the safety is good, and the sampling effect is good; turning on the first driving member 20; the first driving part 20 is linked with the first gear 30 to rotate, and the screw rod assembly 50 and the rotary sampling part 60 move downwards along the first gear 30 and the guide rod 40; the rotary sampling piece 60 rotates, and the rotary sampling piece 60 is continuously inserted into the ground until the rotary sampling piece 60 is completely below the ground, and the soil sample is retained in the rotary sampling piece 60; then, the rotary sampling piece 60 moves upwards to leave the ground, and at least three soil samples are taken out of the rotary sampling piece 60, so that the operation is relatively convenient;

Claims (6)

1. A geological exploration sampling apparatus comprising:
the bottom of the support (10) is supported on the ground, the middle part of the support is of a hollow structure, two grasping parts (11) are arranged on the side wall of the top part of the support, and the grasping parts (11) are convenient for being grasped by a human hand;
a first driving member (20) connected to the top of the supporting member (10);
a first gear (30) connected to the top of the support member (10) and engaged with the first driving member (20);
two guide rods (40) which are connected in the supporting piece (10) at intervals;
one end of the screw rod assembly (50) is in clearance fit with the guide rod (40), the other end of the screw rod assembly penetrates through the first gear (30) and is in threaded connection with the first gear (30), the first gear (30) rotates under the driving of the first driving piece (20), and the screw rod assembly (50) moves up and down along the guide rod (40) and the first gear (30);
one end of the rotary sampling piece (60) is connected to the screw rod assembly (50) and arranged in the middle of the support piece (10), the other end of the rotary sampling piece extends downwards and penetrates out of the support piece (10), and the rotary sampling piece is inserted into the ground along with the up-and-down movement position of the screw rod assembly (50) and can take out at least three soil samples;
the rotary sampler (60) comprises: a second motor (61) connected to the screw assembly (50); the drill boom (62) is approximately cylindrical in shape and is of a hollow structure, one end of the drill boom is connected to a second transmission shaft on the second motor (61), the other end of the drill boom is connected with a drill bit (63), and four spiral sheets (64) are arranged on the outer wall at intervals; the three soil taking mechanisms (65) are connected to the outer wall of the drill arm (62), are arranged at intervals with the spiral piece (64) and are used for taking out and containing soil samples; a third motor (66) connected within the boom (62); one end of the linkage shaft (67) is connected to a third transmission shaft on the third motor (66), three third gears (68) are arranged on the outer wall at intervals, the linkage shaft (67) is connected with the soil sampling mechanism (65) through the third gears (68), and the linkage shaft is driven by the third motor (66) to link the soil sampling mechanism (65) to take out and contain a soil sample;
the soil-taking mechanism (65) comprises: a support plate (651) connected inside the drilling boom (62) and crossed by the linkage shaft (67); a fourth gear (652) connected to the support plate (651) and engaged with the third gear (68); an arc-shaped concave part (653) connected to the side wall of the drill arm (62) and concave in the drill arm (62); and the arc-shaped rotating piece (654), a plurality of shovel heads (654-1) are arranged on one side edge at intervals, the shovel heads (654-1) are arc-shaped convex blocks, the arc-shaped rotating piece (654) is connected with the arc-shaped concave piece (653) through two convex shafts (654-2), one convex shaft (654-2) is connected with a fifth gear (654-3), the fifth gear (654-3) is meshed with the fourth gear (652), after being linked by the linkage shaft (67), the arc-shaped rotating piece (654) rotates by taking the convex shaft (654-2) as a rotation center, soil is excavated, and a soil sample rotates along with the arc-shaped rotating piece (654) and stays in an oval inner cavity formed between the arc-shaped rotating piece (654) and the arc-shaped concave piece (653).

A geological survey sampling device as defined in claim 1 wherein: the support (10) comprises: a panel (12) having the grip portion (11) on both sides; four support columns (13) connected to the bottom of the panel (12) at intervals; a base plate (14) connected to the bottom of the supporting column (13) and disposed parallel to the face plate (12), having a first through hole (141) at the center thereof for allowing the rotary sampling member (60) to pass therethrough, and connected to the guide bar (40) between the face plate (12); four first threaded rods (15) which are connected to the bottom of the bottom plate (14) at intervals; and four insertion heads (16) which are respectively connected to the first threaded rods (15) in a one-to-one manner and are used for being inserted into the ground.
3. A geological survey sampling device as defined in claim 1 wherein: the first drive member (20) comprises: a first motor (21) connected to said support (10); and a second gear (22) connected to the first transmission shaft of the first motor (21) for meshing with the first gear (30).

A geological survey sampling device as defined in claim 1 wherein: the lead screw assembly (50) includes: a lifting plate (51) which is in clearance fit with the guide rod (40) and is used for connecting the rotary sampling member (60); and the lead screw (52) is connected to the lifting plate (51), penetrates out of the first gear (30) and is in threaded connection with the first gear (30).
5. A geological survey sampling device as defined in claim 1 wherein: further comprising: and the rotating handle (70) is connected to the first gear (30), is connected with the screw rod assembly (50) and is used for manually rotating the first gear (30) to link the rotating sampling piece (60) to move up and down.
6. A method of using a geological exploration sampling apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising: the bottom of the support (10) is inserted into the ground and supported on the ground; -opening the first drive member (20); the first driving piece (20) is linked with the first gear (30) to rotate, and the screw rod assembly (50) and the rotary sampling piece (60) move downwards along the first gear (30) and the guide rod (40); the rotary sampling piece (60) rotates, and the rotary sampling piece (60) is continuously inserted into the ground until the rotary sampling piece (60) is completely below the ground, and the soil sample is retained in the rotary sampling piece (60); then, the rotary sampling member (60) moves upwards to leave the ground, and the soil samples are taken out from the rotary sampling member (60), so that at least three soil samples can be taken out simultaneously.
